Really poor experience. Bad sensors on the equipment, games poorly designed, and only canned cocktails and beers for drinks. Two stars because the staff member was friendly and helpful. Overall disappointed.

Really fun idea and a great staff, but some big misses that could make this place much better: 1. Make it clear that guests can bring their own clubs because even though there were loaners, there wasn't close to a full set. 2. Change the scheduling so there is a 10 min buffer between guests so the staff can clear the area, set up the next guest. We started 10 mun late. 3. I am all about tipping - but their pinpads only accepted a percentage tip, and did not allow me to add a dollar amount. My tab was $200 - but only $40 was food/beverage. The lowest tip percentage I could leave was 20%! Definitely not cool.

So much fun for the kids which made it all the more fun for us as parents! We will definitely be back next time we stay at the hotel again!

I like the concept something different to do but the food and drinks are too overpriced and not worth it. Specially that you have to pay to play as well.
