    I went there with my friends; the food was really good, but the service made us feel rushed. Our waiter kept putting the last piece of food onto our plate. At first, we thought it was a joke, but then she kept doing that with our main course too, even though we were still eating off the plate. Also, regarding the menu explanation, our server explained the menu to the next table very clearly. However, when she came to our table, she explained quickly and made it very short. We felt like she didn't pay as much attention to our table as she did to the other table in her section.

    This is one of the best Italian dining experiences in Sydney. Every dish is elevated to a higher level, in terms of flavour, than most other modern Italian restaurants in Sydney. It’s all still very recognisable, traditional Italian dishes and ingredients, but just executed way better than what you would get in most restaurants in Italy. Knowledgeable and helpful staff, pretty good wine list, great ambience, especially downstairs. My only, minor, gripe is the single toilet. But I would still happily eat there again and again.

    Small and cute restaurant with a nice ambience. Food was okay, steak was not salted at all which was disappointing. Artichokes were beautifully delicious and the creme caramal dessert was standout.

    2 entrees had anchovies and sardines on them, not mentioned on menu & a guest at our table hates them. They ran out of 1 of 3 pasta dishes on offer which is why went went there (the pasta they ran out of). They substituted it with cacio e pepe which was extremely salty, didn’t eat it. They gave us a replacement bowl, which was edible. The steak can only be cooked rare or well done. Not to order. We had 2 glasses of wine. One was half a standard size, the other a bit over. For a $500 meal, 2 glasses of wine & no dessert for 4 people it is overrated and not worth the wait.

    Amazing food!! A must if you are in Surry Hills and want some great food and good vibes! Service was attentive; just withheld one star as the waitress thought I ordered a cocktail instead of a mocktail but she then clarified and made sure it was alcohol free. Thanks for an amazing dining experience team!

    We sat outside as was lunch time and an excellent waitress Magita went through the menus and the food was superb. Inside was also pleasant but sitting out had a special European flavor in the heart of Sydney !

    We got the chef's menu and had a great selection of options across the menu. The servings were generous and we left feeling so full! The cocktail menu was on theme and delicious, with the staff attentive and making sure we had everything we needed. Our table was downstairs and had a great small restaurant feel.

    We sat down in the Wine Cellar which had a lovely ambience. The staff were all very attentive and helpful. All the food was delicious, but the buccatini all’amatriciana in particular was amazing! Will definitely be back again.

    First visit and very impressive. Service was very attentive and not intrusive, which is a difficult balance to achieve. Food was excellent: peppers and artichokes notable. I have had spaghetti with sepia de nero from cuttlefish/squid, in Italy many times and this was one of the best, This sauce was very good and the pasta at correct texture - but…I had a couple of mouthfuls where the spaghetti was clustered together in a lump. Either not rinsed thoroughly or was fresh pasta that had clumped together but Flavour of this dish was superb. My wife’s quail was excellent. Tiramisu was very good- not often made as well as this in many restaurants. Sangiovese wine was good- well balanced good example.
