Fantastic food and service! I went with my girlfriend for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. We ordered the shore menu and it was a perfect amount of food for the two of us. We definitely will be returning for the farm and garden menus sometime soon:)

Would definitely recommend for a romantic dinner. Staff is excellent, food is excellent, drinks are excellent. I've done the $125 and $75 menus and both were fantastic and well worth the price.

Overall it was an excellent experience! The staff are friendly and seemed happy. Service was perfect too. The food potion is so generous that I appreciate it but I couldn't finish the last 2-3 dishes. My favorite was the one with Tuna slices, and the octopus :)

The cocktails here were fun and tasty but it was the food that will get us coming back again and again. It was unbelievably good! We had the croquettes and the patatas bravas, both were superb! The patatas must be the best we’ve had in all of Toronto - hands down! Also ordered the tartare which was tasty but we were surprised at the chili oil. We would’ve wanted a heads up about the unique spin on this standard dish but enjoyed it nonetheless. We even inquired about where the chef got the inspiration for the spice but our server seemed grumpy and never got back to us.

Such a cool vibe. We got the drink pairing as well. This is an absolute must! Not knowing what would come out of the kitchen was a cool experience. We received good that we normally wouldn’t order and everything that came out was amazing!! Great and friendly service. All in all outstanding. Would highly recommend and I would go back!

While the staff were attentive and the cuisine exceptional, our experience was somewhat dampened as we were unable to secure a dining table, despite calling in advance. Unfortunately, we ended up enjoying our anniversary dinner at the bar. So, a word to the wise: if you're looking to get the full experience, I'd recommend making a reservation well in advance.

Like the vibe and the staff. The food was mostly delicious, but I'd suggest reducing the number of fried items. In my experience with restaurants that emphasize high-quality cuisine, they tend to have fewer fried options, despite their creative food and drinks offerings.

Tasting menu was a great experience, every course was well described as it was brought out and all the food tasted great. We had an early reservation so ambiance was quiet but if it was a full house I think it would be more moderate. Great spot for a date!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. If you are adventurous, I highly recommend the chef selection tasting menu and pair it with the bar tasting menu. Each drink pairs well with two course for an amazing experience. Service was 10/10 thank you Kat. Will be telling all my friends to go here! Thank you Pastiche!

Do not ring the doorbell. There are 2 doors on 52 Ossington. The door to enter is on the right. Upon arrival, the decor and ambience are unique. We chose the Chef's Escapade and one of the dishes was so spicy, we barely ate it. I forget the name of the pepper but it had a long burn. We mentioned this to the waitress and so the chili oil on the next dish was separated. We can handle chili oil but the pepper on the previous dish was not enjoyable. Definitely recommend, especially if you like spice.

The food was extraordinary at times and the drinks paired exceptionally well -- the mirepoix cocktail was a wildly exciting drink that went well with the dishes. The execution of the tasting menu could be a little better. The size of some of the dishes was far too large for a tasting menu, but I suppose that's usually a good problem to have. The main course section came with octopus and lamb shank (two separate dishes) on the same platter -- that felt strange. And at the end of it all, the dessert dish felt a little anticlimatic. The dessert was good, but it certainly didn't live up to the hype of the dishes up to that point. Overall, it was a marvelous experience, with a few things that could have been better.

The food and cocktails were outstanding, and the woman serving our table was impeccable. However, I had specified that we would need more time as we had reserved the Signature experience and it was a complex meal. In addition, as I have a back injury my mobility is slowed down and somewhat hampered. I don't always feel comfortable disclosing this, as people with disabilities tend to be discriminated against. But I did disclose it when booking asking for extended time, and was assured we had an extra half hour and that you were sure extra time would not be an issue. We began our meal at 5, and at 6:50 one of the male waiters came over to tell us that we only had half an hour, and since we were having dessert, could they pack the rest of our meal. He said we had an extra half hour, but the table was booked after that and pushed us twice to pack up our meal. This was quite embarrassing, and I agreed because I felt put on the spot. We finished our dessert and my friend had gone to use the washroom before we left when the waiter returned to ask me if we would be leaving, as the next guests had arrived. This was at 7:20. Overall, this soured the whole experience for me, as the meal was rushed throughout, and it was clear that they wanted us out in two hours, in spite of my request. It became quite stressful, and by the time we left I felt sick and was in physical pain. I understand that this is not an accessible venue if you're in a wheelchair, but it's an unpleasant experience for anyone with a disability. I would not recommend this place.

Amazing experience but the fact it was sweltering hot to the point we couldn't breathe deterred the experience a lot. The heat was too much and made us unable to stomach the rest of the meal. Cool experience though would recommend

Came in to try the Pastiche Signature as well as the Apprentice Pairing and the experience was incredible! The service was amazing, as the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable, and they created such a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. The food tasted great, and the pairings of dishes and drinks were really well thought out and tasted amazing together as well as separately. The restaurant also reached out a week prior to confirm food preferences/allergies, and they accommodated requests where we asked to be seated next to one another for our anniversary, and we were given a romantic booth upon arrival. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and we will definitely be returning!
