PeakFine Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is a wonderful way to start or end your day! With the bounty of what the Okanagan, and Canada has to offer us in the ways of cheese, poultry, produce, seafood, grains, so much more, we focus on using local Canadian and Artisanal products to help keep low food miles, support local growers, farmers and use sustainable foods in our kitchens. With healthy options, vegan, or decadent multi-course meals paired with local wines and spirits, your culinary adventure will go unmatched while you dine, and take in the sweeping Okanagan Lake Views.

If you are dining as a resort guest, PeakFine Restaurant encourages wearing bathrobes and slippers for breakfast and lunch. In the evening, we adhere to a smart casual dress code, and we ask that guests refrain from wearing hats or slippers to dinner. There is an 18% service charge for parties of 6 or more.

    Restaurant needs to be updated. Lights are way too bright. Service was good, food was alright. For a restaurant in an establishment like this it needs to be much more romantic.

    We had breakfast here on both days of our stay. Our servers were very efficient, helpful and cheerful each day. The food was excellent and we couldn't have asked for better.

    Dinner was amazing! Me and my husband celebrated our anniversary here. We both ordered the Calamari with the hot honey and fennel salad amazing! Perfectly cooked calamari. For our main we decided to share the Venison who ever was cooking that night from chef to chef NOM NOM NOM I fell in love with the cherry gastrique. Venison was cooked medium rare and just melted in your mouth. And the plating looked phenomenal May I say. Cheesecake was nice creamy and fluffy. And since it was our anniversary we got a sweet little dessert plate with two amazing macaroons. We got an amazing window seat but it’s winter and foggy out, so we didn’t get to see much but I bet in the summer it’s just beautiful watching the sunset. If you’re looking for an expensive night out I would definitely recommend.

    A relaxed fine dining experience. Service was excellent, food very enjoyable. I felt the wine list was over priced, $26 for a 9oz glass extreme. Overall, an enjoyable evening.

    We had breakfast on 2 different occasions this trip to Sparkling Hill Spa. We enjoyed our meals tremendously, staff was very attentive and polite. In the 10+ years we have come to the spa, we are always treated well!

    The service was the best. It was also very convenient to have dinner at Peak Fine as we were staying at Sparkling Hill. We found that the price was very expensive, as well as the food was just ok. We honestly did not feel that the price we paid was worth what we received.

    If you don’t have a dietary restriction the food is great. Not many choices for celiac diets. Taran our server was excellent but stretched thin with the number of tables she had to look after. Three times the service helpers brought the wrong food orders to our table. They need to know which table to serve instead of guessing and going from table to table. Food overall was good, because of celiac diet the beef tenderloin came out with no sauce , no nothing with blah mashed potatoes. The turkey was great as well as the desserts. I did leave a note when I booked the reservation about being gluten free in advance

    My spouse and I ordered the salmon and steak as entrees. They were both extremely bland with no flavour. The meats were cooked to standard but again with no seasoning or flavour. The salmon was served on a pea and mint puree. The mint could not be tasted and the puree was bland. The fingering potatoes were also no seasoned and again, bland. We did order a side of two scallops which we were happy with. For the price of these entrees, our dining experience was a complete letdown. I would not choose to dine here again for dinner.

    Over all was not a good time, breakfast was forgotten for my guest after she had ordered it. Our toilet wouldn’t stop running, the staff were very cranky and our shower head wouldn’t work along with our mini fridge and our crystal fire place wouldn’t work as well. Not impressed

    Your food needs to step up fir the price. We had 2 breakfast and a dinner with multiple people as guest. Most dinner were below substandard

    Had the beef tenderloin and it was DELICIOUS! The ambiance was calm and peaceful even though the restaurant was busy. Definitely recommend

    Beautiful view. That's really the only draw. Slow and unhelpful service. Cold, stale coffee served and when pointed out the waitress just said "Oh. Do you want another one? It will take a while to brew a fresh pot". What? No Sorry. And who serves that. Took nearly an hour for three sandwiches to be served up during a quiet late lunch hour. But the view is lovely. :)

    Overall the food was very good. There was a mix up with out order and it arrived late. I ordered a rum and coke but the coke was flat. Attention to detail should be first and foremost.

    Really enjoyed the serene ambiance with the fireplace and the great views. Staff was super pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good and portions were substantial. Had a good selection to choose from. A great way to start the day.

    Waited 1.5 hours and still didn’t receive our dinner. Guests seated after us received their dinners. We left without eating. I would recommend the restaurant because of our previous experiences but I believe the server that we had needs some coaching.

    It is difficult to find local restaurants that offer a "Fine Dining" experience anymore. We would be looking for excellent service, relaxing ambiance, great food at fair prices and being able to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace . Peak Fine ticks all the boxes and we would definitely recommend it to all our friends and family.

    We had the $49.00 3 course meal for dinner ( Braised Beef Shank ) on Nov. 29/23. As far as we were concerned it was attempted by a rookie Chef who tried to experiment with the gravy by adding cinnamon & cumin which made the meal pretty much inedible. We had the complimentary breakfast and found it to be on par with the likes of Denny's or some other subpar restaurant. Extremely poor for a resort of the caliber that it advertises itself to be. It will be very unlikely that we will dine there again
