   Excellent service- he took great care of us! One of our party members had a nut allergy and he was very careful to make sure her food was nut free! The food was great as usual. Had the pad Thai and Mongolian beef. Was also able to get Moo Goo Gai Pan off the menu :). Delicious

   I am just aggravated that every single reservation I make Open Table bugs me to death! One time I am ok with but while I was driving and after I got there was getting texts to see if was going. If I make a reservation that I am not keeping I ALWAYS cancel. This has become VERY annoying!

   Made a reservation on OpenTable on Wednesday prior to a Saturday arrival for dinner. Upon arrival we were told our reservation was not received from OpenTable and it would be a 2-2.5 hour wait. Once I provided confirmation and explanation around the occasion the manager hastily did what he could to get us on the waitlist, after a 5 minute wait we were seated. Kudos to PF Chang’s manager on duty making my daughters birthday celebration a success.

   The quality of the food was incredibly poor, sauces were thick and not consistent with the brand. We’ve been eating at PFC for over 20 years - cold food and drenched in sauce. Server was not even mediocre, complained many times about the company and new policies. He was not engaging, acted miserable and couldn’t handle his tables - btw it wasn’t busy. Won’t be going back to this location. This is consistent. We tried to give it another chance. A $60 mistake.

   My wife and I hadn’t been to PF Chang’s in some time, and decided to have lunch there. Excellent, friendly service, food was great! Very pleased, and look forward to a return meal soon.

    PF Chang's is always reliable, and our lunch there was as good as always. The hot and sour soup is a favorite, and we enjoyed our entrees as well. Our server Nathan was friendly and helpful, and we hope to see him again on our next visit.

    Had lunch at the P.F. Chang’s in N Austin. It was excellent. We had the Szechuan Chicken and fried rice. Both were really well done. The chicken was fresh and crispy, with just the right amount of heat. The rice was also very good.

    This place is definitely passed its prime! They were severely understaffed and could not keep up with the reservations much less the few walk-ins they had. The restaurant was really quite filthy and they could not keep up with blessing the tables it was an uncomfortable atmosphere

    The manager himself finally came and waited on us. The arrived and were seated promptly but the waited and waited and either was ignored or a waiter wasn’t assigned to the table we were at. I had to signal the manager for service. He was great and apologized for the problem. After that our dining experience was good

    WARNING- don’t expect to get seated any time close to your reservation time if it is busy. Getting a reservation for P.F. Chang’s on Open Table is like the Seinfeld car rental episode. I made a reservation for 7pm and when I got there the hostess told me I was 12th in line and that it would probably take 15-20 mins. I was okay with that so we waited 30 mins and nothing. I checked back in and she told me I was now 11th in line! I heard other people waiting around having the same issue as me. We just left and ate at Firebowl across the street. Please be honest about your reservation system P.F. Chang’s!

    We stopped by for a quick bite to eat during a busy day, and to our surprise, we were met with salty food, and bad service after our meal, we realized how dirty this place really is. On your way to the bathroom, you see the kitchen floor and staff working and there is trash everywhere. How can a restaurant let its employees work with so much food and trash on the floor? This was our first visit to ANY food chain restaurant in years, and now I remember why we don't go to them.

    Always good except this time they overbooked at our reservation time. After waiting 20 minutes past I pressed the hostess and got seated in about 5 minutes. Not sure how long it would’ve been otherwise. Front waiting area was over spilling toward bar with everyone waiting.

    After avoiding this restaurant due to extremely poor service and sub par food, we gave it another chance. The service was much improved and food, better. Sauce on the Kung Pao chicken has way too much salt in it, however. The practice of not giving out knives and having to request them seems childish. Include all cutlery in the rolled napkin. Keep working, still a ways to go.

    The service was slow and the waitress was did not seem to really care about that. Ordered appetizers which did not come and the were served after our meal was served even thought I ask for them to be removed from our order. The food seemed like it had been sitting for a while and came out luke warm. My friend ordered a to go meal and our waitress put in the wrong order as well. Overall a vey disappointing experience.

    Too many young HS kids due to homecoming and was very noisy and loud. Assume you were short of waiters bc it took us while to get noticed and a waiter serving in another area came and asked if we had been helped. I believe he noticed we Hadn’t. Don’t know if we will return to this location. Plus, I asked for a very dirty martini and did not get that.

    P.F.Chang's is one of our favorite restaurants. The tasty lunch bowls are perfect -- we can get our favorites without the higher cost for the larger portion. The booths are spacious and comfortable, and the mango tea is delicious. Our server Jade was great -- personable, attentive, and professional. One thing I don't understand is why we can't make a reservation for a party larger than four. My ladies' group would love to lunch there during the week and so would a group of couples on Sundays after church, but not being able to make reservations is certainly a deterrent.

    Very nice atmosphere. Great service. Drinks were very good. Appetizers we had were very good. Would definitely order them again. Crab wontons and pork egg rolls. Sesame chicken was delicious. Lo mein noodles with shrimp were ok.

    Less than 2 minutes after appetizer came, entrees came. We had them taken back but when they came out they were cold and shrimp were soggy.Waiter apologized and said not his fault. They should have started over with the entrees, The fried rice was bland. Lettuce wraps and soup were good. Won't be going back. Appears to be another example of not enough staff or attention to detail.

    When we arrived for our reservation, PF Changs did mot have our reservation. The staff told us that Open Table is not syncing with their system and they are not receiving any reservations through Open Table. Unfortunately there was a long wait due to this issue, and were not able to get a table without a long wait. So we ended up sitting at the bar for our meal instead of the table we had reserved. Please fix as i’m sure numerous people have been disappointed upon arrival.
