   They mentioned that they couldn’t see the reservations coming from Open table. Even though I had my confirmation for 5 people at the patio we couldn’t sit there. The service was so poor. I have never seen such a poor service. It is a pity because it could have been much better

   We had Mother’s Day brunch here. $55 a person and that didn’t include any drinks. Food was mediocre and there were a lot of brunch foods missing like French toast, bread, pancakes, etc. the waitress was nice but flustered. Just overall not what I expected for an upscale Mother’s Day brunch. I will say the dessert table was beautiful and had some great choices.

    Went here for Mothers Day brunch. Compared to the brunch they served in years past this brunch was a tremendous let down. The brunch menu was drastically reduced. Gone was oysters, shrimp, stuffed peppers, pork belly’s and too many others to mentioned. Most of what they did serve was good, but not great Which is what i would have expected for $55 per person. Unlikely to be back next year as I could get the same menu at countless other places for a fraction of the cost.

    You guys knocked it out of the park! We will be back next year. We've gone several places for Mother's Day brunch and this was by far the best we've had in quite a while. The atmosphere, the thoughtful presentation of plated food and the buffet areas was lovely! Service was super! 👍👍❤️

    I went for a romantic birthday dinner. We sat by the windows to watch the water. It was lovely. The chairs were comfortable. The service was fantastic. I didn't feel rushed at all. We had a lively conversation with well timed service. I was thrilled the dinner date came out exactly as I wanted. I'd definitely go back.

    Only three people in a large restaurant when we arrived. 35 minutes after we ordered our food and salad came out together. The steak was cold. Tough and dry. The waitress didn’t bring one of the salads we ordered, when the second salad came out it had the wrong salad dressing. Ordered steak med rare, steak was cooked med well. Upsetting meal. The reviews on open table for this place are very good. I don’t understand? My experience was miserable.

    Food was not good. My steak was undercooked. My girlfriend’s steak had a long string of dark hair on the plate under the steak. The shrimp appetizer tasted like it had been in the freezer for months. It was not a good experience and one of the worst meals I have had in a while

    My wife and I arrived for our 3pm Easter Sunday reservation and there was no one covering the front of the house. It was about 5 minutes before anybody even acknowledged our presence in the restaurant. Our server was very nice. The food was OK, but not really worth what they were charging for it. It came very quickly, but wasn't very hot. I figure it was pre-prepared and they just had a buffet warming table set up in the kitchen. The "homemade" carrot cake was pretty good though. The menu states that a 20% gratuity will be added for parties of six or more. It was just my wife and I but they threw that on the bill as well. I used to work for tips also so I always tip 20% minimum and our server was very nice, but I found this to be a bit presumptuous, and kind of a turn off. I opted to pay using the QR code on the receipt, and the NCR app they use for payment prompted for another 20% tip on top of what was already added to our check. I give them 2.5 stars overall because our server was good. The man playing guitar was great, but not the place to go for great food... Over priced for what it is.

    It was an amazing experience. We told the staff we were there for our wedding anniversary and they gave us a free appetizer and free drinks. The steaks and lobsters we ordered were cooked to perfection and the Side Cars were delicious. I will be returning!

    My fiancé enjoyed the filet and bourbon flight for his birthday. We thought this restaurant would be a little dressier, even though it was located inside a hotel. But we were certainly overdressed but it was fun for a unique dinner date!

    Outstanding service and food here. We had the dinner for two. The steak was cooked to perfection and the beef was of superior quality compared to the steaks I get back home in Texas. It comes out pre sliced on a cutting board in a decorative setting. Our waitress was very knowledgeable in assisting us in making excellent wine choices. Would definitely dine here many more times if we actually lived there in Niagara Falls.

    Parkway Prime is 5/5 for service, quality, value and overall experience. We were a party of four and everyone enjoyed their meals. Angela was our server and she was wonderful! Also you cannot beat the view!

    My husband and I went here for dinner and we both enjoyed it. We got seated right away. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was great. My husband ordered a steak medium and it was cooked perfectly. I got a burger that was also cooked perfectly and delicious. We will definitely be back.

    Valentines Day dinner. Cocktails were reasonably priced & made just right. Salmon was delicious, portion’s generous. Did not like that gratuity of $28. was automatically included for 2 guests🤷🏽‍♀️ Service was good BUT it wasn’t THAT good! She forgot our xtra sour cream,butter & utensils.

    We were seated right on time and in a smaller side room that felt cozy and peaceful. Our server, Sandy was most helpful with suggestions and took extra time to ensure my partner’s allergy requirements were met. Our meals were delicious, served hot from the kitchen, and prepared as ordered. I will require extensive therapy in n the arm Sandy twisted’ to get me to order the Oreo Cheesecake dessert, but it was well worth it!

    We had a group of 6 celebrating a 40th birthday. Service was incredibly slow - took 20mins+ to get drinks. Appetizers were good, entrees were not. Everyone had steak, everyone’s steak was over cooked but cold. Everyone’s side veg was cold and mushy (asparagus was awful, as were brussel sprouts). Considering the cost - which was between $250-$300 per couple, the quality, and service were awful. Absolutely would not recommend.

    Steaks were overcooked, and the sides tasted microwaved. We had the tostadas as an appetizer, and they were so overcooked, the tortillas were burnt. The service was alright, nothing to write home about. The seating was very comfortable though, and we left before the band the started playing so it was nice and quiet. I wouldn’t go here again, the price of the food did not match up to the taste.

    Let start by saying this place has amazing food!!! And on another note….We had reservations for 6:30, but went early to have some drinks. The bartender wasn’t the best, due to attentiveness. He was more preoccupied chit chatting than keeping my glass filled. When it was time for our reservation there were no openings and had to wait. And yes the hostess was aware we were there (sitting right behind her). Buuuuut the food was amazing!! I had the filet and it was like butter and my fiancé has the prime rib and also said it was one of the best he’s ever had. We would DEFINITELY go again!!!

    Waitperson very friendly and helpful. Filet was medium rare and tender; n.y. strip would have been better but closer to medium well, than med rare. Not waitperson's fault as she did ask us if looked ok. My wife's filet looked great, mine look marginal, I should have sent back at once. The strip was tender & well seasoned, but was overcooked & turned dry after only a couple of bites.
