Gaining inspiration from the rich County history and culture our family owned and operated farm brewery encompasses two 150 year old - heritage lumber buildings that were disassembled, moved and re-purposed as our bottle shop and tap room. Our expansive beer garden features alfresco dining from our Outdoor Kitchen, enjoy the unstructured playground with your little ones.

Connecting beer to the County’s agricultural heritage, our menu showcases flavours that are a reflection of our diverse cultural background. This is a TASTING menu. It’s a good enough brew pub that tries very well to offer interesting food choices as an accompaniment to the beverages but don’t come hoping to have a satisfying dinner. There’s about 10 beers on offer and a tasting required 4 choices. Amongst our group, we tried everything and opinions ranged from not bad to ok to meh. No one had a particular favourite that they wanted to order a pint of. We tried everything on the food menu and everything was ok, but nothing memorable. Very, very small portions and incredibly expensive. Last call around 830 made for an early Saturday night. That being said, we did but a few cans to take back to the hotel.

Third time dining and never been disappointed. Food is upscale on flavour and portions good. Staff very pleasant and apologetic due to shortage of wait staff.

Reservation was for 7pm and they’ve told us to better order right away. Within an hour they started cleaning up around us and we were out 75 minutes after. They should not be taking reservations later if they want to close within an hour and a half or should make it clear to the customers. Chicken was not cooked, drinks we ordered were forgotten and needed to remind them.

I brought my family there for lunch as part of our celebration for my mom's 90th birthday, and we could not have been more pleased. The food was fantastic, the service was exceptional and the atmosphere was so welcoming. We love Parsons!

Somewhat disappointing. We had reservations, this was a birthday & we were seated at a picnic table. Asked to change which was accommodated. Server told us everything they were low on or out of. Happy Birthday—Not. Hard pass!

First of all their site is awesome Very big The beer selection rocks And their menu is not big but everything is well tought of. We had a great time On top of it you can buy their beers at the tap store, nice way to strech the experience Only downside, they close quite early, 20h But that is the case of all restaurants in the area

Love the ambiance and family/pet friendly space! Food is quite good. Had the empanadas to start/share, I had the elote chicken Ceasar hubby the smash burger. Only reason for a 4 rating on food was hubby's burger was fairly greasy but it was still quite tasty & withe amount of cheese, not altogether unexpected. Otherwise a great food experience! Staff are down to earth and easy to engage with, striking a good balance of attentive service without being intrusive.

We had an amazing time here! We tried many of the beers and ate dinner here as well, sampling much of the menu. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The service here was impeccable, and although we had a server assigned to us, it was evident that there was a true team approach as all staff pitched in to make sure we always had what we needed. The owner was the most courteous and welcoming person. We would definitely go back here again!

Lovely spot. Fabulous service. Tons of young families! We were the only ones who didn't have kids at 6:30 on a Tuesday so it's very lively. Like other commentators said, small portions but everything is delicious. Beer was excellent.

Parsons is a wonderful place for a casual but yummy meal. And great outdoor eating. One of the things we love is that we can bring our Cockapoo with us and he is treated so well by the Parsons staff. Great food. Good menu selection. Refreshing beer (love their flights). Wonderful ambience. Great service. Not inexpensive but worth every dollar.

The restaurant, staff and food are all amazing, but you really need to get your driveway and parking lot graded! What a bumpy ride with so many potholes, plus it was raining so there were a ton of puddles getting to the doors.

Very tasty dishes. Wish they had some soups as they did in the winter. Some dishes had good sized portions, some could have had a bit more. Have a great area for the kids to run around and play while waiting. Nice place!
