   The store was less than half full (I counted 25 open tables at 6:15 pm) and there was a forty-minute wait. I saw on open table that there were reservations available within 15 minutes of my arrival. Still, my party (of four) wasn't sat for nearly 45 minutes. We requested outside, but the hostess made no effort to seat us there (although there were six open four-tops outside). At rhe hostess stand, there was a prominent sign advertising a drink (Down the Rabbit Hole), but the server informed me that it was no longer on the menu. The serving sizes have also decreased. The wonton soup bowl is 25% smaller, and the dynamite shrimp is only about six pieces. There are much nicer restaurants and better dining experiences to be had at Mall of Millinea. I will not waste my time on Chang's again.

    Nice restaurant with good facilities and service. All spoilt by some very average food. My view is that they need to get back to basics, employing some kitchen staff who are experienced at cooling decent oriental food.

    We don't have very good Chinese Restaurants in our home area. Every time we are in an area with a PF Chang's we look forward to a great meal. The Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Ginger Chicken and Sesame Chicken were very tasty. Our server, Nicholas, was very attentive and friendly. Our dinner was very enjoyable.

    The food was hot and very good. The only thing I would say is that the temperature in the restaurant was very cold so we had to wait for a table outside. While we were there someone else requested to move from their inside table to the outside.

    The hostess was not very friendly and when I requested a table over a booth she looked at me as if I had two heads.. then said OK and when she called us for our table she took us to a booth!! I said we wanted a table and she said oh yes that was you., we were provide two menus for 4 people but four drink menus.. when we asked our waiter for two more menus he looked at us like we had two heads and finally went and got two more. Food was fantastic as usual..

    Clear something was broken. Drinks slow. 45 minutes and no apps. Entrée very slow. Dessert slow. Manager handled it well, but no rush to return.

    Our server, Gracia, provided outstanding service. She was very attentive and friendly. We chose the Valentine's Day multi course dinner for 2. The courses were brought to our table at a very nice pace and each course, lettuce wraps, shrimp dumplings, wonton soap, Mongolian beef, Chilean Sea Bass, chocolate cake and cheese cake were all excellent. We had a very nice Valentine's Day Dinner.

    We always get the Chilean Sea Bass , it was delicious as always. Shrimp dumplings were also good. Bobba tea and Mai Tai were also great. Service was attentive as well. Good experience here

    Food at PF Changs is always on point. Probably my favourite is the hot and sour soup. Must try and absolutely delicious. Service was not attentive at all, almost like an after thought. Overall, I would still come back, just don't expect stellar service.

    Originally had a reservation for 4 and they were able to make change to 5 and stroller. Food was excellent. Double pan fried noodles not on menu was amazing!! Enjoyed me meal and will definitely go back.

    Service isn’t great. 20m wait for a table. Then trying to place main courses down on the table without clearing any starters and no room on the table. 25m wait for drinks too Floor filthy with food and other debris just ignored.
