The waiter entered several items incorrectly in the order system. I think he couldn’t hear us because the music was so loud. Another person brought the items and when we told the waiter they were wrong he did not check them before bringing them out and they were wrong again. We ordered two appetizers. Only one came out. My husband received his entree before the second appetizer arrived. My entree came later and was wrong, again, but I ate it anyway. My daughter finally received her entree after we were finished eating. The waiter apologized, so we tipped normally, but did not enjoy the experience.

Received appetizers before being served water or drinks. Ordered shrimp and chicken fried rice, came out with no shrimp, returned and came back with very little shrimp or chicken and only carrots. Very bland! Was told the salmon was burnt and had to be recooked. The sushi was poorly made, fell apart when you picked it up. I never complain but there was so much to complain about. No one ever apologized or offered to take anything off the bill. It was a disappointing Father's Day and will not be returning to PF Changs. My Chinese delivery is superior food to what we received. On a good note, out waitress was very friendly.

Clearly they were understaffed in all areas even in the kitchen to the front. Food was all right but for the money there is way better options. Never got refills on drinks and it took a long time to get our food. I also don't like the new payment service they are using when you go to pay your bill. Unfortunately we will not be back.

We had reservations for a post graduation celebration. The kitchen staff was not prepared or extremely short staffed . We waited an hours and 15 minutes for our food . The food was hot and delicious and the manager as well as the server were very apologetic. I do wish I had known that we would be waiting so long since we had older grandparents with us . We would have definitely chosen somewhere else to eat . The manager discounted our bill so we felt like we were fairly compensated.

Waitress was good, nothing in her control. Had to wait 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Drinks and appetizers came out in decent time, but entrees ran way longer than normal and several dishes came out nearly dry with no sauce.

We had a 12:15 reservation, and we were not seated until 1:30. Was seated directly under an A/C vent, we were all freezing and it was so strong our food became cold within a minute or two of receiving it, which was almost an hour after ordering. I understand it was Mother's Day, but you need to do better with managing the amount of reservations you accept. Two of our party were elderly and having to wait that long was very difficult on them.

Lala was amazing! It seems the food quality has slipped a bit though. My honey chicken was soggy instead of crispy and the shrimp appetizer was cold and soggy. The fried rice had no flavor and it was overall disappointing food wise. Service was great and it was fairly clean.

All is good except handicap parking. Only 2 spaces and very short level curb. Cannot access by drivers of both cars. Walkway uneven and rough and dangerous. Your provision for handicapped diners is the worst I have experienced in Birmingham. OSHA would probably require changes.

We went to celebrate birthday. I put on reservation and told waitress. Nothing. Our food was good but the music was only bass beating away and the lights actually went out for a few minutes. It wasnt packed so I was surprised at all the flubs. Took a long time to get mojito. I'm not sure this is a celebration place.

Good and service were good. When you dine at a nice restaurant, many times we don’t bring our phones, on purpose. To have conversation and not distractions. So we were told that you rarely keep menus and expect people to have their devices with them. I did not and was annoyed by that. A manager found one. One explanation was that the prices change a lot so printing menus was expensive. In the future please keep a supply on hand. It makes the experience better.

Service was lacking and we were disappointed when we had our drinks filled at the end of the meal. The food was not as good as it has been in the past. It wasn't bad it just wasn't good. Also, being frustrated about the poor service may have soured our meal.

The food was great although I feel the serving size of food went down , However it did fill me up. The sesame chicken there never disappoints and the price was pretty good as well. The service was wonderful very consistent I forgot our server’s name but she was great. We got there an hour early and didn’t expect to get seated we just came early to check in and they sat us right then we didn’t have to wait the full hour until our reservation. I love P.F. Chang’s :) definitely recommend it

We had a lunch reservation at 1:15. Without it, the wait was 40 minutes. The restaurant was only half full. Obvious staffing issues. Service was slow. Food was good.

The food was not the quality we had previously experienced. The kung pao was far too salty. One entree did not come out with rest of the food. The dining room was no where near full, but we were squeezed into a small table that’s extra lip to make it larger was slanted and did not hold a plate with it sliding. The wait staff was just average.

We had a reservation and still waited over an hour. But they were understaffed and trying their best on a crowded Saturday night. Our server was very nice but a little overwhelmed. Still classic PF Chang’s but maybe will go during the week next time.

Lettuce wraps are always my favorite! Our food was excellent! Service was terrible. Made a reservation and the hostess looked upset and told me I made a reservation for 2 instead of 5. I showed her our reservation. She was rude when seating us. The waitress was not friendly and got our drinks wrong a few times. The waitress then was drying dishes on the table next to us. Just not a great overall experience although the food is great.

Kitchen was very slow. We got our crab wonton app pretty quickly but for entrees, we ordered two lettuce wraps and a honey chicken with white rice and waited over 30 minutes for our food. Server never acknowledged the wait.

Food was very good. The chocolate soufflé is fabulous. I had written in our reservation that we were there for a birthday. However our waitress knew nothing about that. It would’ve been great if she had handled that without being asked.

This trip was very bad. The waiter seemed to fail at entering our chosen items for preparation. Got pan fried dumplings instead of steamed. Ok not a big deal we let it go. Next he brought the wrong entree for my wife. Said he would correct it. Nothing happened for about 20 minutes except he came by to say that he would be bringing the right entree. Then a manager shows up and says he hears we order something they were out of. Not true, it was fried rice. He comped dinner and gave us a 25$ gift card and we left. All he could do I guess, but my wife left hungry. We went wanting to have dinner not get anything free. Waiter seemed to have a complete lack of concern about the problems.
