   My wife and I went out for dinner around 7:15, I made the reservation on Open Table and was surprised to find out that we didn’t need them. We were the only customers in your bar area at the time! We were greeted by our server Holly, who is exceptional who provided us with fantastic service and finally got more customers to help her survive! We had sushi and soup and ordered Chilean Sea Bass which was served a little too well done and immediately were told that they were making us another one at no extra charge! The meal was fantastic and many people of your staff apologized! PF Changs is very lucky to have you ALL!

   I had eaten at P.F. Chang’s one other time in another location and was not impressed. This one at Plymouth Meeting Mall was really excellent. There were very few people there when we arrived, and we did receive excellent service. The food was very good and arrived fairly quickly. Since there weren’t any people waiting, my friend and I stayed at our table for a couple of hours and really enjoyed catching up. Nobody seemed annoyed by the time that we took at a table.

   Our waiter was great! I enjoyed the Kung Pao shrimp. I’m sorry they got rid of the scallop option. I did enjoy being able to add broccoli 🥦 to my dish and the side of fried rice.

    We eat here every couple months but this was a mediocre visit . we always get the same things since they are usually good choices. This time not so much. The chicken lettuce wraps consisted of wilted lettuce (past its prime) and the chicken mixture had very little flavor so it needed hot sauce. The sesame chicken was good as usual and was easily the best item of the night. the Singapore street noodles are usually good but this time they seemed dry and like they were precooked and then reheated without the proper moisture also paid 4.50 to upgrade our rice side dish to fried rice - this also tasted like it was precooked then microwaved halfway and was not fully heated and was not good. overall 3 out of 4 dishes were lousy - we will give them another chance but not for a while. By the way our waiter and service overall were excellent.

    I was excited to go to PF Changs because I haven't been there in awhile. The restaurant had trash on the floor from them cleaning the tables but not one employee picked it up. Our food took forever to come and I couldn't eat it. My daughter had Sushi and she had to spit it out because of the fish odor. My beef and broccoli was terrible. The beef was so chewy. I couldn't eat it. The only thing good about the experience was our waitress. She was very nice. I hope that management will take the time and look over the restaurant and try to make changes to make it good again.

    I would have liked to rate them higher but was disappointed because I had an Open Table Reward of $10 that I specifically chose to use there (you had to make a reservation there on Open Table in order to redeem the gift card) and they wouldn't take it. The Manager said they "don't accept those at this location", however it specifically stated it must be used at the Plymouth Meeting PA location. Seemed like someone was just lazy and didn't want to do it.

    Everything was good , we chose to seat in a bar table ,it’s was after 8 pm on Thursday night , restaurants was pretty empty , I just felt bar tenders was doing her side works then taking care of us . I think water should be automatic i don’t think we have to ask or wait just to drink water .

    Took my friend out for a birthday lunch. Hadn't been to a PJ Chang for many years and was very impressed. The only issue was our wait staff was also tending to the bar, which was a few feet away from out booth. We ended up waiting and trying to get her attention. She was still a very good server, but busy.

    In spite of the large group waiting to be seated, our reservation time was honored!! The restaurant is obviously short in wait staff. Our waiter was pleasant. The menu has changed since our last visit..Food was good BUT portions keep getting smaller and prices keep rising… All in all it was a good experience.. we’ll be back.

    I had a party of 3. Everything was at standard. Nothing, including the ervice was above and beyond. Our food arrived to table lower than lukewarm. Rather than sending it back, I simply took it to go. Once home and reheated it was delicious. Prior to that we were told our appetizers were given to the wrong table and had to wait for it to be redone.

    Beth was an amazing bartender server! We were celebrating a friend's birthday. He was so impressed when he order our drinks while waiting for a table in the dining room that we ended up sitting in the bar area so she could be our server!

    My friends meet every so often at different spots. We discovered this restaurant last month and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves but today was a totally different story. It took me 15 minutes to chose an entree only to be told that item and a few others were not available. Woulda been nice letting us know earler. 3 of the 4 of had salmon and chillean sea bass and both were overcooked and tasted terrible. When Hannah inquired how was everthing I replied really terrible and she chuckled and walked away. The friends getting together was priceless. An edible meal would have bee nice too

    Is this restaurant committed to providing good service? To making the dining experience comfortable and convenient? To valuing each customer? NO. NO. And NO. They have no problem giving each guest an alcoholic beverage menu to review. But they refused to provide a printed food menu; either take out and use your device to scan the QR Code or -- well, there is no other option. Take it or leave it. We LEFT it, and took our business to a another nearby restaurant that clearly appreciated our patronage, especially in these difficult times. Make it as convenient for the customer to look at your food menu as the drink menu. Is that really asking too much?? Cherry on top: as we were walking out the door, the young ladies at the reception desk chirped, "Have a nice evening!" These are the same staffers who seated us just five minutes earlier. If this P.F. Chang's team was trained to value their customers, they should have asked: "Was there a problem? Is there anything I can do for you?" But they obviously could not care any less whether patrons stay or leave, are happy or dissatisfied. So from this day forward, I could not care less about the Chang's in Plymouth Meeting. I will NOT give them my business again, and respectfully encourage you, too, to give your business to someone else who appreciates you.
