We live in Chicago and meet Naperville friends once a year at Perry’s. Alway delicious food and nice wine list and good atmosphere. The two men enjoyed the huge pork chops and loved them. Yummy
Been wanting to try Perry’s for their pork chop for a long time. My husband made reservation for my birthday. It was a Monday evening so we were able to choose table. Waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. Ambiance very nice with live music in background. Drinks were excellent. Salad and soup were good. Ordered pork chop and my husband ordered ahi tuna entree. My pork chop was a bit tough and fatty so waiter insisted it be replaced. Ahi was ok. Brussels sprouts were floating in the sweet Sriracha sauce and I couldn’t eat them. All of the food was over salted and over seasoned. Very disappointed in pork chop. Only ate a small portion.
Overall the food was underwhelming and did not live up to my expectations. They did provide a trio of dessert bites for my birthday.
This place has the best Sunday pork chop special. Every meal I have had here has been outstanding. Great Find!!!!
Server did not refill coffee in timely fashion. Coffee in cup was tepid by the time server came with a refill.
The food was great. Service was good. Bread is excellent Drinks were well prepared. Parking was difficult and needs to depend on valet only.
The snapper was good. The steak was good but salty. A lot of salt should not have to be used on a good piece of meat. Service was good. Liked the live music in the lounge that could be heard in the dining room.
We had a fantastic time! The food and service were outstanding!
I recommend the double cut lamb chops!
The presentation and ambiance was on point! Stands out from the rest!
Closing on property
Excellent service and food!
This being my first visit, I ordered the highly recommended Perrys pork chop and it did not disappoint. The chop was not only huge, it was well seasoned and extremely tender. Would definitely recommend.
A excellent meal with even better service. The pork chop is amazing.
One of my pet peeves is when my entree is served when I haven't yet finished my salad. That is exactly what happened and they did not offer to bring the entree later, but instead served it while we were still eating our salads.
The 3-finger pork chop lunch is fantastic and one of the best lunch deals in the area.
Food was very good we both had fish which was excellent
Nice dessert too.
Liked the waiter but he was covering too many tables.
Our entrées came before we were even halfway done with our salads. Felt rushed
That being said after we had our coffee No one attempted to give us a refill until we flag somebody down and asked 15 minutes later.
We have been to Perry's often and are never disappointed. This most recent trip we celebrated our friends' 50th wedding anniversary and our server, Joe, couldn't have been better. He was very attentive and personable. The food was outstanding. And a special touch was the rose petals on the table. So sweet. We had the pork chop and the wagyu ribeye. It's always a hard choice, but you can't go wrong with either. The lyonnaise potatoes and fried asparagus were perfect sides. The cocktails are generous and the old fashioned is the best we've had anywhere (and we go to Wisconsin a lot!)
Very nice atmosphere and good food but a bit over priced in my opinion.
Loved Perry’s! Our server was excellent and made some great recommendations. Our meal was top notch. Great steakhouse in the suburbs of Chicago!
I'm so glad I listened to the reviews on OpenTable and Yelp abut this restaurant! Just became my new favorite steakhouse in the Chicago area! I'd like to start off with the Ambiance. Super dim and romantic. My BF and I went here to celebrate one year of dating (that's a long time for dating in 2018), and our server, Olivia, was amazing. She was friendly, personable, and recommended some awesome suggestions. For example, we had the fried asparagus. I wasn't expecting much but the asparagus weren't soggy, and they were topped with crab meat! I had the Filet Perry which was wrapped in bacon, topped with crab, over steamed asparagus. Added Au Gratin potatoes as a side. Delicious! My BF had the Bone-in Y Strip which he devoured! Because we told them it was our anniversary, they threw in a trio dessert sampler on the house.
We shelled out a pretty penny. It's not a cheap date spot but for those nice evenings out it's definitely worth it. I'm saying all this to say, you should go and I'll be back!
The porkchop was the best!
We have been to Perry's many times now and we keep going back. This time it was for a birthday and they did not disappoint. Good food, good service, nice ambiance and wonderful conversation with family. What more could you ask for?
Great meal. Signature pork chop is soooo good.
The pork chop was so salty I couldnt eat it. Totally unacceptable
For the $$ the service and table location was poor
Delicious meal . Our server Kent was great. Friendly and seems genuinely happy to be at Perry’s. Perry’s is our anniversary dinner every year. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thank you for a wonderful meal and a beautiful evening
Anniversary luncheon with a friend....fantastic
Very good food, very good wait staff. Pricey, but we knew that going in and were not surprised. Certainly among the best of the steakhouses we have visited.
Food was good. Once our food was delivered to the table, we didn’t see our server again until I went up to the bar to request a second glass of wine. I waited for 15 minutes.
Perry’s never disappoints. The food is terrific(highly recommend the pork chop), the service impeccable, and wine list is superb. Celebrated my wife’s birthday and our anniversary, and Perry’s was worthy of both!!
All the managers are very professional and courteous
The servers are also very courteous
Everybody works together as a team
They go out of their way to satisfy their customers
Great service and food. The server was more than attentive and our evening was leasurely and yet timely
The food was amazing. The best calamari I have ever had. And warning if you get the pork chop, be prepared to wither share it or take some home, its ginormous!
Our lunch last Friday was outstanding! Our server Kent remembered us from my birthday party we had this past June. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. We had the lunch portion of the famous pork chop. Out of this world!!! We will be coming back and will request Kent to help us again. And we will also tell our family and friends about your incredible restaurant
Must try if you like great restaurants. We will be back!
Great steaks cooked perfectly! My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and Perry’s did not disappoint. My bone-in strip and her cowboy ribeye were absolutely outstanding. I was also pleasantly surprised by the succulent add on lobster tail!
Everything was delicious. Had the pork chop and my boyfriend had the ribeye steak. Let’s just say we weren’t disappointed at all!! Highly recommend! Our waiter Hector was great!
Absolute rip off. Cocktails are a joke, maybe an ounce pour. Order beer or wine!!! food extremely expensive and flat out nothing special. Waiter very good though. His name was Hector.
Experience and food were terrific! Will definitely go back! Kent made it a wonderful evening for my husband and I.
We wouldn't typically spend $160 on a dinner for 2 but we would out for our anniversary. Unfortunately our server didn't take an interest in us, she didn't thank us for coming in, ask us if we had been there before, offer any information on the menu or recommendations, or ask if we were celebrating anything special. She came by when she had to, but that was about it. I thought the people who were helping bring food out from the back were much more accommodating. Since this is a steak house I ordered a ribeye medium rare which unfortunately was overcooked. The manager insisted I get a replacement and I wasn't disappointed. We were less upset about the steaks, not being correctly, as we were the lacking service on our special day. Wildfire is right next door.
