   We LOVE PF Changs and so we were super excited to go. The portions seem to be smaller, the prices higher and the quality less. It was fairly disappointing. The lettuce wraps had half the size lettuce from before and less rice noodles. One in our party ordered sweet and sour chicken, it used to be crunchy but was soggy this time. Our server was great - did a good job!

   This used to be our casual lunch spot. With the cost of a meal and the small portion sizes, even for family size dishes, we won’t be back. Just too expensive for what it is.

   It was pretty packed that evening so we just decided to sit and eat at the bar. The service was great. The bartenders and waiters were very respectful and communicative. It was our first time there so it was a great experience. Loved the lighting and vibe. The food was DELICIOUS! We will be back soon!

    They would not honor our reservation made several days before New Years Eve. Told us open table made a mistake?? Hostess was rude and dismissive! We will not return!

    I hadn't eaten at PF Changs since Covid and won't be back. The cut in serving sizes at the Omaha location was dramatic. The ahi dynamite role has a literal 1.5cm x 1.5 cm paper thin piece on each roll and the other dishes equally petite. If you want to position as a tapas bar - no problem - but still same or higher prices as before. We don't be back.

    Received a soda that was flat. After letting our server know, she came back and let us know the soda machine wasn’t working. No biggie. Water will be fine. Ordered WonTon soup and received plain broth. When the server was asked about all the missing ingredients, I was told that is now how they serve it. Ok, until the guy next to me ordered it and it has the dumplings, shrimp, vegetables, everything it was supposed to have! The main course was served without sauces. Didn’t seem productive to talk with the server about it—-wouldn’t have mattered anyway as she never came back until dropping off the check. Asked the manager about the WonTon soup and she apologized and said it should most definitely be more than just broth and removed it from the check. But the flat soda still appeared on the check. No biggie, what’s $3.50 for a flat, never drank soda? Generally have a great experience here, but as this was for a birthday celebration, it was very disappointing.

    The server was terse. Forgot to bring refills on the drinks. The meat was overcooked by a substantial amount. The menu had to be used on a smartphone. As well as the bill-paying process was very difficult and challenging. I will not be back and if all PF Chang‘s are like this I won’t be back to any PF Chang‘s.

    On a busy Mother's Day, PF Changs checked all the boxes for our group. We had a reservation and were seated as soon as all arrived. Service was exceptional in all aspects from order to delivery. Everyone kept refilling beverages and asking if they could assist. Food arrived hot and was delicious. Only glitch was they were out of crab wonton and shrimp dumplings. We had a terrific experience which we all enjoyed.

    Excellent service, excellent food.. took my mother in law, my wife, and my father in law on mother's day. They had never been before, the experience was good. Our waiter (I can't remember his name) was on top of everything even though it had gotten busy.

    I have dined at Changs for years all over the country, the pot stickers were tough and chewy and the BBQ ribs were dry and stringy, On the other hand the server was fantastic

    P.F. Chang’s is exactly as advertised. Their sushi tasted different. They put sauce on every roll it feels like. We had the lettuce wraps and those were good. However, they quite literally cut a head of lettuce in half and give it to you. I’d recommend getting leafs of lettuce like most restaurants.

    We had a 630 reservation for 2 people. We arrived about 15 min early. We were told that they were waiting on tables to open up and that our wait would be close to the time we reserved. Ok, fair enough, I totally understand. What about us was that there were other parties that came in 2 and 3 people that clearly stated they did NOT have reservations, that we seated BEFORE us. It was about 640 when we questioned when they were going to seat us ... Oh we can seat you now. I really wonder how long we were going to have to wait.

    Crowded, but that’s a good thing. Everything went well. Slight wait for our table, but manageable. We will be back. Only disappointment was that they haven’t gotten back “Changs Chicken Noodle Soup”.

    Table was ready and staff was excellent. Enjoyed the salmon which was a large portion and served with rice. Red bottle of wine was opened the table and served. Management came by to check on us and removed unwanted plates. Curbside takeout was consistently busy. Great service and food- will return.

    Appetizer was great, soup was inferior to canned product, dinner was good, cheesecake was so fresh it was still partly frozen! Server was attentive and well mannered, but we were rushed through a 4 course meal in 50 minutes from walking in the door to walking out. All things considered, it will probably be my last visit.

    PF CHANGS went above and beyond. Our daughter came home from AZ for the first time since June of 2020. There was a little mix up with our drinks and while it really was no big deal, the manager came over and apologized and offered to comp our appetizer that we already had on the table. and then a little later while we waited for our food, he delivered to our table a dish of Sesame Chicken. The food was delicious , really delicious, service was great, two thumbs up and 5 stars. Thanks PF Chang
