My husband Dan and I visited Permanent Vacation for the second time with our friends Don and Lu on Dec. 2! The bar has amazing tiki decor, food and potent potions! We all had a tikilicious time and highly recommend visiting Permanent Vacation!

This was so fun! The atmosphere was lively and interesting without being overwhelming. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks as well. The bartender even helped me pick out a drink that was more "diabetic friendly", which I really appreciated. The food was tasty. I will defiantly be back with more friends!

PV will be a must visit every time I come to Orlando. The atmosphere was so much fun and the bartenders were so attentive and explained the menu very well. They took a lot of pride in the drinks they make which is refreshing with so many “cocktail bars” pouring pre mixed drinks and using less then fresh ingredients nowadays. I would recommend the predator and grants tomb!

First time going to permanent vacation! Ambience is great! The decor is absolutely wonderful. Please get a reservation. Walk-ins on Fridays and Saturdays is not recommended. We got lucky and someone cancelled theirs. Only reason we got in! The drinks were …interesting. I’ve never had anything like it before. Interesting ingredients. I’d say if you’re a picky person, this may not be the place for you if you want one of their specialty cocktails. Heavily focused on Rum, compared to other spirits. It was still a super cool experience: our hostess and server were Super great! I wish I remembered their names. But honestly, wonderful experience! Will be back for the vibes, and their Christmas drink menu that’s in the works.

We were first seated at the bar and were taking in all the decorations, the bartender greeted us and that was the most pleasant interaction we had with him, after that he just didn’t seem to have a great attitude so we asked to move to a table so he didn’t throw off the vibe of our whole night. The drinks were okay and the food was good. The ambiance is pretty cool, it reminds me a lot of the tiki bar at the Polynesian hotel at Disney (including the prices). I would give it another try on a non holiday night, but overall was expecting a lot more and wasn’t too impressed

While the concept and atmosphere are absolutely amazing. Blown away actually on how cool it was. However provided the small space I really expected things to run alot more smoothly than they were. Almost an hour after our arrival and we were still waiting for someone to take our drink order. It was explained there was only 1 bartender but there were several people behind the bar. Unfortunately our stomachs needed food and we were not able to try the food or drinks we had to go somewhere else. Kinda completely ruined our Halloween. I really really wish I was writing a different review because this place has potential.

My wife and I are huge fans of this place and came for our sixth wedding anniversary. Naturally, we had a wonderful time. They were a little understaffed, but still worked flawlessly. Well worth the wait, and the strong drinks helped!

this was our second time there such a great time to hang out with friends the food and the drinks are amazing. It’s like across between Pirates of the Caribbean and the enchanted Tiki room with a little bit of the haunted mansion.

This place is amazing! They showcase a different and unique menu, plus expert drinkologists making some creative and delicious cocktails! This is worth checking out, as we have never been in a place like this anywhere! Very cool vibes and atmosphere.

Noise level was a bit high. This is a smaller size establishment and I was hoping for a little less noise. Wait staff greeted me upon arrival but then kinda faded away. There were several empty seats and tables. So, I can’t blame poor service on busy evening.

Loved the atmosphere!! The special drinks are very unique an inventive. There were 4 of us and we got right in, even a little before our reservation time. Service was great and attentive. We all liked our drinks, but the description does not convey what the drink will taste like. The MaiTai however did taste like a MaiTai. We all had something to eats. Two of us had kabobs. They were okay not great, chicken & vegetable, very plain, unseasoned. One of us had a flatbread and she enjoyed it. It is a fun place, and so unique I would go again. Seating was very uncomfortable.

Vibe is immaculate. You won't want to leave. Fully immersed with sights, sounds and tastes. Our server was very knowledgeable and great with recommendations. Only negative is the parking. I circled the lot for 20 mins, and finally parked around the corner in the lot for the storage facility.

Ría is an amazing hostess. She made our experience super fun as soon as we opened the door! clay was a great waiter. The craft cocktails were extremely clever and delicious. The food was amazing. We can’t wait to go back again.

It was super fun there. Once you come through the door you are immediately transported to Polynesia. The food was really good too and the drinks were tasty and presented in a really fun way.
