Food was on point, waitress was the best I’ve ever had, the price was expected and well worth it, definitely coming back to sit at the bar next time and enjoy the live music!
The food was to be honest overcooked and overpriced. Dry small piece of Salmon for $33 dollars is outrageous, also the fact that sides does not come with your entree, and is all al carte is a insult especially for the price your paying. I won't be recommending this restaurant to anyone no time soon.
Our Waiter Kionte was not focused enough on any of his tables. He was all over the place & not sure of what we ordered. He offered to get our bill for us when we were still on our appetizers. Not once did he check on us while we were eating our entrees. He was gone off of the floor behind the walls more than tending to his tables.
We had a great experience here, came here during our honeymoon and the food was amazing, service was amazing, our waitress was really nice and made sure we weren’t ever in need of anything! Would definitely come back!
We were very disappointed in this place. There are many other places we have been that are way better, so I would not recommend you go here.
Our anniversary dinner was amazing our server was excellent and one of the servers was so kind to take our photo! Highly recommended.
Had reservation, got seated right away. Excellent service provided by Erica. Food was delicious—flavorful and hot!
The warm bread, bourbon butter and autumn apple squash soup were exceptional! Highly recommend. Great location too.
Service was super slow. Food was just ok. Too costly for what you actually receive overall.
Lengthy wait for food and horrible customer service from your team. Overpriced for the service and chain restaurant food we were served.
After visiting a chain restaurant for the kids the previous night, I needed an “adult” meal. This fit the bill plus some. The filet was cooked well and tasty! They were accommodating for our kids requests. Waitress and hostess were friendly. Would definitely go back again.
The atmosphere was great. The drinks were wonderful and the food was out of this world! We came to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we were not disappointed!
Food was professionally prepared. My filet was perfect and so tender I could cut it with a fork. Everything was seasoned well but not over done. Great meal.
visiting area to check out Niagara Falls & staying at the hotel so decided to try the restaurant
We left after 30 min . We were seated by a very nice girl. After that no one came to our table.
Meal was excellent. Service slow, but short handed. Filet could be cut with fork. Caesar salad wonderful.
Celebrated 55th birthday with family and friends.
Everything is overpriced and the selection was terrible. There were very little chicken options and the only other light option was salad and that was outrageous. The waitress was bubbly which made the experience pleasant but would not recommend!
Excellent service and attention to detail. Steaks were perfect.
Tough review to write. The salmon was great but no potato, salad or vegetable is included. Extra $10+ for each. The cheesecake was huge and tasty. BUT the food, ambiance and experience was not up to the prices charged. Can't say it was bad, it was just OK. I would not go back. Find a better upscale place in the Falls, (if possible) or better yet take the short drive to Buffalo or to Canada for a MUCH better meal experience and food.
Food and service was amazing, especially their house maple syrup vinaigrette.
Food and service were spot on. My only complaint would be the pricing of the sides being a bit steep.
Lovely dinner. Had the most amazing server and sorry I didn’t get her name! There was an unfortunate situation where another young server dropped her tray and so many staff came to see how we were! Very considerate. Food a bit pricey but very well prepared
My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience
The food and the views are spectacular. However, we experienced long wait times for items. At times, service was lacking in that items (sauces) were brought late to the table (after the food was 3/4 eaten). When paying for the food, the credit card given wasn’t returned until we asked for it. Change was also requested but was not provided as well.
I don’t think the quality of the food, service, or atmosphere justified the prices. Everything was “fine”, but nothing too impressive. One of out side dishes was forgotten; brought to our table when we were nearly finished with our dinner. Everything was just okay.
Beautiful outdoor dining overlooking lawn, state park drive & river. Our dinner was delicious and our server, Rachel, was attentive to details. A lovely evening on our vacation.
I read the reviews for the restaurant and dismissed the negative reviews because I like to give the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately I should have believed the reviews. First, they had an act that was so loud that it was really difficult to hear others at my table. Second they had a waitress that was new and although I felt bad for the woman, I blame the administration for placing a new employee to serve on a Friday night, frustrating for her and for us. In addition, one of the salads had a hair in it. The manager did stop by and took care of some of the items in our bills, but I would have preferred to have paid my bill and have had better service.
Premium Chophouse prices for a mediocre meal. Absolutely no flavor. Could have had a better steak at Longhorn for 1/3 of the cost. Server was charming but it was evident that training standards and attention to detail are not emphasized. Sides not hot, no napkins with drinks, no silver on the table.
Did not realize the restaurant was inside a hotel, but other than that, a very good experience.
We were disappointed with food and service for prices paid. It was our anniversary and we were asked if special occasion when making reservation; however, no one seem to know or care.. Our server was unattentive and truly first time ever l have not left a more than fair tip. Will not be back.
A small bar greets you at the front of the restaurant. Friendly staff seat you. A very nice menu that has something for everyone. We both had the filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection, cut like butter, and tasted wonderful. Try the Gin Blossom from the bar. Alyssa did a great job as our server. Highly recommended!
We decided to go here for dinner because it was our 25th Wedding Anniversary and we were in town for a few days on vacation. Our server was Andrea and she was wonderful! It was the only good thing about the visit. We had reservations for 5:30pm on 9/14/2021. My wife and I both ordered the rib eye steaks, cooked medium. We also ordered au-Groton potatoes and Yukon gold mashed for sides. My wife's steak was raw and both steaks had no seasoning at all. My steak was cold. I also added the extra garlic and rosemary to my steak. The sides also had no seasoning. I realize that there is salt and pepper on the table but it's better when cooking. We were seated right next to the doors that go out to the back patio where you can dine outside if you want. We noticed two couples coming on the patio and one set had a large dog. The dog was not a service or companion dog. It was not wearing a vest and had no identification shown which is the law. We are dog lovers because we have 2 German Shepherds and a Golden Retriever. All of a sudden they come in from the patio and get seated next to us with the DOG!!!!! I am sorry we didn't say anything but we were shocked since our meal was terrible and now this! It's a high price restaurant and I didn't expect a dog laying under the table next to me. Our total bill for the steaks and sides with no alcohol was $160. This was terrible. Our reservation # was 17057. We are also going to complain to management. Unhappy and Upset, Robert H.
We have been here in Niagara Falls 3 days this restaurant and another one
We’re the only good places to eat
Food was great service good but needs improvement
I will definitely go again
Dined al fresco. Wonderful view of Niagara River!
The food was excellent. The best part was our server Sandra. She was spectacular.
We have a great experience
Was wife’s birthday and waitress new it was her birthday as we ordered shots in a birthday glass and she didn’t even acknowledge it. The table next to us different waitress gave them a free brownie sundae for birthday and we got nothing.
Very nice restaurant in the lobby of the Doubletree hotel on the south side of town. The staff was excellent… the prices not as much so. I can see paying $50+ for a steak Ala Carte at a Ruth Chris’ or in NYC but certainly not the outskirts Niagara Falls in what is basically a hotel restaurant. That being said, my wife and I weren’t all that hungry so I got a Carne Asada and my wife a Portobello sandwich, neither of which I would write home about. The best part of our meal by far was the Asparagus appetizer. We would have been far better off just getting two of those. This is no reflection on the staff which was attentive, welcoming and very personable or the atmosphere of the restaurant itself… which was outstanding. Very sedate with a nice view of the river. The food was the big letdown.
Bad service. Made my mom's birthday dinner a total disapointment.
We visited for our anniversary. Even though we had a 10-15 minute wait before being seated. The food was great and was served quickly. The ambiance was great even though we decided to sit out on the patio. Note: the night bugs did eventually bother us but it was nothing major. Most importantly the service was wonderful from the greeter to the server. We would visit again.
