I enjoyed my soup and entre very much. My wife ordered the Branzino but it was boney and tasted too fishy and she loves fish, she sent it back. Our waitress seemed aloof, she would pass through the dining room and never make eye contact. I had to have a buss boy get her so she could take away the fish. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be uncommon, particularly in higher end restaurants. We are not drinkers or big on appetizers so if we can't pad the bill I guess we deserve minimal service.
Always love going to Pazzo. Good food, Good Service always a Good time
Monday is there busy weekday night, because of the pizza and pasta special, but they really need more help. Took way too long to get our drink order, and since it was obviously very busy it makes sense to get the drinks quickly. Food was good, and large servings. 3 of 4 of us took home sizable left overs.
It’s was girlfriend birthday day no acknowledgment, well others around us were celebrated
I used open table app for reservation and noted the occasion twice
I went to Pazzo with my husband a couple of weeks ago and we had a really nice meal. The beat salad was great. I loved my halibut - it tasted amazing - the amount of fish on the plate could have been notched up a bit though. My husband had veal Milanese which he said was perfectly prepared and it was a very generous portion. We also shared a pasta dish - it had a creamy mushroom sauce. It was delicious but the sauce was very thick - I think it may have sat a bit between being cooked and being picked up by the waiter. The restaurant was very busy so we definitely have a pass on that one! I had reservations here two nights ago but couldn’t make it due to an emergency. My friends were able to go and they loved everything they ordered.
Good food and served quickly (almost too quickly) before a Basie show
Dinner was bit disappointing. We ordered calamari appetizer which was barely warm and tasted terrible. My friend and I ordered chicken piccata which was served w/ spinach and potato croquette. I would skip the spinach on that one! Pretty nasty. The one dish that was VERY good was pasta Bolognese. Don’t think I’ll be going back. Sorry Pazzo.
Service was excellent and the food was delicious! Eli, our waiter was great!
Food is delicious, service is always great.
Food is always good. However, my partner's meal was cold and had to go back. Noise level was extremely high this night.
Really great service , love the clam pie!
All the dinners did not come out at the same time. Some had to wait.
I’ve had better food there in the past.
Overall food was ok at best.
Eggplant was not cooked at all. It was cut in one inch cubes.
The food was delish. Pre fix menu on Tuesdays is perfect before seeing the show around the city. Our waiter was great no complaints.
Server was amazing. Food never disappoints. One of my favorite restaurants to go to.
Service was great. They really make a wonderful pizza here!
Outside room absolutely too noisy for conversation
They used to be great. This time was terrible. Very disappointed in our meals.
We were seated right away. There was a little lull between sitting and ordering. But once we ordered, timing of appetizers, drinks and entrees were spot on.
Our visit was fantastic! Matt, our waiter, was super friendly & efficient. The food was delicious.
Food was excellent but service was slow. Almost missed our show at Basie. Arrived at the restaurant at 5:20. Didn't get main course until 6:35.
Our waitress Megan was very attentive and sweet. She get 5 Stars, in my opinion.
Outstanding service and good was delicious!
We didn't like the unsafe environment. There was NO social distancing. The food was better in previous visits too. We were given a table next to a noisy party, so we asked to move, and we were accommodated. Thank you.
We are unlikely to return until after the pandemic is over. A pity, as we do enjoy Pazzos.
Everyone I was with ordered a fish dish. Excellent meals
One dinner was forgotten. Everyone one of
8 guests at our table
Service from Edward was good
Everything was great food and service would definitely recommand to all our friends
Excellent food with good sized portions. Love the high top dining & great vibe at Pazzo.
Honestly? Pazzo never disappoints. It was spur of the moment midday lunch. The restaurant itself was pretty empty but the staff was attentive and the food, outstanding as always. I had the Bronzino a.k.a. Mediterranean sea bass and it was simple but exquisitely prepared. We will be back, as always
I liked the food. I liked the service. I also like to have dinner conversation, which is strained in the noise. Ironically, the patio area had a large party and was even louder. Not going back soon....still looking for somewhere I can talk while enjoying the food.
We were 3 ladies enjoying a long over due get together. We all the caprese di bufala and baked clams for appetizer. The pan seared blackened tuna was delicious and my dining partners really enjoyed their pasta dishes - Nonna's Rigatoni & spaghettini w/truffle cream sauce. 1/2 price Wine night on Wednesday is great!
Never going back after being customers for many years - I was told "no substitutions due to a staffing shortage" when I asked for a different type of lettuce in my salad. The restaurant was empty and there was plenty of staff.
Everything was great and they had a Tuesday night 3 for $30 which is the best value for the quality we received in years
I can’t wait to go back
Food and service was excellent! Seated on patio on a beautiful night. Always a great experience.
Thought ur iceberg wedge salad was way too expensive.
Sadly Pazzo has gone downhill since covid. They did not seem to be understaffed and yet service was very slow and our food took an hour to come out. Our waiter was hanging out at the waitstand with the other waitstaff and we had to keep flagging him down to get water and drinks. Also, it would not hurt the hostesses to smile and be polite to people both on their way in and out. Their attitude was such an eyeroll. I think we are done with this place after many years.
We were received by the front staff. The restaurant was busy. They sat us at a high top near the bar. Good view. We were given menus then we were ignored for the next 15 minutes. After trying unsuccessfully to get service, we left. (Without even ordering water. ) As longtime locals, crossing them off of our list for good.
Service, while attentive was slow. Took over 15 minutes to get drinks delivered from the bar. Kichen was working very hard(visible from our table) but took a long time for both appetizers and main course to come out. Food was very good. I'm sure like all restaurants, they are understaffed and have trouble hiring. Hope it gets better on our next visit.
The kitchen was really backed up and our main course took a long time to come. Our waiter was great and very attentive.
8:00 reservation. We weren’t seated until 8:45.
Apps were delicious and service was excellent.
Main dishes were not good. Branzino was fishy and bolognese was all meat and very little pasta.
Pazzo is one of our favorite restaurants, disappointing
