Wonderful new hidden gem. From the same group as Divan in Buckhead but with a much welcome more comfortable atmosphere.

The staff was amazing. Food wonderful - my lamb shank was possibly best I’ve ever had. The space is big and open but not too much so.

Definitely recommend for any night out or special occasion.

We went to the Persian Basket Kitchen for the first time and everything was just perfect! The staff were wonderful, very friendly, professional and quick in serving us. Their menu had a good variety of foods to choose from. We tried a couple of different meals and all were great and very authentic. We also tried a couple of items from the dessert menu and they all were so fresh and delicious. We will definitely go back there again. I should also mention that the place was amazingly clean and hygienic.

My husband and I came for dinner on Friday night and had a great meal. The food was very good and the service was attentive but not overly pushy. They’ve only been open for 6 weeks and the hard work and love that the owners and staff are putting into making the restaurant a success shows.

Used Open Table for reservation for 3 for dinner on Friday, 2/28/2020. Extremely satisfied from our check in to securing the table to our attentive server who explained everything to us to our complementary bread and appetizer tray to finally our main course meal. All three of us ordered the Beef Kubideh Kabab with rice option. 18 inches of succulent beef kabab skewer along with rice garnished with special butter and pomegranate, side serving of cucumber yogurt, shredded red cabbage, and olive paste. Everything tasted delicious and we will definitely come back for more!

I loved this new Place. They present Persian food the way it deserves. Atmosphere was great and cozy. Service was outstanding. They’ve been opened only for a week and I’ve already been there twice. This place is by far my favorite Persian restaurant in Atlanta area.

Went there for Valentine’s Day. Was busy, but we were seated rather quickly. It was pretty busy that night and the food was good. They are a new restaurant and still working out the kinks but they will figure it out. The lamb shank was delicious. I liked the smaller size restaurant. I would go there again.

Very good service from Jordan on a night when they were crushed. The food and presentation was excellent. Greetings and assistance from all the staff made a very nice experience. Great job for only being in business for a few days. We will be back.

For being opened for less than a week, the menu is vibrant and the service is great. I can for sure put it up there with Rumi's Kitchen near by or Maykadeh in San Francisco. Today I had the Chicken Kabobs. It was very tender and juicy as was the Koodideh (Ground Beef ). The Akbar Jooje Duck Leg, I don't know how Persian that is, was flavorful and excellent in taste. The barley soup was to die for. They also served complementary fresh bread and Feta Cheese with herbs. Very colorful and delicious. They have full bar but I wasn't in the mood to drink adult beverage. I will be back.

The restaurant is located in the former Mari Cucina location. The owners have transformed the inside and it is beautiful! Muted colors, long flowy drapes, fresh flowers, and some sparkle. The new owners raised the roof so it feels airy and open.

My group of friends visited on their first open weekend, so the waiter was still learning the menu even though he has worked at their other Buckhead location. We ordered the eggplant and falafal appetizers- SO GOOD! They also gave us a platter of fresh vegetables, herbs and cheese that are eaten together. It is not anything I would have put together, but it was so fresh and delicious.

We ordered (shared) the lamb stew, lamb shank, duck leg, and beef/lamb kabob (forgive me for the lack of Farsi names). They were are amazing. The stew was my overall favorite. The pomegranate sauce on the duck, the tenderness of the lambshank, the dill rice, and the flavor of the kabaobs were all spot on.

They have a decent wine list and had nice cocktail choices. We ended with the roulette and puff pastry for dessert. Both were homemade and yummy, but the pastry was my favorite.

The prices are a little higher, but a great date night or night for small groups. I think it would be hard for larger groups. They will be opening a market next door soon to pick up dishes on the go, so I am very much looking forward to that.

Dear Ebrahim, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at our opening night. Even though, your experience wasn't up to par, we have many excellent feedback regarding the food and service that night . We tried to accommodate every one even though many guests came in without a reservations. We went to each table to make sure everyone is satisfied. I hope that you give us another chance. We are certain that your experience would be totally different. Best, Management team.
