    We’ve had breakfast a few times at this place. The toast and potatoes were cold, the bread dry. Not great value for money for a high end hotel restaurant. Convenience of location is the selling feature.

    Everything was good except Wait times were quite long. We waited over 5 minutes at the door before a hostess even appeared to seat us for our reservation. It took longer than average to get our food order.

    We were looking forward to our first experience at Perspectives Restaurant. We ate there on a Friday night and for brunch on Saturday. On both occasions the staff were not very attentive. They were more interested in chatting with other staff than meeting our needs as their customers. Other than the Sushi (which was extremely flavourable and delicious), the pricing was quite high for the amount of food they offered. The brunch was okay but not great. Hopefully other customers have a much better experience.

    Our servers were excellent (especially our main server Spencer). The food was excellent and the portions just right. The prices were quite reasonable for a high-end restaurant. Will be coming back!

    I really enjoy the service and the ambiance of Brookstreet. The food is nice. My only issue is that there is a limited main course option. It would be nice to have two or three chicken dishes and beef dishes to choose from.

    We are in the restaurant since we were staying at the hotel and it was convenient but would not do so again. Unfortunately the portions are small for the price and my husband’s mushroom pie was inedible, dry, no sauce and the mushrooms were rubbery, my pasta main dish was the size of an appetizer. The service was very good but sadly I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone staying there.

    Excellent steak. I couldn’t eat it all and had to ask for a doggy bag. Charcuterie board for 2 was very tad with interesting stuff.

    Limited menu and had gone for Sushi. Not available!!! Sushi chef off duty that night! Settled for a sub par meal that was over $200.00 for 2. Very disappointing! Should have gone elsewhere for our dinner.. our mistake! Wait staff were all pleasant…not their fault!

    Had dinner at Options Jazz Lounge at Brookstreet Hotel. It's a great spot. Live music. Beers on tap. Attentive service without being intrusive. Had their burger and it was quite tasty. Price for the burger was $21. Up charge of $2 for Sweet Potato Fries. Given it is a restaurant at a hotel, the prices are in keeping with what restaurants in my neighbourhood charge.

    We were fortunate to get a seat even though the restaurant was initially unable to due to reservations. The hostess was able to reorganize things and was able to seat us! Our waitress was bright and funny and appropriately attentive with no pressure or feeling rushed. The food was exceptional and very good value for a high end establishment. The jazz musicians also were great and provided a wonderful back drop.

    Perspectives Restaurant is very inviting, comfortable, and well-designed. The background music is perfect: interesting selections/arrangements that are certainly audible but not so loud as to interfere with conversation. The washrooms are well-maintained, nicely appointed While we very much enjoyed our lunch, our Green Salads (one with salmon, the other with grilled chicken) were so-so. The Chowder was delicious, however. The coffee, tea, and Cappuccino - exceptional. Everything was beautifully presented! Our server was excellent - most accommodating and attentive without being intrusive in any way. We will definitely be back!

    When I booked our reservation on line I asked for 5:30 pm. 5:30 was not available. I had to take the 5:00 pm. When we were seated we noticed the restaurant was basically empty the whole time we were there. We left the restaurant around 6:45 pm. Why was the 5:30 not available

    They use to have buffet brunch on sundays I loved the new menu and varity of options. Service was friendly quick and good. It was a beautiful day to seat at the patio and enjoy gulf course and the pool.

    Not even a desert offered for my son’s 10th birthday. (Mention on reservations as well) First table we were guided to was absolutely disgusting/dirty. Restaurant was empty and we completely felt rush. Not recommend.

    My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we really enjoyed our selves our room was clean and comfortable and the pools and hot tubs were a great place to relax. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent at the front desk as well as the restaurants. The food and drinks were amazing! Thank you for making our weekend away relaxing and enjoyable!!

    Celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary and the birth of our grandson along with the other grandparents. Food was excellent, service was excellent. We sat outside on the patio and it was a little noisy as there was a table of 20+ men making a fair amount of noise.
