We really enjoyed our meal on a busy Saturday night. The hostess accommodated our request for a booth politely and quickly. Our waiter PJ was incredible and made sure our complicated order was perfect and timely with a smile. We will definitely be back soon!

Location was a convenient meeting spot to chat with friends. The food was salty and overpriced…..not like it used to be. Can’t believe peanut sauce is not an option to go with their lettuce wraps anymore? The service was great!

We had the pleasure of Avery taking care of us. The appetizers she recommended were really good, then she introduced us to a three-sauce mixture that really kicked off the food. The entrees were really good. The cocktails were perfect. We keep eating at PF Chang's where we travel. They never let us down!!!!!!!!! JMT1

Food and service were very good. Only issue is how the lettuce is for the lettuce wraps. Very small pieces and hard to use. Honey seared Chicken and Kung-Pow Chicken were both very good. Nice waiter as well.

My mothers Birthday. When we arrived we had to wait at least 10 minutes before we were seated the restaurant had several open tables. It was obvious that they were under staffed. The manager was hosting and cleaning tables. When I pulled out my chair it has rice all in the seat which I had to clean off. We were in a rush and asked if we could place our drink, apps, entrees, and dessert at once and was told that only drinks for now. I ordered a lemonade and was advised they where out that’s ludicrous because it’s at least 7 lemonade items on the drink menu. The waitress was harsh on the verge of being down right rude, but she did offer to replace a meal that was down right disgusting was the Tofu entree which was not eatable to say the less. We ended up paying for two desserts when it was my moms actual birthday but we didn’t want to go back and forth with the waitress so we paid for both desserts. I flagged the manager down twice and still he acted like I was invisible. This was the worse experience I’ve had a PF Chains Ive had better food and customs service at Panda Express. I will never return to that PF location.

I haven't been to PF Chang's in almost 10 years and it was better than I remembered. The banana egg roll dessert was a great finish to a classic Asian dinner. I would come back and try some other things, as this visit was sticky ribs and pad thai and both were very good.

This location claimed Open Table is not connected to their reservation system and the host was dismissive when we tried to get our reservation honored. We walked out because we did not want to give them our business. We went to another PF Chang’s yesterday (Grandscapes) and had a good experience but again there was a reservation issue but the hostess was accommodating.

This is a beautiful restaurant rt off Hwy 114 in Wm. Tate in Grapevine, TX. It has several dining areas plus a bar. It's open and the decor is beautiful. We were greeted promptly upon arrival and seated w/lunch menus on the table. Our server gave us a few minutes to peruse the menu (2 people in our group were new to PFC) and then we ordered. Food arrived promptly and was hot an smelled oh so good. Beautiful presentation and delicious. Everything was amazing up as is PFC standard. They were not busy as this was around 2 pm in the afternoon - weekday. All was great and the server was wonderful - however, she never cleared off the dirty dishes?? even though she stopped by to ck on us from time to time. We just stacked them to the side - kinda of puzzling due to slow business and all other times she was on her game. We will returned as PFC is a fav. We all enjoyed the Valentine's Day outing and beautiful weather that day.

Food and server were great! Hostess…not so much. I made my reservations thru Open Table. The hostess “couldn’t find the reservation”. I told her where I made it and pulled it up on my phone. Miraculously she found it. Then “put us on the wait list”…which was a 45 minute wait. We waited 20 minutes when I reminded her I had a reservation. She huffed & sat us even though she really didn’t want to. I’m not sure she understands the point of a reservation….maybe a little training is needed.

We had outstanding service with our server Alex. He was amazing. The food was excellent and the restaurant is doing a great job. With all of the poor service that I am receiving at other restaurants.....PF Changs blew us away with hospitality! Great job!

The dinner was not spectacular, the appetizers were better. The first 3 tables we were taken to by the hostess were not clean. The surfaces had spots and patches of sticky residue and one of the booths even had the sticky residue on one of the seats. Our server moved us to a fourth table and it was clean and cared for. The server was excellent and she was the best part of our meal experience. We will think twice before selecting PFC for a dinner night out in the future. There are other nearby choices with good food and better attention to cleanliness.

I found it kind of off putting and unprofessional to get a text from a number asking me to not go over 1.5 hours on my reservation where I had to ask in response who it was texting me because they didn’t identify themselves in their message. The restaurant wasn’t even busy either and it just made it stressful to keep having to check the time. Also, it is ridiculous that they are still requiring masks and I will not be going back because of that. I’m not interested in eating somewhere that infringes on my personal freedoms. If someone wants to wear a mask, they can do what they want. I shouldn’t be forced to wear one when it’s no longer legally required especially. The food and waitress service was good though at least.

Probably one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Our waiter didn’t say more than 2-3 words each time and never got any drink refills. I was super disappointed and never had anyone ask how our food was or if we were enjoying our time.

We made a reservation and the first hostess we came in contact with was VERY rude. She impatiently told us our reservation pretty much didn’t matter and that we had to wait outside until there was a table ready for us. She told us she had no idea how long it would be. When we sat down, the waiter clearly had way too much to do. I do appreciate that he was at least nice. The food was yummy but didn’t seem as high quality as usual. We normally rate P.f. Chang’s 5 stars because the service is generally phenomenal and food is normally much better with a larger portion. We were disappointed when we paid to feel like a hassle. This experience didn’t even feel like we were at the same restaurant :(

Arrived 30 Minutes early - Got Seated in less than 5 minutes Ordered Drinks - Old Fashion & Rising Dragon - Both Awesome Ordered Miso Butter Lobster Dumplings - They were Heavenly. ( Seasonal) Me for Dinner - Peking Duck was also Awesome ( Seasonal) Wife for Dinner - Salt n Pepper Prawns?? okay why the Heck has P.F. Chang's changed there menu so much. It should say Salt n Pepper Breaded Shrimp. I know its been a while since we have been to P.F. Chang's but last time my wife odered this dish she actually got a Szechuan Style fried salt n pepper seasoned ( Actual Prawns with shell head and All ( yummy) This was a Disappointing dinner for my wife. We kinda got seated near the door - was okay until they started to get backed up on people waiting to be seated. No Fret here. All in All would definitely go back. Oh Yeah the Service was definitely 9.5 out of a 10

Made a reservation, same night. When greeted they couldn’t find my reservation, and once they did said it would be a minute. Plenty of tables without the “reserved for social distancing”, whispering behind the counter when I waited 15 minutes past my reservation time, and then seated at a high top near the kitchen. Server was great, and we were given excellent service minus the hostess.

We had a confirmed open table reservation, but when we arrived restaurant couldn’t find it and then told us they were having problems with open table reservations. Said it would be at least 20 minutes, yet there were many open tables. I asked to speak to manager. He was totally incompetent and didn’t have any idea how to handle issue. We were finally seated and from then on, the experience was fine. Good server, good food. But this manager obviously needs some training.

I had not been to PF Changs in forever. It was so unmemorable! The server was great but the food was greasy and the Orange Peel Chicken was all fried breading.... It was like a Panda, nothing special here.. Covid or not!
