Great food, service and a pretty good view outside.
The food was prepared well but some was not fresh, it was lukewarm.
Nice setting , service was fine however the food was not worth the money , steaks were over cooked , sides were cold and tasted poor , and I’m pretty sure my daughters burger was soy ... very disappointed especially for the money !
The salad was delious and the prime rib sandwich was equally good.
Our server, James was very accommodating and provided excellent service
Reservation was for 8pm, but we were seated late. The room’s temperature was very cold, and it was cold outside. The waitress took a while to greet us for our initial drink order, while we were sitting there freezing. The appetizer and entree came out at the same time. The table had no utensils or napkins. She brought them out with the food. The food was hot, but the flavor wasn’t that good, especially the appetizer. We were not pleased. It was evident that they were short-staffed, and needed some help.
This restaurant is right at the entrance of a hotel. Literally no ambiance for a fine dining experience. Would not recommend at all.
Great ambiance and food.
Great service, great food! Only thing that could have made it better is if the brussel sprouts were a little more seasoned
Take your significant other here for a date night! The food was reasonably priced, the staff was very nice and the views of the Niagara River were beautiful.
Chairs are fabric and stained. Big turnoff. Delmonico steak was mediocre. Filet was perfect. Sandy was an excellent server!!
My fiancé and I visited for my birthday and we had an amazing experience! Our server was so attentive and caring, she made my birthday even more special with a dessert and kind words. We will 100% be back 😊
We were seated pretty quickly and greeted. The food was reasonably priced, however the drink, which was a side car was a bit overpriced. The bacon cheeseburger and prime rib sandwich was delicious along with the smoked Gouda macaroni and cheese. I’d definitely come back when In the area.
Elaina was a great server. Very attentive and kind. She catered to all of our needs in a timely matter. Food was excellent.
Beautiful place for some finer cuisine with excellent service and delicious drinks.
The food was decent, but not spectacular. 1 of us got the man n cheese with the blackened chicken which was OK. 2 of us ordered steaks, the sirloin can out cooked properly but was lukewarm at best, the other was the ribeye and was undercooked. Best part of the meal was the bread basket and cheesecake. Do not recommend, not worth the money.
Nice bar area, but the main dining areas appeared very simple.. no decor other than the tables and chairs... oh and a small vase with one fake flower. The dinner for 2 was awesome could be shared with 4 if you get an appetizer like the meat and cheese board. Lots of restaurants around the area were closed. We went there for lunch, but asked for the dinner menu.
We ordered the dinner for 2 n when we got it, it was cold we said we didn’t want it any more but the manager tried to bring us out another one even after being told we didn’t want it our server was great however very kind and listened to us
The meals were delicious, we went for 3 breakfasts and 2 dinners during our hotel stay. Everything was superb every time. Kuddos to the chefs!!!
Valentine’s Day dinner was wonderful! Great food, service and entertainment!
When we arrived our table was ready, we did not have to wait. The food was beyond delicious. It was made to our liking. The atmosphere was very romantic. Everything was beautiful. The staff was right on point with everything. I would definitely dine here again.
Had a great time at Parkway prime Steakhouse & Lounge!
The food was delicious, the server was knowledgeable and polite, and the live music that evening was spectacular.
We had a terrific Valentines dinner. The staff was excellent, the tables were nicely spaced for social distancing and the food was excellent.
Amazing staff, and food.
We came up to Niagara Falls for Valentine’s Day weekend. All of the restaurants around us were booked, i kept checking open door and Parkway Prime had a spot open for dinner time. We had the best experience! The food was delicious and perfectly done. The atmosphere was so relaxing and enjoyable. The saxophone player they brought in to play during dinner was fantastic and the wait staff was very attentive and personable. We could not have had a better experience. It was perfect.
5:00PM reservations with another couple and had separate checks. Our salads took forever while our friends got served with their salads/soup. Our waitress was nice but did not check back or clean up our table. The food was good but pricey. We were billed for our friends dinner when I check our credit card and I am waiting a corrected bill.'
Took my wife for valentines day the food was amazing. The staff was very friendly and we absolutely loved our meal.
Everything was great with the exception of the dry aged steak. My girlfriend and I haven’t ever had anything like it and just weren’t big fans of the flavor. Besides that, everything else was phenomenal!
Tricia the manager was a God sent full of life wonderful personality I absolutely love her she made our experience just that much wonderful
I will be going back! The food and drinks was very good!
first i would say that my family also owns a restaurant and i realize how hard things are for all of us in the industry. Having said that, it was probably the worst dinner experience my wife and I have ever had. We were celebrating our 32nd anniversary and they sat us 10 feet from a saxaphone player, we couldnt even hear each other. I know it was New years eve but website didnt mention special menu. They brought out my french onion soup and it was spilt all over the plate under bowl and it was ice cold. My wife ordered double lobster tail which were not anywhere near four ounce. I am a buyer for our restaurant and they were no 4 ounce. Then my $9 yukon gold potatoes, were ice cold also! This was a dining nightmare and would not ever recommend this place! It is a real shame this place gets to be open while we remain shut!
The food was VERY GOOD, the Service was OUTSTANDING, Abagail Was Excellent, outstanding job!!!
As a frequent visitor to Parkway Prime, as usual the food was delicious, the service and ambience wonderful (in nice weather you can sit outside near the rapids of Niagara Falls). The French onion soup and butternut squash soups were wonderful. The salad was diversified and tasty. The Penne Brocc was delicious. The Lobster Gouda mMac and Cheese is a dish not to miss. The Fillet Mignon was done to perfection. The salmon, along with the loaded baked potato was very good, although it would be much better if a second side would be offered and the plate was presented with a bit more color (minor but just the added touch makes it perfect). Now to the reason for not getting a 5 star rating. Although the Cane Frost drink (of which my wife had 2 at only $5.50 apiece), and the Coconut Rum drinks were excellent, my red wine was served way too warm (not an uncommon mistake by many restaurants). If a higher end restaurant like Parkway Prime wants to get 5 star ratings, the wines need to be served at the correct temperatures. Service from Sandy was exceptional (which earned her a good tip). BUT, and most significantly, the Bourbon Old Fashion served was awful. For $17 (an up-charge of $5 for Bulliet Bourbon) it should be made correctly. It seemed liked it was the bourbon was mixed with water (no sugar cube or at least simple syrup) and then served with crushed ice, a swizzle stick stuck with a cherry and orange slice tossed in and that's it.
Overall great! It was a little too open and loud. I wish it were more secluded from the rest of the hotel - which didn’t help its noise level much. The food was perfect, as well as the staff. The 2 for $99 was by far amazing as well!
Tasty food, great service, and a view of the river with a warm fireplace. Oh, and my girlfriend absolutely loved the cheddar onion biscuits in the bread basket!
The food was absolutely awful. The steaks not seasoned well and the drinks were poor as well
The waitress was very nice . But the kitchen had our food coming out in portions . Took a long time just to bring out bread and salads
Our steak was cooked to perfection so where our vegetables and potato and my husband said their French onion soup was the best he ever had
Thank you so much for your great review. It was our pleasure serving you!! Cheers.
Perfect! Great place great food
