   The server did not know the menu, couldn’t answer questions, and then got our order wrong. The manager was amazing and helped make it right. Food was good but the restaurant had several big, loud parties when we were there.

   Good food in big portions with solid service. Definitely recommend making reservations on a weekend. Parking is a mess, so plan on getting there early to find a spot.

   So they never received notification of our reservation so we ended up being put in the bar area. Not real happy about that considering it was suppose to be a anniversary date night. I gave a good service review because we did have a great waitress just not great service in being seated where we should have been.

    We used to go to P.F. Chang’s all the time. Now I know why we stopped. We sat for 20 minutes without anyone offering to get us a drink, even water. The service was extremely slow and not very good. We used to live going here but now I’m not sure we will go back.

    The only complaint I had was the waiter had to be reminded three times before he brought a refill on my water. We also felt rushed even though it wasn’t crowded as he cleared my plate before my friend was finished and then tried to clear her plate before she was finished. We finally asked him if he was in a hurry to turn the table and he became very apologetic. The food was very tasty as always and the noise level was fine because it wasn’t crowded.

    The management didn’t check their Open Table reservations. When we got there. We still had to wait because we weren’t on the lid.

    Food very good. Server was good but not great. Upon arrival the image of the hostess with her hand on her chin and help on front desk was a major turn off. She maintained that position through most of our time there. I expected that at some point a manager would have corrected the attitude. This was not a good image.

    We just had the best experience at PF Chang's. We got spring rolls, crispy green beans, Chang's Spicey Chicken w/ fried rice and Shrimp and Chicken LoMein. This meal was wonderful with very nice chicken in the spicey meal and the fried rice was the best I've ever had at Chang's. It was so moist and flavorful. The spring rolls had very fresh ingredients in the filling and we found out they had just made some changes in them. Great meal!
