Prawns and pork belly were spot on. The Gnocchi and the Atlantic cod would have been perfect with 1/4 the amount of sausage with fennel and chorizo that was used. Both were overly salty although cooked perfectly. Will definitely return because the place is very cool overall. Service was great as well.

Ordered the prawn special and there was barely any meat in the prawns. I usually get more meat from a lobster dainty. I have never seen prawns so tiny in my life. The drinks and food were also very over priced. The pasta dishes were Extremley al dente. Service was good, but the food was very sub par. Very disappointed

My husband and ordered the same food which was a breakfast sandwich.His roll was burnt and neither of us liked the sausage on it.It didn’t taste good and it was dry.My daughter ordered the quiche it came cold.After tip we paid $150.00 for breakfast.It was not good.I would not recommend this place.Very disappointed.

Sadly both of our brunch entrees were served cold. Would you want a cold frittata or cold French toast? When we ordered hash brown potatoes they were ICE cold. Had to tell our server. Was corrected right away but was NOT impressed with the food. Our server was great but you could tell she wasn’t happy working there. Overall very uncomfortable experience

We had the prix fixe Thanksgiving menu to order from. Everything was excellent. We had prime rib and a pork chop for the main entree' and the ceaser salad and acorn squash soup for appetizers. Everything was great.

the menu for thanksgiving day was confusing and expensive. I dint mind the cost but the service was unprofessional and the food was in no way up to the high standards of Patina. It was a disappointment, would never go back on a holiday.

Great experience. If you've never been, go during a downtown event. Make reservations ofc. You won't be disappointed. 25 dollar corking fee is really fairly priced.

Been here several times while a guest at the hotel over the years. My experience has improved. The Cowboy Ribeye for 2 ($130) comes with 2 sides that total $22, so the steak is really $108. It can feed 3 persons. It was ordered rare and did not disappoint. Excellent flavor. Really top quality beef. The pork chop was a generous portion, excellent seasoning and prepared medium (pink center) as requested. Salads are enough for two. Sides of potato purée is good and Brussels sprouts are excellent. Parker house rolls are disappointing. Salmon is very good. The chicken was listed as a breast with confit leg. Breast was on dry side and the confit leg was more like rillettes. It was disappointing for $41. Wine is extensive and has range of prices starting at $39 and up. Desserts were not remarkable but good I recommend for fine dining in Buffalo. Bill for 4 was $600. Had 2 bottles of wine. A good place for a very special occasion. PS. Cocktail list is creative and fun. Very good and friendly service. Try it!

Quality food and service by Dee. Brussel sprouts were amazing. Nice 2-course pre-theatre dinner with included valet parking and shuttle service. We will return for sure.

Excellent service and food! The host asked if we had theater tickets and offered a pre theater menu. We ordered off the regular menu but they made sure we were out with plenty of time. Wonderful food!

The experience was a bit lackluster. To start, it's a little annoying how many times Patina confirmed with me that I was coming. They called me and texted me twice in the days leading up to the reservation. I could see if I had a big group and they wanted to triple check that we were still coming, but it was a group of 3. The food was extremely lackluster. At first, we wanted to do the $59 bottomless deal, but none of us could find an appetizer we were interested in. None of us were impressed with our food. I got the breakfast sandwich, which featured a dry, thick sausage patty and was in desperate need of some salt. I would not go again.

A smiling waitress would have made the experience even better. The apple pie was cold and the crust difficult to eat. Heating the chiffon cake a bit would have made it soft and enjoyable. Both dessert have been served cold.

Spot on perfect dining experience (except for the noise level, it’s just speaks to a very busy and vibrant place). We took our daughter after college lacrosse game, together with her grandparents, and all five of us had excellent meals. Bronzino was superb, waitress was personable and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Went for a first date for brunch, street parking but I didn’t have any issue finding a spot. I’m sure there is a parking garage near by. Entrance was through the hotel and it has a great aesthetic. The restaurant itself is very beautiful and modern but very comfortable. We split the pumpkin roll which was absolutely amazing and was very large. We took a lot of it home. I got the salmon Benedict and my date got the vegetable frittata and both were delicious. The salmon was deep fried which was a surprise and more like a salmon patty as opposed to a piece of salmon. Overall it was wonderful and the table and seats were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The entire experience was subpar. From the moment we were greeted, it was a cold exchange with a hostess who just seemed bothered that only a majority of our party was there. The server was fine and did the best that she could with what she was dealt. The food was not worth the price tag, however. Our main entrees took over 40 minutes to come to the table and our steaks were overcooked and already sliced for us, which is a huge no-no. You could get better steaks (and a better seasoned one) from the grocery store and not pay $60 for an overcooked ribeye. The risotto we ordered was cold, likely since it was sitting in the pass for so long waiting for whoever was "(over)cooking" the steaks. Lastly, the carrots we ordered as a side were completely flavorless and were not impressive at all. This was a big waste of a celebratory meal and we actually left more disappointed than we could have imagined. Cross the street and go anywhere else in Downtown Buffalo.

We ordered a tomahawk steak that you had advertised on the website menu for $65.00 for two ! NOT 65.00 EACH PERSON! Very deceiving!! Then we both enjoy our meat medium rare and it was cooked MEDIUM WELL ( after an attempt to make another one and correct the error it took over 30 minutes in addition to the 40 minutes for the first one ) then we were served a piece of dessert/cake that neither of us ordered and then charged for it??

I am sorry to read that you had a subpar experience at Patina 250. I checked our website and it reads: GRILLED 36OZ TOMAHAWK RIBEYE FOR TWO* choice of two sides per person 65. We work very hard to create positive guest experiences and do not want to deceive our guests. The Tomahawk does take a long time to cook because of the size of the steak. The dessert on your bill was an error on our part and I will gladly refund the payment.

Three of us had Sunday brunch at Patina. We were seated at a booth, which was quite comfortable and quiet. Our server came by promptly and took our order, but she forgot to ask whether we wanted drinks. The food selections were good, and we all enjoyed the frittata and the salmon Benedict. Our water glasses were refilled as needed, and the server remembered that none of us wanted ice. The only problem was that the portions were so large that we couldn't finish them, let alone get any desserts. Maybe we should have just gone with a selection of appetizers. I did notice other patrons leaving with bags of leftovers, so we weren't the only folks who seemed to find the portion sizes too big.

We have eaten at Patina before and it’s always been good …. But for my daughters birthday we enjoyed a family dinner and we were blown away ! The service was amazing (Thanks John !), food top notch , atmosphere and honestly … for the amount of people we had and the amount of food we ordered -it was very reasonable !
