   Our service and food was incredible! Our server's name was Christian and he was very attentive and friendly. He made time to make small talk with us which was appreciated especially due to the fact that he was seated multiple times during our stay and handled it like a champ. We are new to the area and have been looking for a good restaurant that has good food, atmosphere, and experience, this was certainly the place! This location is a MUST VISIT! We were EXTREMELY impressed!

   When arriving to the restaurant I walked up to the hostess to let her know we had a reservation for 730 and my name, she looked confused but was able to find it and then advised us the table wasn’t ready to sit down . We sat down for about ten minutes . More people coming in going to their seats so I got up and showed here the reservation on my phone She said Oh and proceeded to take us to a table over near takeout. Quite close to other patrons. Table felt tight. The server was outstanding. The food had no taste. Ordered food to go and waited more than 15 minutes for that after paying. Overall it was not a good experience and I don’t think I would come back and certainly wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

   The food was good but very overpriced and not as hot in temperature, food was lukewarm, same quality of food as Panda Express where I coulees also spent less. Very noisy place and very loud music, just wasn’t the date vibe or type atmosphere.

   What’s the point of a reservation if you’re still 2 hours wait to be seated. The manager was rude no apology just lies. Kept say few more min to be seated for 2 hours. It was 3 hours total and the food wasn’t even what we ordered. But after waiting so long we just eat it. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. It was so bad I just kept laughing. For 100$ go anywhere else nothing good to say about this place.

   food was good although somewhat dry. the service was good. we ordered spring rolls and they did not have enough for one plate, they gave us what they had and comped it which was a nice gesture

    Made a reservation, and had to leave after waiting to be seated for 35 minutes. I just made another reservation in a place across the street. The restaurant was at less than 50% occupancy but they seemed extremely understaffed. The host was running helping the waiters, and not even sitting people. When I told the host we were leaving, they actually looked relieved, didn’t even say sorry. Not the best experience tonight, sorry to say.

    Took over 50 minutes to get our food order. Made us late for a concert. Scheduled for a time that wasn’t busy but service was very slow anyway. Food was bland with no sauces on the side.

    The waiter Josh was super busy with lots of customers and still provided top notch service. We mentioned his outstanding work ethic, friendliness, and outstanding customer service to the manager.

    Was there to celebrate and it was never mentioned. All orders took a long time and the server messed up one of our orders, we think the wine also. When the check same it had extra items on it also took about 15 minutes to fix after the cards had been run already. Normally we love this location but not sure if we will comeback to Fairfax.

    The worst visit byfar. Our food looked like it had been sitting under the warmer for a while as it came out all dry and shriveled up. Two of our dishes were so bland that we did not touch them and just had them tossed. The waitress said it was her first day and indeed it seemed like it as she forgot a few things and we had to always get her attention. Definitely not the P.F. Chang's I remember.

    The hostess was surly- uncooperative and lied about table availability- she had an attitude that was off putting. The place was empty when we arrived and she was unwilling to “hear” our request. There were no guests waiting and the large parties she was using as an excuse never materialized. The pad Thai didn’t indicate it was “hot” from spice- but couldn’t be enjoyed. Never had pad Thai so highly seasoned. Disappointing for the cost.

    The food and drinks were excellent. Our server was very nice and was doing her best. They are way too short staffed, so don’t be in a hurry when you’re there

    My husband and I went here for dinner. We were seated promptly and enjoyed our orders. Christian was serving us in the excellent manner and we were very pleased. He is a great waiter. We are definitely coming back!

    Everything started off great, until our server was given a table of 14 people that was seated adjacent to us. We couldn’t get drink refills or our check. Basically we were abandoned because this group took all of his time with their orders for drinks, bar drinks, appetizers.

    Food was amazing! We had the chicken lettuce wraps, the Chilean sea bass, and salmon. We ordered the chocolate lava cake with raspberry sauce for dessert and it was soooo good. Would highly recommend any of these dishes. Renea (sp?) took great care of us. He was very attentive, friendly, and professional. We have been going to P.F. Chang’s for years and it’s always a great experience.

    Restaurant was only about 20% occupied on a Sunday night. Appetizers took an hour to arrive. Server never checked in with us even once while we waited. Drinks were all empty. Entree orders weren’t taken. 2.5 hours total for a quick family dinner. Manager came by and said he would take care of us with the bill, but all that was reflected was the removal of 1 of our 3 desserts. Really disappointed and it was all service-related.

    The food was ok. We miss the chicken noodle soup and the shrimp with lobster sauce was different, and, not in a good way. There was hardly any service. Our server was nice, but wasn’t there for us. Disappointed, in general
