    The service was terrible, our waitress came by every 10-15 min to ask my friend if she liked her meal because she was eating slowly, then brought her a takeout box 40 min into us being sat there without us asking for it. I got the mushroom & spinach omelette which had about 3 small mushrooms and a few tiny pieces of spinach in it for $22

    Lovely staff and ambiance, I ordered the special that day which was a perfectly cooked duck breast and my friend had the burger. Food was delicious and I thought it was a nice touch that they asked if we had any feedback for the kitchen. My friend and I stayed for a while catching up and the staff had a good balance of attentiveness while letting us do our own thing. I'd come back here for a cozy meal any time.

    Very friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Comfortable table, well maintained facilities, spotless washrooms. Interesting and appealing decor. Not a long wait for our food, which was delicious. It was a special occasion, which was acknowledged in a lovely way by the staff. We will return, definitely.

    The food was well executed, thoughtful, delicious and imaginative. We have eaten at Peter Pan previously so we expected the food to be a show-stopper but didn’t anticipate how truly amazing it was. The pairings were a rare and treasured accompaniment. Good job to the team at Peter Pan. A remarkable evening. We will look forward to another meal in the future. I will be dreaming about the venison tartare for the rest of my days!

    PROS: The food and service were outstanding. CONS: On Saturday evening with a full house, it was difficult to have a conversation over the din from other tables. Also, the volume of the background music, while not overpowering, was a little too loud.

    It’s a nicely set up spot, with outside dining opportunities. The dishes are hit and miss, some kept simple and executed fine others trying to hard to be innovative. Oysters were fresh and tasty and the halibut was very tasty. The low point of the evening were the “charred” green beens with the pork chop (which itself was fine) they came on a u healthy amount of brownish saus with hardly any flavor and the beans itself had almost no flavor as well. Next time leave the saus, fry them on high heat in some oil with pepper and salt and we would finish them in a beat. Service was very friendly but inexperienced but the attentiveness made up for the lack experience and we are confident that this will get better over time. Wine collection was on point and the small dinner menu will make choosing easy. Fine spot for a quick bite with a good glass of wine.

    I have been going to this beautiful restaurant that has become an institution and part of our tapestry of wonderful food in Toronto. I must say that it really is very nostalgic for me going there and seeing that how much of the old restaurant is still there plus the great food. I will certainly go back there again and again, the appetizer selections is off the charts on a fantastic wine list…. Simple menu that it’s not complicated and to the point and delicious🙏💖

    The food except for the oysters was high quality but the entree selection was far too limited. Further, charging $5 for an extra container of lavash that was served with the artichoke puree was not good customer relations, especially considering the included serving was inadequate in size.

    I love this place, my husband and I hosted our small wedding reception here and always return with pleasure. Every time it's a great experience. This visit was our first brunch experience at this location (normally we go out for dinner dates). It was also great! Peter Pan Bistro is my favorite restaurant in Toronto

    We got married at Peter Pan Bistro in 2021 and they were amazing. We have now had 2 anniversary dinners with them that have both been amazing, great food and amazing vibe

    Wonderful service and Summerlicious dinner. The mixed drinks were refreshing. Loved the Steak Tartare appetizer. The Hanger Steak was prepared perfectly. And the Strawberry Sorbet was the perfect dessert to finish the set meal. Will definitely come back!

    Peter Pan Bistro has been the ‘go to’ restaurant, for my daughters and I, for several years now, whenever we come down from the burbs to shop Queen St. West. Had not been down for a few years. Surprised to see the only menu was for a brunch. No sandwiches or salads on offer; these I consider standard lunch fare. However, as a birthday treat, my oldest daughter and I shared the bagel cream cheese and lock dish as well as a green salad (not on the menu/had to ask if salad available). Food was very tasty as always and service prompt and friendly. Next trip downtown we will be back!

    Delicious food, excellent service. Love their wine selection and tasting before deciding on your bottle. Wednesday is half price wines, we had a very pleasant Italian rose which went well with our halibut entrees. Tiny Madeline’s with lemon sauce, perfect dessert!
