   Park Bistro is a real gem, I would highly recommend it. We had an amazing brunch there - crab omelette, lemon ricotta pancakes, Benedicts, croque madame... the cheddar biscuits with apple butter are sensational, not to mention the delicious cocktails. What is nice about this place compared to other brunch places in Lafayette is that you can book a table so you don't have to stand around for an hour waiting for a table. Absolutely loved the ambiance and would highly recommend!

   Lovely new spot in former Saint Street Inn. Varied menu serving excellently prepared classics with some new takes. Refreshing cocktails for reasonable prices. Friendly, professional staff! Great environment wasn’t too loud or busy on a Friday night.

   Although we were the last table for Brunch service, we still got excellent service and attention from waitstaff. Small plates were good, enjoyed lemon pancakes; crab omelettes were a bit bland. Nice early Mother's Day celebration.

    Every time I go to Park Bistro 10X we get something different and have never been disappointed! Peter Cooke/chief owner has done a great job with his staff and kitchen. Bring a much needed flair to Lafayette cuisine.

    The food is so flavorful and portions are generous. Cocktails, appetizers, mains, sides and dessert. Every course was a culinary adventure. Chef Peter takes a familiar food, like tuna, shrimp or salmon, and puts a spin on it that is unmatched at any restaurant in Louisiana. The atmosphere is upscale casual and comfortable. The kind of place where you will run into old friends. I’ve been twice and will return.

    This place is super charming! The staff was appropriately attentive, fun, and friendly. The food was some of the best we’ve had in Louisiana and a nice step away from the norm of menus in Cajun Country.     Our first time trying Park Bistro was tonight for their pizza night. We can't say enough about the excellent service (Sophie and team) innovative menu and delicious food. We had the shishito peppers to start, pepperoni pizza as our entree and the chocolate tart for dessert. Everything was fantastic! We will definitely be coming back soon.

    My wife and I took our daughter out to dinner while in town and everything at Park Bistro was a treat. The risotto balls were excellent as a warm up to the entrees. The flatiron steak, red snapper and potato gnocchi were are winners. We were too full for dessert, so we comment there. We would return to Park Bistro when in town.

    Nice little neighborhood spot...enjoyed the risotto balls, and black eye pea toast...the potato gnocchi and flat iron steak. Service good..only dislike is noise level which is a little bothersome.

    So, initially I was really pumped about trying Park Bistro as I've heard amazing things about the food. Unfortunately, we only got to try an appetizer during our visit with the restaurant. It wasn't entirely the restaurants fault, but we had a 6:00 PM reservation because we were catching a concert at 7:30. I don't think the restaurant was prepared as, initially, there weren't many tables upon our arrival, but the restaurant quickly filled up and I don't think they were prepared. There was basically one server for the entire restaurant. We got drink orders and an appetizer in, but our food order still had not been taken by 6:55 PM, so we had to leave without experiencing the food to make it on time to our show. I was pretty bummed, but our server understandably was great and was doing the best that he could.

    This new and refreshing Bistro that Peter Cooke has opened in Lafayette has taken the dining scene by surprise and excitement! His take on food preparation is clearly not local, but from a different source. His extensive expierence and education in the New York area is being demonstrated in his kitchen. Hard to recommend only one dish, its all good!
