   Experience was great but when we checked in with an open table reservation, the hostess said they are not excepting reservations from open table .. we didnt have to wait long but maybe take them off this site since they dont honor the open table reservation

   Just wanted to mention that when we got there and let them know we had a reservation through Open Table, she wasn’t able to find it in her system. Fortunately, there were tables available; otherwise, it really would have ruined the experience. Not sure what the problem is, but it really should be addressed.

   They do not accept OpenTable reservations. So we waited 30 minutes for a table. The service and food were excellent. A favorite restaurant of mine. But disappointed that OpenTable made the reservation and it was not honored at all.

   I made an Open Table reservation, my confirmation number was emailed to me. I arrived at the restaurant, 30 minutes early, to be disappointed by the host, who communicated that my reservation was not in their system & that my name would be put on an hour long waitlist. I waited, realizing, that several people that arrived well, after me, were being seated, obviously, without reservations. I brought it the host's attention & 5-7 minutes later, I was seated. I followed up with a phone call to a manager the very next day. The manager was EXTREMLY aplogogetic & more than willing to right the wrong. I also followed up with Open Table customer service, who was, also, very apologetic.

    All the waiting staff was polite and on the spot the meal was a little over done. PF Chang is a very nice upper class resturant but if it keeps going down hill on food it will loose standing

    Well after reserving with OpenTable and showing up at PF Changs on time, we were told at the hostess stand that we didn’t have a reservation! She continued to say that their manager said they are disconnected with OpenTable right now and are not honoring any reservations made through the app. The two hostesses didn’t have a solution, but tried to make this unpleasant situation go away quick since people were starting to line up behind us. Needless to say, we went to Flemings down the street and had an awesome experience at the bar with quality of food much exceeding PFChangs. So! Thanks P.F. for denying us, and giving us a new favorite restaurant; Flemings.

    When I arrived for my reservation time they informed me they don’t pay attention to open table reservations. I would have to wait 20 minutes for a tablet. So we left and went to another restaurant!

    We were a party of 4 - when we asked for menus waiter replied very nasty - we are in a pandemic and do not use menu and "no restaurant" has menus, must order on your phone. We are 75+ years of age and all did not have phone. One that did, could not bring up the menu and neither could the waiter on that phone. Most ridiculous as there was a "drink" menu two sides so why have that if no food menu. The 4 of us dine together 4-5 times a month at various restaurants and ALL have menus! Needless to say, the extremely rude waiter and no menu means we will never return to P. F. Changs - Lakeside Metairie

    Table was ready when promised. Server was pleasant, friendly, and patient. She was attentive, but not rushing. She was knowledgeable of the menu and offered much appreciated insight. We had enough food to enjoy leftovers another time.

    PF Changs did NOT honor the Open Table reservation. The hostess said that the Open Table app was not working with their server. Therefore, we had to eat elsewhere. Dissapointing.

    This review occurred during 50% capacity post covid quarantine. We arrived and found our open table reservations were “inadvertently put in for an hour earlier”. I’m not sure if true or just an excuse. Anyway it was a slow night so they were able to seat us in about 15 minutes. Service was not good, items had to be requested multiple times. We are still waiting on the soy sauce. Food was delivered quick and quality as expected. Hopefully they were just experiencing service issues from being shutdown. We took it lighthearted and didn’t let it ruin a nice meal with family.

    PF Changs is always a great place to eat. I love the food. the problem with this visit was the service. it was very slow and somewhat erratic. several tables arrived after me and got their starters before me. I want to say that it took 40 minutes just to get the chicken wraps. the tray with dirty dishes sat next to our table for a long time - with several waiters bumping into it. the waitress for my table was nice enough, however, I would not give her more than a 5 or 6 out of ten.

    We’ve been going here for years. The food Is always great and is always matched with great service. However, this time, our waitress was slow and our food was honestly disgusting. I’ve had some gross aisan food in my life but that meal is up there. I’m sad to say I probably wont be returning.

    The service and food was great. Our reservation was scheduled for 7PM. We arrived at about 6:55 PM and we were seating in less than 10 minutes. We will be returning in the near future.

    From beginning to end, this was the best dining experience I’ve had all month. And I just got back from New York and dined at various phenomenal restaurants including Taos. But none of those even held a candle to PF Chang’s today! Our waiter, Sean was outstanding and my daughter even commented that she thought we got the Rock Star of waiters. Food was excellent. Service was exceptional. The Mojito was perfectly made and even the unexpected personally signed birthday card from the staff was such a hit. It made my birthday feel extra special. We will definitely be back, again and again. Thanks for the wonderful dining experience.

    I hadn’t been to the restaurant in awhile. Probably since last year. The lettuce for the chicken lettuce wraps was terrible. The leaves were so small you could not even make a wrap. Before there lettuce were large enough to make a wrap. My waitress was great and brought me Romine lettuce instead but still too small. Will not get that ever again. When I would come to the restaurant almost once a week a few years ago I would always get Chang’s spicy chicken. When the dish came, there were actually red peppers in the dish. Yesterday it didn’t even taste as if there was any spice at all. It was chicken in sauce. I was very disappointed in the food. Our waitress was great. Which I would have asked her name. I usually don’t do reviews, but since the food charged so much I had too. I don’t think I will eat there again and I always LOVES P.F. Chang’s.
