This was a birthday celebration; we had a great table, our server was incredible, especially when it came to helping us with our indecision of what to order and service was fast. Overall we had a blast, there were tons of leftovers for future meals and we left very satisfied.

I had the steamed pork dumplings and vegetable fried rice. The sauce that Jackie suggested after I asked for a sauce to put over the fried rice made the dish even better. Jackie's service was great. Sorry I forgot to take pictures to post.

Although I made reservations on OpenTable and got a confirmation, PF Changs claimed they did not have a reservation, but they still were able to seat us within 10 minutes of our reservation time. Everything else was wonderful.

Although I do think their prices are getting out of hand, their food is always good. The Miamisburg location makes the best egg drop soup. I’m not sure what they do differently than the West Chester location, but it’s definitely different… in a good way.

I don't know what has happened to PF Chang's but the food has become subpar. About 3 tiny pieces of chicken in my lo mein and dumplings sticky and cool to the touch. My husband's salad was good but everything else was like a frozen dinner. Used to be one of our favorite places to visit.

We requested a booth when we made our reservation. The hostess proceeded to seat us at a table in the middle of the room. When asked about the booth, she said, "Well, others requested a booth before you." It would have been nice to have been contacted ahead of time, or even before we were seated. Other than this hiccup, all was well. Food and service were good.

Jim who is the bartender does an excellent job as a server. The steamed pork dumplings were delicious but could use some green onions in the meat. The beef fried rice was very good it could use more vegetables in it. There is enough for 2 meals.

We have been going to PF Chang‘s for years have always enjoyed, this time everything seemed different lettuce wraps tasted different and received small pieces of lettuce. Ordered Seabass they were out, ordered salt and pepper shrimp and they tasted bad, they were sent back. Eggplant was still good, prices are high for what you receive

This place use to be outstanding. I don’t know if the Pandemic caused this place to go down but it’s no longer a place I would recommend. The beef dishes that we ordered came out dry and tasteless. It took our food approximately 45 minutes to arrive at our table — which would’ve been cool if the food was worth the wait.

When we went to make a reservation they had multiple times available within the hour. When we got there they said it was going to be a 20 min wait. They didn’t even look at their open table reservations. We left.

Hostess and wait staff were excellent. However, my dining partner requested the broccoli be cooked to a soft texture. Despite returning the first serving, the kitchen was unable to get the softness desired. There was little difference in the two servings presented. A comment was left on the receipt. Noise was high, but not unacceptable. We would go there again.

With reservation, we were seated quickly. The staff is friendly. The food was mostly tasty. My only issue was with the bulgogi. It was rather dry. Honestly, I make it better at home. If the price was lower, I would not have been as bothered. I really don’t think I will come back to this restaurant. But...if you decide to try this place, just don’t get the bulgogi and maybe things will work out.

I used to look forward to PFC. But a previous experience in Baltimore, plus this one, are bringing me down. The place itlelf is nice, and there's nothing wrong with the service. But the food is just plain not as good as it was back in the day. The upcharged (that's OK) fried rice was a lonely little portion in the bottom of a big bowl. And the Chang's special spicy chicken (top left on center page of menu) arrived hot on my plate after 3 minutes in the microwave and 10 years in the freezer. There is mebbe a kinda confluence between the food's downturn and the buyout (used to be a public company) by Centerbridge Partners. Cost-cutting?
