Ordered pizza,wings and a side salad. Pizza and wings were very good. My friend’s salad was not very appetizing. She said it was wilted, old, and not good at all. We were seated in a dark corner, table of 6 very loud people seated near us. Noise level was extremely high.

After 10 minutes of waiting, I had to go to the hostess desk and ask if someone was going to come to our table to serve us. Our appetizer, calamari was soggy and under cooked and we were not given a serving spoon to distribute the calamari. Also, I ordered a 9oz glass of wine but was given a 6oz. My sister's salad was served without dressing, though she had asked for balsamic. She had to ask our server to. bring her the dressing. Although the entire experience was not a disaster, the food was fair at best but too many mishaps. I can't imagine why we would return. There are many restaurants in the area with better service and food.

I just want to give a big shout out to the staff and our waitress at Pasquale’s for making our 99 yr old grandmother’s birthday so special and for accommodating our many allergies and preferences. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. We also had kids and everyone at the table miraculously found something on the menu to dig into. The food was good, but the experience made us a returning customer. Thank you!

The food, service and ambiance is always good here. It was my fist time at the West Seneca location and it didn’t disappoint!

Four stars for ambiance as it was a little dark. Four for noise as since they took tables out, there is a lot of echo.

The portions are huge and the food was outstanding. We had the veal parm and it was perfect. Our server, Patty was and always is the absolute best, she makes the evening even better with her attentive service and great attitude.
