It was delicious! I love the venue and space. The one thing I will say is that the food took a little long - it was delicious and busy so I understand, but regardless. Awesome venue, will be coming back

I love this place! This was my second time and food was fantastic and service is always top notch! Ambiance is gorgeous and airy. I had the duck confit-I do wish there was a larger portion of sides served with it as the small greens and 3 sliced baby potatoes did leave me a little hungry, and the creme brule also seemed like the dish was low. Otherwise I do enjoy this restaurant and will be back again!

Absolutely delicious obviously the devilled eggs are a must try we had the luck of trying the schnitzel as well which was light as air with great toppings!

Love Parlour! Amazing service! Our server was a gem, just lovely and so attentive and personable. I was disappointed in our seating. I was entertaining family from Toronto and Fredericton and had hoped for a better table then near the kitchen which was noisy. My family loved Parlour and had no complaints!

Parlour is an eclectic gem. Feels like you have two options here: 1) Fine Dining, 2) Top Value. If you want 1), choose from the many sophisticated cocktails, appetizers, main courses and a dessert. For 2), show up with a bunch of friends and get the AMAZING chicken sandwich at $18. Atmosphere is trendy yet classy, staff was friendly and service was quick. Would recommend for special occasion, a quick bite or DDD (drinks & dessert date).

First time to Parlour to celebrate my birthday! We had a great experience! Food was unreal, the cocktails were great and the service was amazing! They even sang in a harmony for my birthday! The music was a bit loud but that is our only "complaint". Highly recommend!

We ordered two small plates, the scallops which were perfectly grilled and raw oysters. Bothe beautifully presented and delicious. We had the salmon main course. Perfectly cooked, delicious. The crispy skin was wonderful. I had the crème brûlée for dessert and the birthday girl had the pavlova. We licked our plates clean!

Our server was wonderful and his smile infectious. The salmon in miso was really good. Love the fact that your dining neighbours aren’t so close.

Amazing dining experience. The decor is very cool, the servers are friendly and knowledgeable, the food was fantastic and the drinks were amazing! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and they went above and beyond with complimentary champagne and sang her happy birthday! Such a great night.

Our evening at Parlour was fantastic. Celebrating a friend's birthday and the service was outstanding from the moment we walked in the door. Thank you to all the staff that contributed to a lovely evening...especially our server 'Just Dylan' who was very knowledgeable and fun to chat with. Will definitely return for another occasion to enjoy the cozy atmosphere and delicious food. Thanks so much!

Excellent food, service, and ambience, acoustics made it tough to hear conversations around our 5 people group, at the round table. I found it a bit expensive, but to be honest, prices are just up everywhere. Great evening had by all.

This was my second time at parlour. First off, the service was wonderful and attentive. The cocktails were well crafted and delicious. The space is beautiful and well curated. The food is where Parlour falls flat. I was with a group of 8 and the general consensus was that the dishes were bland and underwhelming. I had the duck which really tasted of nothing and came with 2 halved round potatoes (small). My partner got the burger which was dry. Meals are expensive for the quality. I would go back for cocktails. Overall disappointing because Parlour has a lot of potential and could be wonderful.

Had a great time with my girlfriends for a bachelorette party (we’re in our 30s). Awesome vibe, great music, loved the staff. The decor is very contemporary and minimalistic!

I've been 3 times to Parlour and have always enjoyed it! The staff are wonderful. I have severe allergies, and the staff and chefs have gone above and beyond in helping to accommodate my diet restrictions. I would highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised by our first visit to the Parlour. Now wish we had been coming regularly. The atmosphere, service and quality of the drinks was exceptional and make for a great value. The story of it being a former funeral parlour made for a great place for our night cap before going to sleep on Saturday. RECOMMEND!

Everything was perfect, from the moment we walked in. Inside decor is mid-century modern/Scandinavian and it is amazing. Food was outstanding. Staff was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Such a beautiful cool space! Staff was amazing, and owner Erin was lovely and charming. We had a great time and fabulous meal with our teens. Don't miss the creme brulee!

Food, service, and decor are all spectacular! The dining spaces all feel cozy and in your own little bubble. Towards the end of our service though, the noise level in the restaurant became almost unbearable and none of us could hear each other. Maybe it was just where our table was but the acoustics were a bit overwhelming.

This was my 3rd or 4th visit & it did not disappoint. We were a group of three & started with a the house made chips, devilled eggs & a dz oysters - all delicious! We then shared the Brisket Dinner for 2 which was really yummy. Cocktails & wine were great too! By the glass options for wine was not huge but fully met our needs & cocktail list was super. Thank you to Parlour for providing a gorgeous, chill dining experience with style & grace:) We will be back for sure!

As usual, dining at The Parlour was a wonderful dining experience. Delicious original cocktails, and importantly delicious food (that crunchy chicken sandwich!!! Yum), lovely mid-century decor, relaxed atmosphere. Everything you need for a great dining experience! I will be back. Often!
