Had been going to Molly Wu for a long time and just started hitting P F Chang more. I like the better variety of foods at Chang's. The staff is outstanding. Prices are very fair. I will continue to be a "regular".

It was very, very cold in the restaurant. To the point of being uncomfortable to ear. AC was on high even though it was not hot outside. Glad we had jackets in the car.

Did not one on time When called restaurant to ask if open I had to ask them to open the door Then the host opened the door with out a line even though they could see the line Took 40 minutes to get food because they had a large catering order they needed to do Soda was flat

As usual the food was great. My date is a vegetarian and she found plenty of things on the menu. Service was a little slow. it wasn't busy, but to be fair, I don't know what the waiter had.

PF Chang’s is always LATE!! Went for Valentine’s Day - seated almost 40 minutes past our reservation which made us late getting our daughter picked up from the airport. Saturday was Prom. Reservation was for 6pm. Daughter kept asking about their table. They were taking reservations for 6:30 before them stating “their table wasn’t ready yet”. PFC assigns tables and if the table assigned to you isn’t ready or the other party is still eating at your reservation time - you WAIT despite there being open tables. Table, food & service all went downhill from there. They were also late getting to prom. If WE are late they give the table away but it’s okay for PFC to inconvenience others.

We arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled reservation and ended up waiting an extra 20-25 minutes before we were seated. Once seated, we got our drinks and appetizers with no problem. Our waitress was so great and kind, and let us know that the kitchen was a little backed up. We ordered our entrees and ended up waiting about an hour.

This was our first visit back to P.F. Chang's for quite a long time. We were very pleasantly surprised. The service, wait time for food and drinks, and the quality of the meal were great! The food came out hot and appetizing. The server was attentive, but not hovering. We are already making plans to return soon!

Had a reservation for 8:00pm. Did not get seated to after 8:20. The host ignored me when I was waiting to let them know we are here after receiving the text The waitress not very friendly and didn’t show professional mannerisms. We had to ask about our lettuce wraps we ordered and when she brought them over she was not friendly about it. About 3-5 minutes later our entrees came. Overall not the experience I was hoping for on my birthday. Not planning to attend again anytime soon.

The server was way too overwhelmed with a large party and was not capable of handling another 4 tables. It took 15 minutes to get a nonalcoholic drunk from the bar and out appetizers came out after the food got there. They’ve really gone downhill.

We have not been to PF Changs in a quite a while and were excited to go back. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre and highly over priced for the quality. The wine was also much more expensive than it should have been. We will not be returning again soon.

This is my son’s favorite restaurant. It’s been a while since we have been to this one. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by two very rude greeters. I let it slide. We were seated for our reservation. As we were walking through the restaurant, I was surprised at how dirty the place was. I’ve never seen the tables and floor in this condition. Our waitress was attentive and kind at first. She brought us our food. I was disappointed to see my orange chicken was the same friend chicken as my son’s kids meal. It’s usually flash fried. It was almost as if they cooked all the chicken the same, then threw whatever sauce you order on top. As we were paying the bill, we were boxing up our food. I asked for a to go cup for my sauce. Our waitress said she would bring me a fresh one out, then threw some to go boxes on the table and an empty cup, which she then told me I could just take the sauce I already had with me. There was another couple who did some table jumping because the table was not clean. The prices were much higher than they were previously and the experience was disappointing to say the least. I know there is a shortage of staff but one of the two rude greeters could have been working instead of playing on her phone. Rude staff plus a disgusting restaurant is not where I will be spending my money in the future.

Food was good, but not quite as good from our past experiences. Crab wontons appetizer used to come with sauce on the side and this time came covered heavily in sauce. On the flip side, our Orange Shrimp entree was very skimpy on the sauce.
