Waitress was good but the food was awful, over cooked and tasteless. They did credit for my dads overcooked steak so that was good. No espresso after as apparently the coffee machine was broken. Major improvements on the food are needed.

Great restaurant, went to celebrate my birthday with some girlfriends. Food was great, a tad cool for some of my friends and the waitress told the manager and the temperature was turned down. She came back to check to ensure the temperature was to their liking. For dessert they wrote “happy birthday” on my dessert with a candle, which was a very nice touch. Defintely recommend.

We have been here several times over the years & it has always been very enjoyable. Not this time. My squash soup was tasty however it was tepid. Also the portion size for the appetizer fritto misto was tiny, one calamari & a few shrimp. I realize it was an appetizer however when I inquired how big it was, I was lead to believe it was a good portion size. The server was attentive, friendly & pleasant. Also my Parcheggio special cocktail was delicious.

Thank you dinner for friends and it was great. Love new( to me) two course special menu. I had frito misto - delicious and beef tenderloin skewers - they were fantastic - tender perfectly grilled. Three of us had them and one had the ricotta gnocchi which he raved about. Excellent service delicious food - loved the cannoli too! Good wine and great friends so it was a good evening! Thank you.

We were very disappointed with the food and the prices at this restaurant. The patio is nothing spectacular, but at least it is a bit secluded from the traffic on Sheppard by a row of shrubs. Three of my colleagues had the burger and two felt it had not been cooked properly. I had the gem salad for $22.00. Outrageous price when you consider that it was two heads of the small gem lettuce, not even cut up, just served whole, loaded with dressing, some cheese and bits of dried prosciutto.

Overall, the food was good but it wasn't over the top (based on the prices, it should have been much better than chain restaurants). The service qas good and we got seated in a quiet spot once the hostess knew we were there for a business meeting.

Really disappointed. Restaurant was freezing cold. Waited quite a while for someone to even come by and offer drinks. Food got cold quickly. We ate fast and left.

The food is awesome. But they were definitely understaffed. Service was slow and sloppy. Took 45 minutes for food to arrive, 20 minutes for drinks, then no glasses for bottled water, and promised second drinks never arrived. The restaurant was busy inside and patio, but if you know you’re short staffed then don’t fill the tables if you can’t handle it. If I hadn’t been a regular I would have left and never go back.

Came here fof lunch today, everything was amazing and our server was incredible! I can't fully remember her name but I think it was Cassandra or Catherine (something with a C), she was so wonderful and energetic! The food was great and the restaurant vibes were fantastic. Will definitely be back!

The lunch Summerlicious salmon and pudding were great. The pumpkin chilled soup was not as advertised, as it seemed to contain more zucchini than pumpkin itself, but it was refreshing though.

Summerlicious menu looks good, but the overall quality is so so. Ordered steak as entree and both came out lukewarm to cold. When told, the steak was taken in for some sort of warm up, and they came out overcooked. At checkout, the manager asked how much I want to tip instead of letting me decide. Of course, I asked to do it myself. So overall, mediocre food that is not of the usual high quality expected in an Oliver and Bonaccini restaurant, and given the experience, I would say that the service was poor.

Food is excellent. The chairs are brutal they are very uncomfortable. Don’t try to put people on these tiny tables even if they’re ya only two . However, I would go back

Love the ambiance & this was my third. Most of our entrees were excellent but the salmon entree was overcooked & the calimari was tough & underneath was a mushy mess. The cold soup needed seasoning & was a really unattractive green. The lemon posset’s toppings were blah. Service was really poor with long wait time to see our server, drinks brought slowly and one of us was asked to wait till she took the food order to get her cocktail. Likewise next bar order. I think that I will return after Summerlicious as this may not be the best time to go on a Saturday night

This was my third time at Parcheggio. The restaurant was only a quarter full, but the hostess was going to seat us near the entrance. I requested a change and they complied. There were 4 of us. We learned that we all had to get the Summerlicious or the regular menu. No exception. Very disappointing. They also had taken some of their better dishes; like the Cioppino and Flank Steak, of the menu. We ordered the Mushroom Bruschetta, we had to add one to make it 4 pieces... tasty by the price was $28! The Fritto Misto had 3 shrimp and 5 calamari also priced at $24. We ordered Branzino and swordfish. The Branzino filets were very small and the swordfish was barely 3" X 3." At $38 and $34 we got very poor value. The waittress suggested a side of pasta with the swordfish. It did not pair at all with the fish. I now see why the restaurant was only a quarter full on a Friday night! I will not be going back!!

Would never come back. Service horrible. Sub standard. Food took way too long to arrive considering how empty restaurant was. They dumped the dishes and left. I didn’t have a chance to see that my beef skewers were cold and I could not get anybody to tell them it was not acceptable. We asked for cheese and they brought a tiny little dish with clumpy cheese way after asking and meantime pasta got cold. A total joke. Shame on this restaurant. When the bill came I complained and the waitress was flippant. Extremely disappointed.
