They did give our food away to another table, so our shared entrees came out about 10 minutes apart. No one told us until we asked. My first coke was flat, which seems common for there. Why? Had to request a refill 3 times, and had to ask 3 times to get our cake to us, after we had finished and paid.

We enjoyed everything!! My Sister in Law was very surprised when she got the large piece of chocolate cake and flaming candle for her birthday!!! It was a perfect surprise!!!!!

Great service and the food was delicious. I like the larger pieces of meat (versus the strips) in the Szechuan Beef. The Dynamite shrimp sushi roll is also a favorite.

We had a reservation which we arrived a few minutes late for. I apologized and they said “it’s fine, give us a few minutes and we’ll have your table ready” 45 minutes later we decided to leave after walk-ins with no reservations were seated before us. That staff wasn’t rude per se but we definitely felt like everyone annoyed them. I try to give grace and say that perhaps they were overwhelmed. The person I think was a manager walked out started to seat someone and the hostess stopped him. It just seemed unorganized. Like I said we left and went to Outback and we’re IMMEDIATELY seated with no reservation and the OUTBACK staff were incredible! In the end it worked out for us. We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. Unfortunately it just wasn’t at P.F. Chang’s.

P.F. Chang's is probably our favorite chain restaurant. However, this time was a disappointment. We waited 40 min for the server to come around and it took a while for fried rice and soup to come out.

Long wait to be seated even with reservation. Long wait for server to come to table after we were seated. Felt rushed. Long wait for drinks from bar -- arrived after dinner. Appeared to be too few servers without limiting number of diners.

Love PF Chang bit it’s hit or miss in Chattanooga. Food was good but my wife’s lo mein was cold. Didn’t see server again until asked if we were done. I will say Duck appetizer and the Dynamite Sushi were fantastic…as was the bottle of wine.

We arrived 15 minutes late due to terrible traffic, and after our hours drive the restaurant had no record of our reservation! I showed them the Open Table confirmation, and we were seated within 5 minutes. Not sure how the reservation was not communicated to the restaurant. The food was high quality and delicious. Our party had honey chicken, Mongolian beef, sweet and sour chicken and sesame chicken. All were delicious.

Upon arriving we presented our reservation but they said they didn't have it but would put us on a wait list. Ten minutes later, we asked for an update and showed them our confirmation email. They said, "Oh, you used OpenTable... I see it now." Ten more minutes later we asked for another update and were seated.

This was a last minute reservation as I was visiting my friend as I’m from out of state. (California) we were seated instantly and waited a few moments and was greeted by a super nice girl who helped my friend and I with our food selection. If I remember correctly it was the banana dessert at the end that made our night! It was so good!

We haven’t been in a while and I would say that the quality of food was still the same (which we love). I wish though that you still had the 3 sauces for the lettuce wraps. The prawns was really small, almost shrimp like. But overall.. it was fantastic! Our service was also amazing. She was super nice and very accommodating.

Andrew was our server and he did an amazing job….there was a small snafu with our order but it was rectified quickly and we received a free appetizer. The food was amazing and we enjoyed the chocolate soufflé for dessert.

P.F. Chang's in Chattanooga has a larger footprint than most of the chain's locations that I have dined at previously. The bar area is good size and fairly active. One of the reasons for going to a chain restaurant is for consistency and this location did not disappoint. The drinks were cold, food was hot upon being served and the service was very professional.

We love the Chang!! Food is always great. I still miss the flourless dome cake, and the chocolate soufflé isn’t nearly the same. However, everything was great other than the service. The service was a little off on this visit. They took us to the wrong table, and we were left standing in the dining room until it was corrected. Our server was a bit slow. I know that they were busy. People can have bad nights. I’m not sure what was going on. I will say we had a couple people who had never eaten there before, so it took some time to order. We will def be back, because I know it was just an off day.

For the most part the food is good, but they do not have any food that is low in sugar content. We did have some chicken and meat specially prepared, but they don’t appear to be able to make it with any taste. In this day and age, they should have some flavorful items on their menu that are low in sugar and carbs.

We sat at the bar-top tables and it was a pretty slow night. Just ordered sushi and it took a long time to just get food. The bar sever was by himself and needed help, but he was great and super friendly. This was the same thing that happened last time where we waited 30+ minutes for a small amount of food. Also we used to come much more often when there was happy hour specials.

It was sunny an seventy degrees so we sat outside. Excellent service and the food was good. I still find the food inconsistent at this location but it was good today. We started with wonton wrappers and dynamite shrimp. Then Kung Pao shrimp, kung pao chicken, and a smoked sushi roll Yummy
