We showed up at our 5pm reservation time & they said they didn’t have my reservation…. I got an OpenTable confirmation the evening before. So we then waited for almost 20min before being seated.

Nice choice of lunch entrees (bowls). Reasonably priced. Exceptionally good service. Not too noisy. Generally eat at PFC during dinner hours, but will visit again for lunch.

I redeemed Open Table points, made a reservation and received a $10 dining reward card. Neither the server nor the manager could figure out how to use the reward card. No apology, just said the card would not work. Don't plan to go back.

The food is always delicious but they have definitely shrunk their portion sizes on appetizers..without lowering costs.. I noticed it the most with the lettuce wraps. Probably won’t order those anymore because the size is not worth the price. Other than that, it was good service and a fun atmosphere as always

Have enjoyed many meals of PF Chang's and don't see that stopping anytime soon. We were here for dinner, but Chang's has a great patio to enjoy a lunch and/or beverages with a friend. Our service was top notch and didn't have a worry in the world as we enjoyed our dinner. Make a reservation beforehand and you will be at the front of the line to get to your table.

The greeter as you walk in was not very friendly which mimics the Managers attitude as well. They were both not very friendly, almost as though they hated their jobs. We frequent this place often because the food is just ok, far too much salt or MSG, not sure.

What an absolutely awful experience ever! Do not go to the Denver Park Meadows location. We go in for a 6:15 pm reservation. When we checked in they told us they have problems with open tables reservations, but we could wait an hour and a half for a table. Attitude and everything. People that had a reservation were waiting an hour past their reservation. DON’T GO!

We went to P F Changs for a birthday celebration. The celebration was fabulous! All our meals were great! When it came time for dessert a type of firecracker candle came out! It was amazing and we got the best photos! I would celebrate a birthday there again.

The food was amazing, as usual! The drinks were great and I love that there's always something new to try. Our server, Kyra, was exceptional. She was so efficient and friendly and made our meal that much better. I'm glad we had a reservation because there was a wait when we arrived.

We have been coming here for years. That being said foods were prepared differently and did not taste nearly as good. Portions were smaller. Waiter appeared to handle things like it was his first day.

Lunch is way overpriced for the quality of food. Service was good. Prices are too high, and many classic dishes have been removed from the menu. Sad to see how PF Chang’s has gone downhill over the years. Support your local Chinese food restaurant.

PF Changs is a favorite and still is. Service was excellent, they texted when table was ready, food came out hot and fast. I had Kung Pao and it was saltier than I remembered other than.that everything was great.

It was the first time we ate at PF Chang’s as my husband is not a fan of Asian food. I convinced him he would like Mongolian beef. Turns out he loved it and we enjoyed a wonderful meal. We will definitely return.

I’m definitely not very happy that they didn’t have any soy-free options, dairy-free vegetarian options, with the exception of steamed vegetables and rice. I can make this at home… So it was definitely not a very fun experience. I was told that the restaurant cooks everything in soy. I find that very strange that they were unable and unwilling to cook something in butter for me. Nowadays a lot of people have allergies… So they need to cater bit more.

We were celebrating my daughter getting a new job. I requested a window/view table which we got. But it table seemed stuck in the corner. Sushi, can wilting and lettuce wraps were amazing. The presentation of the shrimp in Lobster sauce was not that great. Loved our waitress!!

I made a reservation for a table for 2 at Noon. one of the party arrived first and told the attendant that there was a reservation for 2 under the name of Keller. Attendant told her that Open Table was out of order and they had no knowledge of a reservation. The restaurant was not busy yet the attendant seated her a table that was located in an undesirable part of the restaurant. A few minutes later, my spouse who was supposed to meet the other party and had the reservation in my name Keller. She was told there was no one else present for the table but that Open Table hadn't worked for days. They seated her at a different and better situated table. My spouse called her friend about 15 minutes later to find if she was coming. Her friend answered and said she was at the restaurant already. My spouse went looking for her and discovered her friend in a dark corner of the restaurant. Open Table reservation failed and the restaurant personnel failed to help them get together. The lunch they finally had was expensive for what it was. My spouse says she nor her friend will ever go back there again
