   Great tasting food. Respectable cocktail menu. Great portions. It was quiet when we arrived around noon, but I can imagine it gets pretty rowdy in there at dinner and after.

    As long time locals (25+) years, we were treated to dinner with out of town friends. Our meals did not disappoint. The Family plate is plenty for 2 adults and 2 kids. Had a side of fries, so good! The cocktail menu of in house made spirits had something for everyone! Truly enjoyed.

    I sat upstairs at the bar with my boyfriend for my birthday. The two bartenders working Monday night were super awesome and I had an awesome bday dinner thanks!! Xx

    We were staying in Banff and were looking for things to do on our "free day". Visited the Banff Gondola in the morning, then did the free distillery tour here (which was brilliant) and stayed and ate an excellent meal straight afterwards. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and excellent at customer service. Would highly recommend!

    Service was super friendly and genuine. Always checking we were well watered and aware of all the menu options we could have missed. We also did the distillery tour which was very interesting and delivered with genuine excitement for the craft so it didn’t feel like just a side hustle!

    Great location with very good menu and food. Let down by slow, inattentive service. Took 10 minutes for a server to first arrive and our drinks actually arrived after the meal was served.

    My husband and I love this restaurant. We come here every time we visit Banff. This is the first time we had a not so excellent experience, unfortunately. Our server was not friendly, did not make any recommendations, made us feel rushed to order and our dirty plates sat in front of us for at least 10 minutes. She walked passed us many times and did not bother at all to clear the table or ask how we were doing. I had also put in the reservation that it was my husband's birthday, as there is an option to do so when you book online. There was no recognition of his birthday at all when we were there. We love the food and have always had amazing service. But, this time was definitely lacking in that department. Made the experience less enjoyable.

    The atmosphere is good. The menu has something for everyone. The appetizers were excellent. The mains for good. We ordered the Observation Deck drink because we had heard it came with a flaming cedar plank. It wasn’t quite like the video on the website but it was okay. Happy Hour was nice but overall the restaurant is a little pricey.

    Our server was quite pleasant! I ordered a quarter chicken, the portion potatoes of the potatoes and gravy were rather sparse for the price, especially when compared to the fries delivered with a burger.

    Maybe it was a 1 off but we drove from Calgary for my husbands 50th just to have the awesome pasta only to find out the had removed it and replace me it with some Ty else. Then all 3 of us had steak and 2 were cold and the other was half fat half meat on 16oz. We didn’t complain and are absolutely surprised. We’ve been several times and this was just not up to parr and worth 340$

    We visit PARK mainly for their amazing cocktails. Their homemade spirits are so smooth. And their unique cocktail combos are always delicious. Especially love the sawback and storm mountain. Paired with a few appies it’s a perfect date night.

    Absolutely love it here! Had the lettuce wraps and they were amazing. Staff are always extremely friendly and the atmosphere is unique and great. We go every time we come to Banff.

    First time visiting since pre-Covid. Had the sharing platter - must admit we missed the BBQ beans that used to be part of it. Food was lovely but could have been warmer. Would return when next in Banff

    We have been here many times. Usually a great experience. Service was terrible, 5 of us in our party. 15 minutes between 1st meal and 5th meal being served. 1 meal incorrect. A lame apology in lateness of meals. Had to ask for refills on drinks. Plates not cleared when we finished our meals.
