   Had a great dinner at Park Distillery to close out a family vacation to the Banff area. Good food, great service and tasty drinks right in the middle of the Banff pedestrian mall area. Good spot!

    Yesterday, 7/31/2022 - We ordered the HALF roasted chicken and we were served the QUARTER size, after waiting for almost 30 mins for our orders. When we asked for correction, we were then told that they ran out of the HALF size … (“so you just decided to give us the quarter size without asking / informing us???” ). They said we can order another quarter size but it would take another 20 mins to prepare! That’s just ridiculous! Why would you wait to inform us that you ran out of our order till you serve our order? They were apologetic but offered nothing for the inconvenience. We have been loyal customers to this resto and this is the 2nd time that we were treated like this. Coming back may be a remote possibility now.

    The service at Park Distillery is excellent and we felt valued as customers. The food was good, but felt a bit predictable. We had the steaks (Tenderloin and ribeye), which we cooked perfectly, but under-seasoned. We also had some of their signature cocktails and they were outstanding! The drinks definitely stood out as the highlight of our evening. Our service was professional and well informed. They were very accommodating and willing to please. I would highly recommend.

    Sadly our server looked bored. She hasn’t smiled to us a single time and she looked like she didn’t wanna be with us tonight. She was always in an hurry and it was hard to catch her and talk to her. Food is awesome tho! Ambience was really great too! I think we just had a bad luck with our server.

    Food was AMAZING! Service was a little slow between appy and main, but not awful. The roll up walls made for a very cool dining experience but did open it up to a bit more street noise. Overall great, will definitely return

    Ate at the Park Distillery for our last night in Banff. Wonderful cocktails (I’m normally a wine person) and food. Everything was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

    Super service and wonderful late lunch in Banff1. Its worth checking out the Park Distillery for their beautiful food and delicious cocktails. The burgers are exceptional - bison was nicely topped and fries were fresh and not greasy. The shrimp tacos were delicious with pineapple and avocado. The Tuna Takakiki Salad was very filling with grapefruit segments and watermelon to add to the already refreshing serving. From the cocktail menu, try Stormy Mountain on a hot day or a Sawback if you like the chilli spice kick. The Gin and tonic is also a fresh favourite. The patio is dog friendly and partially shaded which we were very grateful for. A very enjoyable meal and afternoon. Thanks Park Distillery!

    Worth a reservation if you’re visiting Banff. Fantastic cocktails and great service. Loved the ambiance and location. Really appreciate the gluten free and vegetarian options - entire page of the menu.

    Food was ok (not exceptional), table was nice (next to open window), server was very nice. The one thing that made us leave the place as soon as we possible could, it the very loud and noisy Mexican band which was playing across the street. It was so loud, we could not have a conversation. And they never stopped. Horrible.

    Always love a trip to Park. Original cocktails, great local food and energetic atmosphere. I booked for two but we had an unexpected guest join us. Unfortunately there was no space for us to move to a bigger table but we didn’t mind. Had a great time ☺️

    Warm Potato salad had a fantastic crunchiness, and the chicken, ribs, and quesadillas were all really good. Local barrel aged cocktails were interesting and tasty.

    Lekkere maaltijd en super vriendelijke bediening. De eerste keer na 3 weken Canada dat we zelf konden aangeven wanneer we wensten te betalen en dat de rekening niet onder onze neus geschoven werd op het moment dat de laatste hap nog in onze mond zat.

    The food was great but small portion sizes for the cost. The hosts were incredibly rude. Felt like it was an inconvenience to request a table. Especially since we had made a reservation?? Our server was great and was very accommodating to our dietary concerns. My step dad’s food initially came out cold but our server happily got him a fresh and much hotter dish! Thank you so much. As a local from the area I was really excited to bring my family here but left fairly embarrassed that this was the level of service we have to offer..
