At PARM, we believe that great pizza starts with amazing ingredients. The toppings are designed to complement the pizza, not weigh it down. As our wood fired pizza is baked in our forno oven, the temperatures exceed 800 degrees, fueled by apple wood from the Okanagan, BC. We believe this produces a Neapolitan pizza unequaled in Calgary.

All of our sauces are made in house and inspired by traditional family recipes. It's easy to see how quality ingredients results in a better end product.

We would be happy to guide you through our menu, pour you a cold Peroni, and maybe even help you plan your next meal with ingredients from our market.

Food very good however chicken Parm sandwich and veal sandwich were not hot when served.
Prices very reasonable , would give it another try.

I wasn't overly impressed or really at all with this restaurant. The restaurant was completely empty, which triggered a red flag to me. I came here on a Monday based off of the Monday special that they had (10$ any pizza) according to their website at the time. When I arrived at the restaurant, I inquired about the special and it turns out that they had taken it off but not yet off their website.
Now if the food was outstanding, I absolutely would not mind. Price point about the same as Posto or Una, but pizza was mediocre. Considering we were the only people at the restaurant, service was good and server was attentive.
All in all, I don't think I will be returning.

The restaurant was not very busy however the service was not very attentive. Food was good. They did acknowledge the special occasion which was a great touch.

We met for a business dinner. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding (we all three had different pizzas and they were all good.) Will recommend Parm for a casual evening out for good food any time.

Food was amazing. Calamari a must. Service was good maybe too relaxed. Great value. Need to up the wine list. Will go back for a lunch with pizza.

I enjoyed the pizza but it wasn't the best I've had in the city. It was super quiet for a Friday evening. I think our server was quite new - it took a long time for her to come take our order. I would like to try it again and see if it's any better.

Looks like this is a re opened restaurant under a diffetent name . No wine list seems like they cant afford a stock of wine. Odd decor and overall exprrience.

The food is wonderful - so delicious! However, the service is a bit slow and I really hope they develop their wine list. For an Italian restaurant, having only one red and one white wine on hand is really a shame and a missed opportunity. I hope to return regardless, but I will be much more likely to recommend it to friends if the service and wine offering are improved.

We absolutely loved our dinner. The pizza was delicious, the carbonara was authentic (no cream), calamari was cooked to perfection.
The only negative for us was the lack of service. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or overwhelmed prior to our reservation time. Our pasta arrived at the same time as our appetizers and we had to remind them about the pizza we ordered after all our other meals had been eaten and cleared away.

The food is definitely worth the visit. Just plan for a slower dining time.

the food took a while to make it out, but it was worth the wait. If you orer the lasagna be prepared to enjoy your wine first :)

It was a great meal with the family. Between us, we had pizza, veal, and a salad and everything tasted great. We met the owner, Charles (as I recall), and he was very nice to visit with. We are looking forward to getting back there.

Pizza was good, but service was terrible. Server was inattentive and didn't once check in with us. Our two meals were brought to the table at least 5 minutes apart. Maybe the pizza can only be made one at a time? Server was visibly annoyed when we asked about a dessert menu.

Appetizers and pizzas were good, but it seems they can only cook 2 pizzas at a time. We were 4 people with pizzas, so 2 of us had to wait quite a bit longer for our dinner than the others. That seems strange for a place with a fancy pizza oven. Service was very friendly

I have twice had the chicken parm, one of the restaurant's signature dishes. The first time, it was delicious; the second time, it was dry and overcooked. My companion had an unimpressive salad, and ordered some chicken to go with it, but it wasn't very delicious either. The restaurant is nicely laid out with a great ambiance, but there are many competing restaurants just steps away. Parm needs to up its game if it wants to stay in business. At minimum, ensure the food quality is consistently high, and add a couple of tasty, high end salads.
