   Fantastic service. Our server had two large parties and he was on top of refills, etc. Food—appetizers were delicious, spring rolls and lettuce wraps. Two of each served 7 Everyone had different dishes: ginger chicken, pepper steak, beef and broccoli, orange chicken, lo mien, sweet and sour chicken and a salad ( forget which one—but it looked great). A four is given as the chicken dishes were 3 inch chunks of chicken so the flavors were just ok. The ginger chicken looked like a piece of the end crab legs with all these tentacle looking pieces. I prefer the chicken to be bite sized—these were two bites or some were three. The orange chicken did not have an orange flavor, just orange slices. The chicken lo mien had scant vegetables and chicken. The other beef dishes were good. The salad was wonderful.

   Wife & I had dinner on a Saturday eve, we got sat down close to our reservation time. Our server, who seemed fairly new, was very pleasant. It took quite a long time waiting for our wine order, tho the bar looked not too busy. Our food was prepared good & served timely. We had eaten here about 15 years ago, I know, quite a while, and always had a nice meal & experience, however, this will most likely be our last time, just doesn’t seem as “upscale” as once felt & if paying these prices, we have more interesting choices here in Nashville.

   BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. POOR MANAGEMENT AND TERRIBLE SERVICE! We went for dinner and the restaurant only had a handful of customers. Made reservations for 6:30 pm. Got there at that time. The rude waitress said it would be a 5 minute wait. After 15 minutes, the hostess seated us. Still, there were 5 tables being serviced. We waited and waited another 15 minutes, then went back to the front and asked to have a waiter. Other tables had waiters. The hostess took our order. Said they were down one waiter and the manager was terrible. Nice to air your dirty laundry to a customer. Took another 25 minutes to be served. Half way through meal our water glasses were empty. Had to track down a waiter from another table to fill the glasses. That was it. No one asked if everything was satisfactory or not. When we finally paid, we demanded 50% be removed from the bill. Some young kid came over with the bill and said he knew nothing about our treatment. We paid and left, never to return again.

   Food was great as always, impressive service from our server... however, this is my 5th or 6th visit, and the hostesses are the slowest of any restaurant I've experienced. Seriously. Had a reservation for a non-busy time. Checked in with hostess ahead of time, waited almost 10 minutes to be seated outside (preference). About 5-6 tables occupied indoors, NONE outside. Still waited 10 minutes to be seated. Sounds trivial, but it happens every time I eat there.

   Clearly there is a workforce/ management issue here. Our party of three arrived 10 mins early for a 6:45pm reservation on a Tuesday; weren’t seated until 7pm. The hostess appeared confused and manager flustered. Once seated, we could see that the restaurant’s tables were roughly 30% filled; plenty of tables and no need for the wait, especially when having a reservation. With that, the manager appeared annoyed annoyed as more patrons arrived to dine; maybe they only want to do take-out business? Our server was doing as best as possible but appeared to be one of two or three servers working that evening. So, seated at 7pm, ~ 7:20 to get water and place orders, ~7:40 received appetizers, and ~ 8:10 to get our entrees, which one of three came out late because, “someone took it?” The food was great, but the server struggled through another hour of simply trying to get water refills, order deserts, and getting a check; walking out the door shortly after 9pm. Again, our server seemed to be doing as much as possible but at no point recognized or apologized for the continued delays; ultimately, the manager should have been stopping by each table to do so, but was nowhere to be seen. This was a rough, weird dinning experience and I can’t envision dinning at this location again.

   The restaurant was extremely understaffed, and they were rushing to get food out to the tables. We had a reservation and still had to wait 25 minutes to get seated once we arrived. Due to being understaffed, the food was undercooked, which was unfortunate. This place used to be very well run, so hopefully it can get back to that. For now, there are better places to go.

    This isn’t the same restaurant it once was. At 6:30pm in the middle of downtown Nashville, it was nearly vacant. My husband and I could see why and both agreed there is no way this location can stay open unless some things change. Server was kind but slow and we had to ask for items that should automatically be given such as a dipping ramekins for sushi, straws for our kid cups and to-go boxes. The ever changing recipe of the salt and pepper prawns were less than satisfying. Notes were made in our Open Table reservation that we were celebrating my daughters 8th birthday but no attempt was made to make it special until she spoke up and said , “It’s my birthday!” To which then was offered a dessert. I’ve been eating at this location since 2001. It’s definitely going in the wrong direction.

    Service could have been much quicker. We were seated about 20 minutes after reservation time which I totally understand how that happens, but then to wait 20 minutes for water is unacceptable. The food was ok, but not as good as I remember from past visits.

    *DO NOT BOOK ON OPENTABLE* There were several open locations but we hadn’t been to P.F. Chang’s so chose here. Walked in at 1 minute past our reservation time. They couldn’t find us. I said I made it on open table and got ‘O that’s why, it doesn’t sync with our system, we’ll have you guys sat shortly’. We proceeded to see 3 couples come in after us sat before us, while they were sitting the 3rd we went to ask what was going on (it’s now 22 minutes after our reservation time). Us: excuse me, why were 3 couples that came in after us sat before us? Hostess: they had reservations Us: so did we Hostess: she put you down as a walk-in Us: no, we had a reservation on opentable Hostess: o, we consider those walk-ins So basically we could have chosen any of the other available options and gotten sat sooner. The food was mediocre at best. The portion sizes are hella smaller for the same price. The only thing that was amazing was 1 hostess who sat us and our server Kat. 3rd time since pandemic and probably the last here. It’s gone way down hill.

    When we walked in there were so many people in the lobby we could not stay in the lobby. After waiting 45 minutes we decided to leave. Horrible planning and not getting first to their seats. We will not be going back to this restaurant.

    We were contacted to come in 15 minutes early to help accommodate their reservations. We showed up and were sat 15 minutes AFTER our original reservation time. We rearranged our plans to accommodate and then waited. Server was slow, restaurant was half empty, they told us a sauce that is in three main dishes was no longer being served so parts of the menu weren't even available. Not a great experience.

    We went to eat dinner on Christmas Eve and management made the decision to have the kitchen focus on to go orders and leave the dining area waiting hours for our food. We finally left without getting anything but spring rolls after 3 hours. We had a reservation at 6p and didn’t get any meals. The waitress was very sweet and kept apologizing but clearly wasn’t her fault. Will not be going back again.

    Understaffed and food was cold. Half empty on a Saturday night but had to wait forever for service. The waitress was very nice but the need help. Food came out cold. I just asked her to microwave it. The taste wasn’t on par for this chain. Tried to get a drink at the bar while waiting and the bartender never even acknowledged us.

    I was traveling from California and my server and I won’t put her name in because she actually did quite a good job. My only complaint would be the timing of the food. It also took my server about 45 min to take my drink order. I’m a restaurant manager so I understand that a server has to re group after each table. But she had a 10 top that left and hadn’t had the time to clean it up. Again I looked passed that. My server forgot to put my drink order in so I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. I ordered apps first and then my entrée. My apps and entree both came out at the same time and the orange chicken was super disappointing even my fried rice that I got wasn’t up to par. The chocolate soufflé was super mushy and didn’t taste good at all. The hostess wasn’t super nice at all she was super snippy and looked like she didn’t really care about who was sat or not. Overall I’m super disappointed with everything all together. I will not be returning to this specific restaurant again also bummed because we have a lot in California that I never have the time to go to.

    We arrived and they lost our reservation. Showed them open table email and she said there nothing she can do about it. I asked how long the wait was and she said she didn’t know. Because she just seated all tables and there were 3 groups in front of us. She never would give us a wait time. She left the hostess table and never returned. We ended up leaving after she would not give us a wait time after repeated asking. This is not the norm for this location. But it was my wife’s birthday.

    Food and drinks were great, service was sub par for what I expected, had to ask for things multiple time because the server forgot and he just seemed lost and I noticed the same problem with his other tables

    They were closing before our reservation time because of snow so we went 1 1/2 hours earlier and they would not seat us but were seating other walk ins. Sad cause I love that place! Went to Bricktops instead and had a great meal.

    PF Changs produces consistent chain-quality Chinese and Asian options. Service at this location is consistently mediocre at best. For example, on our latest visit, appetizers came out after we were done eating our main entrees without so much as an apology. In addition, beware that management can't manage their table seating times seemingly due to chronic understaffing as the dining room is usually on a wait even when empty - expect a wait regularly even with a reservation.

    We arrived before 6pm for our Rez. When we saw the great deals for happy hour, we ordered drinks and most all of the appetizers off the happy hour menu! What a great deal for delicious food and great prices! Our new favorite happy hour spot!

    We had not been to PF Chang’s for a while. Went on a Thursday for a date night, and it was GREAT! First and most important is they did a super job of social distancing and all Team Members wore face masks. Our server, Sydney, did a superb job and explained new menu options. The food was excellent and portions were right sized. We will definitely be back to this location in West End area of Nashville!

    Chang’s has spread their tables for social distancing but then seat people waiting for a table in the booths that used to have tables. We had a party seated 18 inches from us. Definitely not a restaurant for anyone concerned about covid. Doubt they are following state requirements.

    our bartender jessy and Anne were awesome . Food is very good as always especially Mongolian need. We don’t like to wait to be seated at the table ( always under staffs) The bar is the best choice and first come first serve.
