I was very disappointed in our visit to this PF Changs. The food was not as good as in the past. Everything was lukewarm. The floor was sticky and so were the tables, like everything needed to be refinished. I hope they can figure out what’s going on. I love PF Changs menu.

Unfortunately, we waited 20 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. We were then taken to a table l, even though I had requested a booth. There were a number of tables and 5-6 booths free and the hostess was indifferent about my request. She said we would have to go on the wait list for a booth even though there were no other people in the waiting area when we were seated. She said they were busy prepping and were short servers and walked away. This was the second time in a row where service was disappointing at this PF Changs. The server was good this visit, but the hostess left us feeling disappointed and frustrated.

I have loved PF Changs for over 25 years. But this experience in Rochester was horrible. Had an Open Table reservation at 6:30 (arrived at 6:25) and did not get seated until 7:20. Let many walk ins ahead of us. Why even have reservations. Appetizer order was wrong. Dinner order was wrong. From the time we ordered our main course, the food took 45-60 minutes to come out. The only reason I wouldn’t rate this PF Changs a zero if possible is that the waitress was sweet and very apologetic for the kitchen, the delays, etc. Very poorly managed. Food was average at best. So disappointed.

Had a reservation for 6:30PM but was not seated until a little after 7:15PM. Some of the food came out to the table cold as it was sitting. It was very crowded which I assume had a direct impact on the experience as well.

Arrived for our 6:30p reservation. Hostess had a hard time finding the reservation, then found it. Then she said it would be a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. We left.

Our server, Laura was outstanding! TOP NOTCH! The tempura green beans had too much tempura and not enough beans. Also very oily. Orange chicken and side of fried rice came out cold. No sauce on chicken. Sesame chicken was hot and tasted good. Kids meals: one arrived minus the steamed broccoli and then it took 35 minutes to get the broccoli. Other kids meal: ordered plain steamed veggies … received stir fried veggies with a sauce. It took 25 minutes to get steamed veggies that came out and were so mushy. My 7 year old was so hungry that she ate the veggies.

Your chef or cooks have NO PALATE to taste the food that we ate were horrible and down right salty. WTF wrong you ladies and gents. Don’t be surprise if Gordon Ramsey shows up in your store and he’ll kick you outta there!!!

Worst dining experience I've had in a LONG time... waited 30 minutes after our reservation time- not because they were busy, because they kept losing track of our name and seating other people. We were seated at the table right in front of the to-go door and were FREEZING. When I asked to move to another table was told no because we'd already placed an order for apps. (I've worked as a hostess and a server- that's total crap.) My son ordered lemonade. I had to walk to the bar myself twice to get his drinks. All our food came- except 1 entre. That came after the rest of us were finished eating. HORRIBLE experience. It was a special night out for our family and it was just awful.

It was a busy Saturday night. We had made a reservation through Open Table. We waited 45 minutes past our reservation time. We were able to get a seat at the bar so that was great. Our server was excellent. She never acted rushed and took great care of us. Our food was outstanding. I haven't been to PFC's in a while, but will be back soon!

Very overpriced. We had a reservation and had to wait. Another group came in late for the same reservation time and was sat first in a booth, leaving us with a standard table. Very loud music. At least the server was nice.

Waiters were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately PF doesn’t seem to have the special touch with the food like we remember pre-C19. Lettuce wraps used to have the sauce made at the table for example.

We have dined in PF Chang's in other states but this experience wasn't too good. While it has been sometime, over a year ago that were in one of your restaurants this was experience fair at best.

Our visit was a birthday celebration for one of our dining guests, service was terrific and kitchen was slammed with a packed dining room!They seemed to be doing a great job keeping up. Nice to see the restaurant busy, our server was amazing and responsive and the food was delicious as it always is, which is why we keep coming back.

You must stop using the way you guys made the sushi in modern way, because they tasted terrible!! I had pepper steak and you didn't caramelize the meat and peppers long enough to punch the flavor. Why do you have to put hot peppers in the food? They arent spicy food. Your cooking sucks big time. Where are the flavorings you started years ago?? Why change it?? YOU cannot run the kitchen without tasting the food if it is wasnt cook right. Would you eat it if your cook didn't taste the food?? You're an idiot of this company!!!! Family of 4- We took my daughter there because she chose it for her 16th birthday . The service was extremely slow and this was a Tuesday night ! took forever to get just drinks! The food was nothing special and over priced . I also mentioned it was her 16th birthday and the waiter just brought a bunch of extra fortune cookies -anywhere else I would expect some kind of dessert! And the food was nothing better than what you could buy at the food court or take out . Disappointing- I’m don’t plan to return.

Our waiters were so attentive. I dine here often, but this experience made me want to send all of my colleagues here for business outings. The food, the ambiance, the staff and their service, were all, above my expectations. All of our food came out hot, they even provided us with a little extra sauce for the dishes that were saucy. I can’t wait to go back.

We got right in with our reservation at 615. We ordered at 623. 2 adults and 3 children it then took 45 mins to get our food? It wasn't even that busy! Love the place but I think 45mins for rice, Noddles and chicken is a bit much!
