P.F. Chang’s is an Asian restaurant concept founded on making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. Created in 1993 by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming, P.F. Chang’s is the first multi-unit restaurant concept in the U.S. to honour and celebrate the 2,000-year-old tradition of wok cooking as the center of the guest experience. Since inception, P.F. Chang’s chefs have been hand-rolling dim sum, hand chopping and slicing all vegetables and meats, scratch cooking every sauce and wok-cooking each dish, every day in every restaurant.

We loved the shrimp and the crispy honey chicken and the Mongolian beef. The orange chicken was dry and overcooked and the beef and broccoli was just ok. It was our daughter’s birthday and they forgot to bring her the glass of Prosecco ($14) but didn’t forget to put it on the bill. We paid without checking over the bill and they gave us a gift card instead of our money back.

First time trying P.F. Changs and it was awesome! I have Celiac disease and have not had Chinese food since year 2000. They made sure everything was gluten free and safe for me to eat. I will be returning there and I recommend this restaurant if you want awesome food

Our server Rachel was amazing. Very attentive. Food came out great and good drinks. Very happy to see d’Arenberg wines on the menu. Love this. The manager was also quite lovely and doting. Good vibes, we will be back.

Very busy on Father’s Day Sunday evening. We had made a reservation and they did not seem to be aware of it til they checked Open Table. I had only booked that morning, so maybe that’s on me. They did seat us after about 10 minutes. The servers were working hard, but it was an hour before we got our salad and about 1:45 hours before we got the rest. They did give us a free appetizer for the long wait. The food was pretty good, as always, which makes up a little for the high prices.

Only 1 complaint - Took almost 30 min for dessert to arrive. We were on the verge of asking the server where it was. Compliments on acknowledging the “nut” allergy patron with the extensive menu.
