    I was a little disappointed in our visit, this is the second time we have gone for dinner and I was looking forward to ordering the Reuben sandwich and once again there was no hot mustard. Ended up order a clubhouse sandwich instead. My son order a double smashed burger with nothing but cheese, but the burger came with onions and the meat with still a bit pink inside.

    For a restaurant that lives in the same space as Jack Astor's, Milestones, Moxies, and so forth, I actually found Paps to be the best of the bunch, even if perhaps the least well-known! The diversity and quality of menu items for a casual restaurant is excellent, and the fair prices given the portion sizes is the cherry on top.

    Please get regular Prosecco in stock. The Asti is too sweet for me. Other option is mini cava or Prosecco bottles. Thanks.

    Large party closer to the end of their night and they really went the extra mile to provide great service with food to match. Lots to choose from and all fresh and delicious. Great job guys!

    I’ve came to this establishment a few times and enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately this time that I came for dinner, I had issues with our orders, the kettle chips were overcooked, and it was extremely loud. I have allergies and have eaten here before but the server told us they were unable to make what I had ordered previously. The issue was I understood and agree to order something else, but she tells us when everyone else is served. I couldn’t eat the appetizers and had not eaten within the hour and twenty minutes I had been there. Luckily, the manager Chris came out to apologize and correct the error saying they are equip and prepared in case for people with allergies and got my order out immediately! I appreciate how kind and how involved he is in his establishment and it definitely turned the night around.

    The menu choices are varied, which makes it easy for diners of different tastes or with dietary restrictions. The food was excellent; came fast, piping hot, and was delicious. I’m a tequila lover and their summer cocktail had quite the high end brand. Everything was fantastic, so it was hard to pick the best aspect of this place, but in the end, I chose the staff - they’re friendly, attentive without being annoying, efficient, and the establishment was quite busy.

    Always a great place to eat! Service is always great; drink were brought out quickly and we were given ample time to review the menu. The food was perfect; exactly what we’ve come to expect from PAPS. We will be back.

    Overall our experience was very good! We had a reservation for 7pm on a saturday, and got seated right away. It did take 25 minutes to get a glass of wine & beer though, so that was slightly disappointing. However, the food was excellent and the service forwards was great. We will definitely be back.

    Exceptional food. So surprised how good! Great value for money - and the steak and fries option on kids menu is amazing. They were able to also accomodate our kid’s food allergies! Will definitely be back.

    The only problem we had was it was very slow although I’m not sure if that was because there was only one server or the kitchen was really slow. The food was excellent and our server was very pleasant

    Went out with friends. Food was great. Hot when served to us. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Only real complaint would be the drinks. Ordered a peachy keen and had no flavour, it was replaced by a rum punch and it was no better, very watered down.

    Was an amazing time! Went out to celebrate my soccer teams big championship win! Beer was flowing, food was amazing and service was top notch! 10/10 and it didn’t hurt the wallet

    My husband and I went out and decided that we would try PAPS. We had gone there before when it was Turtle Jacks. We had an amazing time due to customer service. We felt welcome from the time we entered the door. We had the most amazing server we had in years. He name was Anita. We will come back again just to have her as our sever. The food portions are great. I had fish and chips and my husband had the chicken penne. Food tasted great.

    We were a group of 7. We called and were told there wasn't room. So we checked OT and found a reservation. Overall the food was good and everyone ate very well with no issues (with 3 kids in the group this is a win!). The large drawback was the attitude of the hostesses. We were given a high table and when we asked about a low table as we saw a few low tables open we were told that they were reserved. However, these tables weren't even seated until we were paying for our meal.

    The old Turtle Jacks beautifully converted to an awesome experience. Staff and service above and beyond what I’ve seen at way pricier spots. My family of 5 has tastes that range from seafood to pastas to steaks and they had it all. Staff gave us the proper suggestions and impeccable service. Loved it and will go back as we have lived in the area for 20 years.

    First time the food was good the calamari needs a better dipping sauce. Club sandwiches are really good. They need to evaluate so menu choices nothing really out of the ordinary on this menu which is needed

    Great food and service, a bit pricey but worth it when you take into account the portion size. The cocktails were very good and not watered down. Not sure why it's not very busy, this use to be the old Turtle jacks location which went belly up. I'd definitely come back soon.

    Overall I would give this restaurant a solid 4 stars. There is always room for improvement. It is a bit pricier than what I would expect for this type of restaurant. I would not go here regularly, but for an occasional dinner, I would go back.
