French
A century of combined culinary experience unites the family of chefs behind Mosaic District's brightest new restaurant. Chef/Owner Brendan L'Etoile works alongside his uncle and mother in the vibrant open kitchen at the heart of the beautiful two-tiered dining room and bar, putting the family twists on classic bistro fare and bringing a taste of metropolitan France to Northern Virginia. Traditional onion soup and pillowy boudin blanc sausage are showcased alongside L'Etoile's favorite less-globalized dishes, like pinot noir-poached duck egg and Parisian gnocchi.

Parc de Ville was a more comfortable place than I expected. I was glad I had a dress on because it deserves that kind of respect. The food was prepared very nicely. I had the asparagus appetizer and the Oregon chardonnay which was perfect. I sent the postcard to a friend who lives in Arlington part of the year. And I would return for another meal.

Came here assuming we get their regular menu, but the current menu is lacking and uninspired. Food was below average, and we didn’t appreciate being put at a table near the bar, when everyone else was sitting at the regular dining area. Seems very intentional, but we opted not to make a scene. Only saving grace for the night was the very attentive service. Will definitely not coming back until they offer their regular menu.

The food was excellent, service was attentive and fast. The atmosphere was quiet but not as special as I was hoping. The seating feels shared and not intimate as I had hoped. Otherwise great food.

The food is moderately expensive but so delicious and worth every penny!!! Perfect date night spot. The service was phenomenal. Our server, Dan, was super friendly and helpful. He also made excellent cocktails. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We celebrated a birthday, and it was terrific. A real brasserie, even had a lovely Belgian couple and their grown daughter sitting next to us. Waiter was new to the restaurant but a talented, experienced professional nonetheless. Star of all is the food, however. Classic kir, glasses of burgundy, wonderful pate, confit de canard, sea bass to die for, and lovely desserts. Great atmosphere.

We went to Parc de ville for brunch. The food overall was very good, although a bit expensive for overall for the amount of food provided. The service was excellent as was the ambiance. We will be back to try the dinner options.

Food adequate but, over priced in my view, but maybe not for the location. Wait service was helpful, they seemed harried. Tables for 2 were too small, and the waiter had to get special permission to allow my wife and I to have a table that seated 4 even though the restaurant and probably had more than 5 empty tables. I don't think I'll go again.

There were 5 of us having dinner and we tasted 4 different entrees (salmon was a repeat). They were all fabulous!!! We especially swooned over the Paris Brest dessert that was shared!!
We LOVED Alexander, our waiter - very nice, and attentive.
The only downside was that we could hardly hear each other - conversation was difficult!!

Excellent food. The omelette with fries was great, as was the trout almandine, the gnocchi, and the salade nicoise. Super deserts, as well. The service was outstanding--thank you Irene!! And the ambience was lovely and quiet for our noontime Thursday lunch. We will definitely go back even with the drive from Maryland.

Beautiful ambiance and good food! Came here for brunch and wish we had options for brunch sides. We loved the French toast but would have loved something savory to pair with it. Service was great. Would love to come here for dinner!

The food and ambiance are great. Our waiter was very attentive and accommodating to a friend that arrived last minute. As a whole I do feel like the restaurant could have accommodated our group to a larger table being that the restaurant was half empty.

My friend and I really enjoyed our dinner at Parc de Ville. It's nice to have an upscale French restaurant in the area. The food was excellent and our waiter was super nice. As all new restaurants, the noise level is pretty high, so expect to be shouting to your company throughout the delicious meal.

Wonderfully delicious new “find” for us. I had the salade Maison and the moules- wow to both. I felt that I was back in France 😁 and the fennel in the mussels was perfect. Can’t wait to return!

I am a "foodie and a wino" and fortunate to have been able to live accordingly since I was a California teenager!

This is my third visit to the Parc . . . .and you are well positioned to become one of the very best restaurants in the Mosaic/Tysons area.

I was a fan of your predecessor Requin - which was pretty darn good at its best; but you are already off to a more sophisticated and polished start!
