   Food was good. Service took forever. Wait staff seemed to have more tables than they could handle. Food was going to the wrong tables. We had to specifically ask for them to take our order and to fill our glasses when empty. The wait staff were really trying but there were just too few of them.

   They had a special bday card -signed by staff- and a fun sparkler with dessert for my daughter’s birthday. She felt very special! The food was yummy (especially the lettuce wraps).

    We wanted a fun night out as a family and chose P.F. Chang’s for the sushi. All seemed fine until our food was given to another table and had to be reordered. They brought out one guests entree while the rest of us sat waiting another 20 minutes to only receive the the wrong order. Two of the entrees had no meat. The waiter seemed frustrated with us when he failed to write down the order and it was his mistake. Again, another 15 minutes to correct the order. He told us the manager couldn’t come out and speak to us. Never apologized nor offered to comp at least part of the order. Spent $150.00 and had an awful experience. By the way, the bathroom was very dirty. How about close this place down until you can do it right. Never again!

    They CANCELLED the reservation we made without any notice after we had driven there. We got there to check in and they told us they no longer were accepting reservations because they had too many walk ins but completely FAILED to give any update to the people who had made reservations. It was so frustrating and we will not be choosing this place in the future due to their lack of communication and lack of apologetic response. So unacceptable.

    Food we had was not as good compared to previous visits; spring rolls were excellent though. Orange Peel and Honey Chicken needed to be crunchier rather than more sauce. A bit noisy and higher prices.

    Food was mediocre at best. Not seated at reservation time despite it wasn’t busy. The check came before we could order dessert. We were celebrating a birthday of my niece who was visiting. The food from this location has been going downhill for a while.

    The food is wonderful! Anything I have ever tried was amazing and this dining experience was no different! Everyone in the group (3) loved there meal and the Dynamite shrimp appetizer was great!! Thank you Brian for taking care of us at the table!

    The food and service was great but we had booked the reservation through OpenTable and they said their systems weren't working to know who booked through OpenTable. Not sure if it was just that day or on an ongoing basis but might want to check that.

    Food at this location is fairly predictable, mostly always good. Seems like they are suffering from lack of help as many restaurants are. There was a wait although there were many empty tables. They have gotten all new serveware (dishes) that are much smaller than their old dishes. This means portions are much smaller. The giant bowl of Won Ton soup is no longer giant. It's supposed to serve 6 ppl! It was barely enough for 3. The lettuce wraps are no longer the same portion either. They have also dropped a lot of the dishes that were my favorites, so that did not help my review! They are still a fair choice if nothing else is available.

    I believe the food was over price for the quality. The service the two female bartenders gave was horrible. Their personalities were awful as well. I don’t think either one of them cracked a smile the hour and a half I was there. You can tell they absolutely hate their jobs. They only asked me if I was OK one time I had to flag them down for every refill. Although I still done the right thing and left a $20 tip which they probably didn’t deserve $2.     The tables are never clean and you are always left cleaning off the seats from rice or other debris. Wish it were cleaner and food were better like the glory days of P.F. Chang’s! Crazy to think what this was like 15 years ago.

    The food had a great flavor and the portions were good for the price. The Egg Drop soup could have used a bit more flavor, but was not bad. This location was less busy and had a great ambiance for date night. The noise level was low and the lighting was perfect. The team was friendly and open to conversation. However, the server was a little preoccupied and needed to take advantage of his written notes (or take better notes). He kept bringing me water with ice, though I requested no ice. I know this seems small, but I have sensitive teeth and I should receive what I asked for. Also, he brought a second beverage for my date less than five minutes after he delivered the first. Again, this may seem small but is a clear sign that he was not paying attention to the still full glass. Our server allowed our dirty dishes to pile up at the end of the table (appetizer, soup, entrée, water glasses). When we ordered dessert, he decided to take a few of the dirty dishes; but, not all of them. Speaking of dessert, like so many restaurants these days, the back of the house decided to garnish the plate with fresh strawberries and strawberry puree, though this is not pictured as such and is not listed in the description of the Great Wall of Chocolate. I am allergic to strawberries and make it a point to read descriptions and examine pictures of desserts and salads for this reason. The server did return with a second piece on a clean plate for me to enjoy, while my date enjoyed the ruined slice. I will return to this location, and remember to ask for the cake to be delivered without garnishment. I do recommend this location for date night, girls'/guys' night out or solo dining.
