Our waiter was inattentive and rude. He never checked with us to ask if our meal was good or if we needed anything. We tried to get his attention several times and were ignored. Finally my husband shouted Hey! as the waiter hurried past our table. That got his attention, however he came to our table and admonished my husband for shouting at him. Then he left and never returned. We had to ask another server to bring our check. Extremely unprofessional. Bad experience. We will not be going back.

I would surmise that the restaurant is very understaffed. The hostess was quoting walk-ins 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hour wait when most of the tables in the center of the dining room were empty and remained so throughout our visit. They lost about a half dozen parties while we waited for our table. Revenue lost! We questioned their sanitation as we watched bussers wipe the food remnants of the previous parties off the table and directly onto the floor or the chairs at the table. Food and service were fine, but we waited for 10-15 minutes for our check when ready to leave. Several of our usual favorite items are no longer available with the reduced menu.

The food was exceptional as was our server. Servings were large enough to have leftovers. Thank you very a wonderful dinner out with family.

Jill the receptionist was rude and gave our table away to someone else. Lazy person. We have decided not to got to this PF Chang’s and more. She was very Condescending. The poor service has happened also the last couple of time we went there.

Took my wife out for dinner here and the food and service was great, our waiter was outstanding, he knew the menu well and was very attentive to checking in on us frequently Overall a great night out

The food was pretty ordinary. We ordered the short ribs and were disappointed that the highest priced item we ordered consisted of only six or seven small slices, less than two inches in diameter.

Delicious entrees and just love the chicken lettuce wraps! The seasonal dessert of cake with the divine caramel sauce should be offered year round!

I must say the food was a little bit different since we last had P.F. Chang’s. But overall the food was good and my wife enjoyed her hot and sour soup. My kids enjoyed their meals! The options were great! I got to say that we will be back, not just for the food, but the excellent service that Yesenia gave us.
