   I had a fantastic experience dining at Parcheggio. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. Everything I tried was cooked to perfection and flavorful. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and it felt like a special treat to be able to enjoy such a great meal.    Food and service was very good. It was during the week so not sure how busy it gets on weekends. Our waitress (Abigail?) was very courteous and patient with us.

   Unfortunately service was lacking. Little to no attention from the wait staff. So funny. If you look below, the restaurant asked for additional feedback via their website, unfortunately there is nowhere on the website to to message the restaurant. Not even an email.    Food was unfortunately not great …..my house salad was over-dressed and the lettuce was soggy. The gnocchi - which was supposed to be the best pasta on the menu by way of recommendation - was luke warm and chewy. There was no house bread or olive oil for guests. That said wine was great and service was good. For a specialty Italian restaurant located in the most expensive mall in the country, I had higher expectations.

    Our family has been going out to celebrate Mother's Day for well over 30 years, and this is the first time that we have been disappointed. In fact, all 7 adult members of our party were disappointed. It was expensive so we expected it to be nice, but it was underwhelming. Not at all what we would expect from a member of the Oliver and Bonacini group. It was only half full, but the food was often not replenished, and there was always a line up at the coffee station. In spite of an 18% admin fee for the wait staff, guests had to get their own coffee and tea and refills. The coffee was so weak and the cups so small that it seemed like a large chore to line up for what you ended up with. The dessert area was smaller than a card table and had only 5 or 6 choices. Even including that, there was only one food table, a small crepe/carving table, and a small table with a soup pot on it. They didn't even go to the effort to put flowers or decorations on the guest tables. We did not have alcohol as it was morning brunch, and still the bill was very close to $100 per person. Totally not good value. We won't be returning.

    It’s worth a visit at least once, but we probably won’t go back due to personal preferences. The service is amazing! It’s more casual than we were expecting. But without the casual cost. Neither the food, not the drinks were worth the price we paid. The server was great thankfully. She was the best part. The food was good, not great in terms of flavor or texture; but perfect portion sizes. Full but not stuffed. The drinks were…. More aesthetically pleasing than anything.

    Some reviews made me feel hesitant to return post-covid, but everything was beyond expectations! Waitress was very friendly, attentive enough, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Apps (foccacia) and main (gnocchi & lasagna) were perfectly cooked with a great balanced flavor. Will definitely be bringing more guests from our of town here!

    We brought a VIP client for lunch - He was very impressed with the quality of perfectly seasoned and prepared food available on the lunch menu. We will absolutely come again, and will be happy to recommend to others, as well. We were able to get a same-day reservation, and the staff was very accommodating.     Food quality was good yo very good. Some mains were disappointingly small. The Caesar salad was small for the cost and had breadcrumbs instead of croutons and no actual anchovies or bacon. The cioppino serving was very small. The momma’s lasagna was the only winner.

    Wonderful place and service! We had a duck ragu pasta that was very good; I tried the roasted cauliflower that was very disappointing - little flavour to it for its price. I had other dishes there before that were fantastic.

    I was there for lunch on a Wednesday so it was quiet but I know from previous visits for dinner that it’s not always like that. all ordered their famous Nonna’s 15 layer lasagna and it didn’t disappoint. Everyone said it was amazing.
