Great place for excellent food and service. As with most restaurants today, it was very noisy. Hard to have a conversation without having to raise your voice. In spite of that, I would go again. One of the best steaks in the area. The service is the best in the Austin area. Other places should come and see how it's done!

Our new favorite place! Cannot believe this has been right under our noses for so long. Steak and tater appetizer is the best along with the pork-kabobs. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. The service is 2nd to none! Love Perry's!

The experience at Perry's was outstanding. Nathan's service was one of the best restaurant experiences I've had. His attitude, service, and dessert recommendation was so good. Everything about the meal was incredible, the grilled oysters, French onion soup, and steak were delicious. You have to experience the pumpkin cheesecake, it's like no other cheesecake you've tried.

We really don’t dine here often, but we were here last year for Thanksgiving and decided to do a repeat celebration this year. Honestly, we won’t do it again. From the hostess to the server to the bar, service was slow and there was no charm. While the steak itself was great, the sides were lacking. Literally—my salad was missing the nuts and the other sides came out at room temperature. Our drinks—even water— took so long to come that we had to ask for them each time, and the signature cocktails were more like punch. Overall, I can see how the ambiance is top notch, but it isn’t enough for me to spend that kind of money on a mediocre experience, particularly on a holiday.

We been there many times, is our favorite place for drinks, but this time our experience was awful! We ask for Thanksgiving menu (experience) They no longer had pumpkin soup at 8.00pm!!!! Really! We had to eat salad! The waitress never put the bread on the table, her attitude was horrible all the time! We were very unhappy with the service this time.

Drinks arrived after our first course was served. We weren’t offered fresh ground pepper with our salad. Table-side chateaubriand arrived cold and was sliced with the grain instead of against. Had to track down waitstaff for a second glass of wine with my cold entree. No bread and nothing offered as a replacement. Chaotic staff running around and getting little accomplished.

We were seated on time, pretty good for a holiday. Our table was off the main dining room so it was sorta quiet. We had the prefixed turkey/ stuffing dinner for $49. The Butternut Squash soup was amazing. The three turkey slices served with the meal were good but it was a small portion given for the cost of the meal. The mashed potatoes and gravy tasty, cranberry sauce also. Green bean almondine was portioned about right. The cubed stuffing however was DRY, not much flavor. The waiter even brought more gravy as it was just too dry. We were never offered any bread or rolls?? And It was Thanksgiving!!! We feel the pork chop is a much better deal.

This was our third Thanksgiving meal at Perry’s and most likely our last. We were seated in a nice quiet room in a very timely manner, but things after that were definitely not up to par. Our waiter never gave us the Thanksgiving menu to start with. Once we ordered, the food came within one minute of the salad, and was not hot (except the mashed potatoes). There was a thin drizzle of brown gravy on the turkey and nothing else and most of my turkey was covered in cranberry sauce. I’d suggest a separate ramekin or something for the cranberry and turkey gravy and more of it. The turkey and dressing were both dry, in fact, my mother couldn’t cut her turkey at all without asking for a steak knife. The pepper shaker was empty, so instead of bringing a filled one, the waiter (Dean) brought out the cracked pepper shaker and asked what I wanted pepper on. I said everything but the cranberry sauce, and he proceeded to grind pepper all over my cranberry sauce, and when I stopped him just said “oh, sorry”. We were given our to-go containers to box up ourselves, and I’m fairly certain that’s a first for this restaurant. I realize he may have been new, but between the cold, dry food and the less than stellar service, we will probably steer clear of here for future holidays. It was definitely not the meal we had been anticipating.

Bar area a little loud. Families (2) with baby & young children. Not the best seating for children who were crying & out of sorts. Food presentation great but food not hot. Lukewarm. Soup barely warm & cream on top cold. There were 8 of us and all the food same temperature. I brought this to attention of manager. I realize this was a busy day with lots of prep. However, would have been nice to have hot food.
