Not really the steakhouse I was hoping it was. Server was rude and not very accommodating at all. Chef made the medium steak rare. For the price the experience was terrible. No bread before the food came out. Never checked to see if refills are needed. Just all around bad.

We were seated in the main dining room area. There was a large bright light above us that was shining white light and made us feel as if we were dining in a cafeteria. A softer light would offer a better ambiance. We had the steak sandwich with cheese. The meat was dry and tough and the cheese reminded me of melted velveeta. Did not like it at all. The waitstaff were great!

The full menu had extensive choices. We had planned on surf and turf. The meal was delicious and the chef's presentation was outstanding. Our waiter, Alex was friendly, efficient and very accommodating. We couldn't ask for better service from our greeting upon arrival and our service and meal.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful , and setting is beautiful. If you dine outdoors, can hear The Falls. We changed our seating to Indoors as the hostess advised that bees were a problem. Bread wasn’t offered, and tenderloin tips on salad were only available as Well Done. Requested Med Rare and server said they’re precooked. Very disappointing. The salmon on my salad was cooked as requested but piece was small. A couple in our group celebrated an anniversary, and our server (George) brought a delicious & generous size dessert. I live in the Washington, DC area and was treating travel companions to what I hoped would be a special outing. Overall the group was pleased but was not a high end steakhouse experience.

It’s great to receive hot food! Service was excellent with “Lisa”. If I had a complaint, it was the room temperature. It was freezing cold. Didn’t try buffet. They don’t give you spoons anymore…. Told people were stealing them. As a result, I saw people eating cold cereal and milk with a fork!

We were visiting from Boston, Mass and have been to Parkway Prime before. The food is top notch. We ate on the patio so the ambiance is out-doors, but very pleasant. Everything was great and we are very satisfied. The only comment, not criticism, is that the associated hotel parking lot lighting is very annoying. It is almost like the hotel wants to annoy guests of the restaurant (which is probably leased space) by aiming the parking lot lighting directly at the restaurant patio. There is no safety or security reason to aim articulated lighting up and at an elevated restaurant patio except to bother the restaurant guests. Fortunately it isn't blinding, and we could adjust our chairs to avoid looking right at the outdated 1980s omnidirectional light fixtures. We will definitely dine there again.

Hotel restaurant, so I had my reservations about it before we we got there. It was what I thought it would be. If your looking for a nice quiet romantic ambiance this is not the restaurant. No parking, both lots were full so we left the car at entrance. Service was slow although everyone was very nice. The music as well as the bar guest were very loud. No dress code and it showed but I get it. Again it’s a hotel. The food was a little above average but nothing I will remember. Overall didn’t hate it but I probably won’t go out of my way to dine there again.

The pad Thai was runny and fishy smelling. We ordered the banana pepper dip and received the roast beef dip instead. The waitress, however, did provide us with what we ordered and kept the other dip on our table with no charge. Our waitress was great; the food was questionable.

Very good. We had the filet and the seafood pasta. Both were good. Filet might have been a bit expensive. Service was a bit slow but it seemed like they might have been understaffed. Waitstaff were pleasant so no complaints with any individuals.

Ate on the patio which had a nice view of the Niagara river, and the distance between the trees, but it was a lovely atmosphere under the sun under some partial shade. When passing through the dining area it was a large open space with mostly all reflective surfaces so if it was really busy and packed, it would be an echo chamber, very loud.

Visiting Niagara, NY for the Falls, was our last vacation stop on a three week driving trek from Chicago to New Jersey, to Boston/Cape Cod, to Cooperstown, NY. On our second/final day in Niagara we successfully gambled a bit at the Seneca Casino and decided to end our stay with a really nice dinner at Parkway Prime Steakhouse & Lounge located in the Hilton Double Tree Hotel. We were seated by the large windows that overlook their beautiful outdoor patio and across the street from a wonderful view of the quickly flowing Upper Niagara River. Our meals consisted of a delicious Portobello mushroom sandwich with a large side of restaurant made mashed potatoes and a delicious Asian inspired shrimp/noodle dish served in a warmed cast iron baking pan, to keep the meal sufficiently warm throughout the meal! Did I say everything was delicious? We topped it off with a fun ice cream Sunday served on top of an amazing fresh baked thick chocolate/nut cookie, all decorated with in house made whip cream and a chocolate sauce drizzle. Again, delish! We couldn’t finish it! Put this restaurant high on your list when in Niagara Falls, NY. Too bad we weren’t hungry enough to try their delicious looking steak choices. It’s a specialty there, we were told. Next time we visit!

This is the hotel restaurant, not a steakhouse. We were expecting a much nicer restaurant. The ribeye steak had almost no marbling, hence not much flavor. The hot bread was not hot nor bread, but three rolls -- and it cost an extra $4. Our server turned on the AC and it got very cold in our area, plus the food got cold after a bit. We said something to the manager when they stopped by, but nothing was done. I would not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for something nice.

They mentioned that they couldn’t see the reservations coming from Open table. Even though I had my confirmation for 5 people at the patio we couldn’t sit there. The service was so poor. I have never seen such a poor service. It is a pity because it could have been much better

We had Mother’s Day brunch here. $55 a person and that didn’t include any drinks. Food was mediocre and there were a lot of brunch foods missing like French toast, bread, pancakes, etc. the waitress was nice but flustered. Just overall not what I expected for an upscale Mother’s Day brunch. I will say the dessert table was beautiful and had some great choices.

Went here for Mothers Day brunch. Compared to the brunch they served in years past this brunch was a tremendous let down. The brunch menu was drastically reduced. Gone was oysters, shrimp, stuffed peppers, pork belly’s and too many others to mentioned. Most of what they did serve was good, but not great Which is what i would have expected for $55 per person. Unlikely to be back next year as I could get the same menu at countless other places for a fraction of the cost.

You guys knocked it out of the park! We will be back next year. We've gone several places for Mother's Day brunch and this was by far the best we've had in quite a while. The atmosphere, the thoughtful presentation of plated food and the buffet areas was lovely! Service was super! 👍👍❤️

I went for a romantic birthday dinner. We sat by the windows to watch the water. It was lovely. The chairs were comfortable. The service was fantastic. I didn't feel rushed at all. We had a lively conversation with well timed service. I was thrilled the dinner date came out exactly as I wanted. I'd definitely go back.

Only three people in a large restaurant when we arrived. 35 minutes after we ordered our food and salad came out together. The steak was cold. Tough and dry. The waitress didn’t bring one of the salads we ordered, when the second salad came out it had the wrong salad dressing. Ordered steak med rare, steak was cooked med well. Upsetting meal. The reviews on open table for this place are very good. I don’t understand? My experience was miserable.

Food was not good. My steak was undercooked. My girlfriend’s steak had a long string of dark hair on the plate under the steak. The shrimp appetizer tasted like it had been in the freezer for months. It was not a good experience and one of the worst meals I have had in a while
