I've been to many PF Chang's in different cities and states, if not this would be the first and last time I went to one. The service was so bad. The server never asked us once if we were okay after dropping our food off. One of our plates lacked flavor so badly that we took one bite and left it there. We were supposed to be celebrating my birthday but we just left because they would have brought dessert out on top of the table filled with dishes. Our dishes piled up and when it was time to pay we asked that the meal that was left untouched was removed. Apparently that meant that although there were 4 of us that only 3 deserved a fortune cookie leaving out the friend who had the bad uneaten dish. We asked that our bill be divided amongst 3 cards. The server ran my card 2x, thankfully my friend noticed my name on her receipt before signing. We asked that the 2nd charge be removed from my card and that she be charged instead. The server asked us if we were sure he made the mistake... as if we ran our own cards. Finally we asked for the manager. The manager came over and continue to create excuses and the bad meal that was never eaten was never removed from our table even after we asked that our plates be cleared. They never cleared one dish, fork, or cup over the course of 1.5 hours. I was honestly shocked we were treated so poorly considering the restaurant was not even full.

Asst. Executive chef Mike accommodated my very specific dietary needs with professional expertise… The food was beautiful and tasted even better than it looked! We all were very pleased with our meals! Lauren, the bartender, provided flawless service. We will return!

Loved everything about the evening at PF Chang. From the moment we walked in until we left, everything was on point. Valet parking was available which I really appreciate. Our server was wonderful. We started with the Brussel sprouts which were awesome. I had the tofu lettuce wraps for my entree and my date had the Chilean Sea Bass. We both agreed that each dish was excellent and worthy of re-order in the future. My date had an old fashion craft cocktail and it came with a smoke infusion, love at first taste! I had a glass of Mark West Pinot Noir, a great choice. I could live on those lettuce wraps!

Private non-valet parking is next door to the restaurant. Don’t park in convention parking garage next door $10 per hour. Frustrating that most food was overcooked. Egg rolls were dry inside but, sauce helped. Tempura green beans were overcooked but, aioli helped. Dynamite shrimp was overcooked but, the sauce it was smothered with. Beef and broccoli was tough and broccoli was basically raw. Sesame chicken was good but, again broccoli was raw. The pork potstickers were perfect and the combo Lo Mein was better the next day.

I usually never write a review, but I was deeply unsatisfied with this P.F. Chang's experience. The soup was tepid at best, looked coagulated, and had not been fully heated. We sent it back, and upon its return, the flavor was off as if they had added water and popped it in the microwave. The egg rolls seemed to have been reheated from the day before and had an unpleasant taste. On top of all this, the manager was brusque and noticeably upset with the customers. I will definitely not be returning to this location nor to another P.F. Chang's location for a while.

Made a reservation but they could not seat us or honor the reservation. There were two large conferences happening and being next door to the convention center they needed to plan for it. We waited 30 minutes or more and I reiterate — we had a reservation… but the hostess never could seat us. People who were seated never had a server go to their table while we were there.

We had a reservation but still waited 30 mins to be sat. Hostess was overwhelmed. Although our server was good, the kitchen was slow to send out food. Lunch ended up taking 2 hours bc they were so slow on everything.

Worst experience ever. They didn’t respected our reservation and didn’t gave us a table. We had to leave after waiting for 15 minutes. Because they put us on their waiting list. Which is what we were trying to avoid and that’s why we made a reservation. Not going back !!!

Hostess forgot about us and our reservation. Reminded her twice. There was ONE waitress and she was doing an amazing job for handling over 20 tables. No one was helping her and no sight of a manager. Outside of the waitress giving her best this was a disappointing experience

We were a group of 8 arriving and being told they didn’t have my reso but could still fit us in. I had made a reso for 6 and 2 extra joined us. Our server was verrrry slow in taking drink orders and eventually delivering them . By the time he took our food orders we had told him earlier we had an 8:00 concert and thought we would have to leave before our food arrived. Our server was nowhere to be seen for maybe 20 mins at which I point I went to complain to hostess and then the voila the food arrived to 8 grumpy patrons. Terrible experience .

Food and service was outstanding! Was disappointed that post covid there are some fairly common menu items that are no longer there. Two different items. One of them we received the old I did you a favor and the kitchen prepared your entrée. It was for a customer and appreciated but I'd rather just see that it's still available.

Anthony was a very good server. Our food was served quickly despite the staff shortages we kept hearing about. Disappointingly, most of the food was not good. The lettuce wraps never disappoint! Valet was great!

This was reserved as a birthday dinner. Things got off to a bad start with an unfriendly hostess who placed us by the kitchen in an empty restaurant. We are 70 years old and dressed appropriately for a special occasion. Service was okay. The restaurant decor did not live up to P.F. Chang’s standards. Meat was tough. To top it off another waiter came by and insulted our appearance thinking it a compliment. The only upside was they did comp us a birthday dessert.

Entrees arrived almost 1.5 hrs after we got there. Service was ridiculously slow, likely due to understaffing. Otherwise, food was solid. I wouldn't recommend coming here on a weekend night.

Took my daughter for her bday dinner. The food quality was not good and it took over one hour for the food to come out. I was told that they needed to prioritize the takeout order vs. the dining in order. I don’t think I’ll be going back there ever again.

Made a reservation for myself and coworkers. Not too busy and had a table pretty quickly. Our server although nice was quite scatterbrained and seemed to not know what was available in terms of drinks or available food items. The restaurant was out of a number of main menu items causing us to make a number of alternate food choices. Not a typical P.F. Chang’s experience by any means. Finally, our checks were incorrect and had to be corrected prior to payment. Overall the food was good and we liked the presentation of what we had to select but could have gone better.

Arrived at the place without a reservation. The restaurant was around 30% of its capacity, 1.5 hrs away from closing time and they told me there was a 1.5 hrs waiting list. As it didn’t make any sense, I booked on open table on the spot and - bingo! there was plenty of availability. Service was poor, several dishes not available and food nothing to write home about.

We had a reservation and the host didn’t honor it sayin we have to wait because they didn’t have enough staff to serve us. The were several empty tables. So we left. Very bad experience. They shouldn’t take reservations if they don’t have the staff to comply. Very bad.

PF Changs never disappoints and the food is consistent but overpriced for what it is. Nevertheless it's enjoyable. In this case we had a great server who was very attentive and nice. It was good they had a valet option as parking downtown is never fun. Overall a good experience.

Everytime I travel, I always search for a PF Changs; due to my specialized diet. This restaurant was very disappointing. It did not have air conditioning, my party of 6 was not notified prior to ordering food. The waiter did not have a clue and was not trained properly. Customer service was extremely subpar, will never visit this restaurant again. Food was distasteful. Corporate should come in and provide training for the entire restaurant as they do not fit the PF Changs model; EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

The quality and taste of the food quite nice. I did order a Japanese old fashion, which was great. If you are an old fashioned lover, it is a must try. We ordered a dynamite shrimp, lo mein and kung pal chicken. Everything tasted amazing, not too oily and flavorful. The service was a little slow, even though the restaurant didn’t seem to be that crowded. All in all it was great!
