Angel was a great server and the Northmen Ribs were very good. A much better experience than my last visit when the waiter was disengaged and the Ribs were dry with little meat.

Our server greeted us and seated us right at our reservation time. The service was very professional. The waiter took our order and the food came out about 10 minutes later. The food was prepared well and was very tasty. Everything was fine even as they were very busy, the restaurant was full.

Although it was busy, our service was incredibly slow. The beef in my beef and broccoli entree was over cooked and crisp, but the entree was still enjoyable. Definitely disappointed in our visit today, this was our first visit to this location and I don’t think we will be coming back.

My first disappointing experience at this location. The northern ribs were dry and over cooked. We got three orders of them and they were all the same. The server seemed a bit overwhelmed, and they seem to be short staffed. I have usually gotten great service here and great food. It was not a good experience.

Was disappointed with host. We make a reservation 45 minutes before our reservation. We arrive and our scheduled time and she advises we have to be put on a waiting list because our reservation made at the time was within the 45 minutes which didn’t make sense to me and my wife. She was not helpful. It doesn’t make sense to use your app schedule these in advanced only to arrive at our reservation time and continue to be put on a waiting list.

Everything went smoothly as planned. We made our reservation through Open Table and when we arrived we were seated immediately by the hostess. The waitress was attentive and our food came in a timely manner. Weber thing was good and no complaints.

Always been a PF Chang fan. Wife and I decided to go to dinner at PF Changs at the Fountains. The food and service were on point, enjoyable. However, it would have been more enjoyable if not for the screaming child in the booth next to us. I figure he was 8 years old. What got to me were two things. One, the parents not doing anything about it and two, PF Changs tolerating it.

The server needs more training. She has dark hair, glasses, and very passive. They ran out of sea bass and she did not even offer an alternative. It appeared she did not want to engage with us. We didn’t even know the menu was virtual when we sat down. We had to ask for our server and when she came by it was very quick and distant. She literally asked us if we were ok as she walked passed us. The food was delicious. The service made the overall experience poor.

Came in and didnt have my reservation for 6 people ready, explanation, they didnt look at the OpenTable reservation tablet. We had to eat and go since my daughter was flying. One of the hostess wasnt very cooperative, but another one jumped in and got the manager and they somehow moved reservations and got us a table. We had 2 additional guests , and there wasnt any problem. The waiter, had served us at the bar while we were waiting, he was excellent! funny, fast, courteous, etc. Great food!
