I booked at 6:30, But we came at 5:20. We have a 5 years old kid, But front dest gave us a high table. The two tables next to us were empty. But front desk did not allow us to use. Until 6:30, one of a table guests came. Another one nobody use until we left. How do you think if it? Racism? My son hit his jaw and fell down to floor twice.

Disappointing service at Per Se. While the food was excellent, our server was inattentive and seemed annoyed throughout. She had side conversations while taking our order, forgot to enter our main dishes, and didn’t check on us at all. We waited over 30 minutes for food after appetizers, only to find out she hadn’t placed the order. When we asked to speak with a manager, it took over 10 minutes. We’ve been here many times, but this was the worst service we’ve experienced.

Best burger in the city. It's all about the onion jam. Fun spot. Bar is more fun than dining room. Pizzas are superb as well. Some of the best bartenders in the city as well.

The restaurant is lovely but the food was only okay and overpriced. I had the lobster & crab ravioli, it took forever to come and then arrived lukewarm. I added the tiger prawns and for $14 extra I assumed I'd get quite a few - it was only 4. 6 pieces of ravioli and 4 prawns is not worth $61. My friend had the gnocchi, she said it was good but wasn't blown away. Don't think I'd go back.

I had a reservation for 2 at 6pm. My friend arrived at 6 and ordered a drink as I was 15 minutes late. When the hostess brought me to the table she advised us both that they “needed the table back in an hour”. We were both a little taken aback because that would only give us about an hour and 15 mins, and we had planned to have a nice night catching up. We were asked for the table back but closer to the 2 hour mark which is pretty common and not an issue, but having been told we had an hour at the beginning kind of set the tone for the evening.

They messed up my bill 6 times and over charged us by 25% then couldn’t figure out how to do a refund and it took about 30 minutes for them to STILL not fix our bill it was a waste of time time and my money, incredibly disappointed

Nice place for date night, food was good and ambiance is really fun. It’s loud on busy nights so make sure you speak loudly when ordering so there are no mixups. Service was so-so but the restaurant layout is difficult to maneuver as a server.
