Chang's is a favorite of ours & when we travel, we always look for a Chang's location. Fortunately, the Salt Lake City location was within a couple of miles from where we were staying. I made reservations for 2PM on a weekday but really didn't need them. It was very slow & I think there were only 2 other tables full when we arrived. Tried the veggie egg rolls - delicious with the dipping sauce. My husband had the hot n sour soup, which he loves. We shared Kung Pao Chicken, excellent. Mango iced tea makes everything better. Our server was good too - definitely recommend.

PF Changs has really gone down hill!! Our waiter was terrible. Took forever to get our order in, refills, drinks, food and didn’t even get a desert menu. Not sure of all the great service is going to Murray but the salt lake location was super slow and we shouldn’t have had this terrible of service!!

The service was alright but the food was not good at all. The honey chicken had no honey and was super salty. The lettuce wraps lacked their usual taste and the dumplings did not come out hot.

We made a reservation and we get there and they say “our open table system isnt working” and act Like it’s our problem not theirs. They finally did clean off a table and we got seated. Server acted like it was a problem to serve us and when we asked for something on the side, he stated the “kitchen is really busy so just pick it out”. Wow! I love this place and it was the first time there for the rest of our party. Maybe the last. Literally a Wednesday night so not busy.

Made reservation to 6:15pm, confirmed through text that late and arriving 7 mins late. Arrived at 6:22pm and manager said that we need to wait 30 mins as she already let other reservation pass in front of us. I was livid, as we had a flight to catch and I just replied to their text and they said ok with delay. Manager (the tall one) was very condescending and rude. The other front desk person ( short, blonde) was super sweet and apologetic and she should be the manager on my business standards. I love this place. I bring tons of clients and friends here. I always make reservation in advance and I was never been so mistreated as this visit. It was my friend bday and they forgot to do something for her as well, manager was giving the evil eye every time pass by our table. It was very uncomfortable and I needed to apologize several times for our guests that were feeling sad with the whole situation

They didn’t show I had a reservation. What’s the point of making a reservation through this site if it actually doesn’t show on their end? Very disappointing. They were not too busy so we still got a table. Not as I planned if they had been busy

Our server Corey was amazing. Came to celebrate my birthday with my family. Corey was very knowledgeable and suggested different types on the menu. He was very attentive and hopefully on our next visit we get him again. Food was delicious

They didn’t have our reservation in the system for open table. Thankfully it wasn’t busy and we were seated right away. Also my wife found a strip of plastic from a container in her food. Overall food was good and we will go back. Great place for gluten free options if you need them.

Our first time to a P.F. Chang's and the meal was great. The food was prepared perfectly and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. The servers were very friendly and attentive. The lettuce wrapped chicken appetizer was quite good and more than enough for two.

Our service was good and the decor was nice. My drawback this visit was that someone was a little heavy handed with the pepper. Egg drop soup and Hot & Sour soup both tasted mainly like black pepper. The pepper steak also had too much black pepper. The pepper in pepper steak refers to the bell peppers that are used in the dish, not the seasoning.

The restaurant was busy, but service was very good. A sign of a good restaurant is when the order is brought out when it is up and doesn’t sit waiting for the server assigned to the table to bring it out. Wine list somewhat limited, but satisfactory. Parking lot a couple doors to the East. ( Parking can be a headache in the neighborhood)

We selected PF Chang’s because of it’s consistent good food and service. This property was very good, as well, as we expected. However, I must say that the food portions were a bit larger than normal PF Chang’s, which was a welcome surprise. Sadie, our server was excellent, helpful and friendly.

We were seated promptly but sat for 30 minutes with no attention. I have no idea how the food is as left without even being offered water. There are too many good restaurants in Salt Lake City. Avoid this place.

When we arrived, the hostess told me that she didn't have our reservation. I told her that I made it through open table. She shrugged and said that was a different application and she doesn't look there. The table wasn't ready and she seemed inconvenienced that we used open table.

The management was very unaccommodating. We asked to move tables as we were stuck by the kitchen and there were several open. We got grief about it but finally they gave in. We had started our appetizers and the hostess was not letting us carry our plates to the new table. She was very confused on how to get our food over to our table without us or them carrying it? So she left to go talk to someone and left us at our new table for over 5 minutes with our food left at the other table. I got up and went and moved it myself and she never, ever came over! Then at the end of our night, we asked for a to-go box for our dinner. She brought the box but didn't have any utensils to scoop it with. She she went to move my napkin and grab my USED fork to scoop our dinner into the box. This was family style so we were all sharing....gross and unsanitary?! Even if it had just been my dinner it still would be have questionable. But a family style dinner being scooped up by a used utensil? And this isn't the first time they have ignored food handlers guidelines. Last time we were there, over a year ago, they placed our food at the table next to us. Realized it, picked it back up and put it on our table!! Can you say absolutely a NO NO for food handlers? These guys like to think they are an upper class restaurant but in reality they are just a sub par chain with expensive prices. The servers are not trained to be upper class and their cleanliness and food handling is worth never going back for!

They didn’t have our reservation ready at all. The hostess was arguing with me about when I set it up (three days before.)I showed her my confirmation email. Two members of our party out of 7 didn’t show and she kept asking if they were coming. The restaurant was nearly empty so I’m not sure why it was so pertinent. We had to wait for the check for like 30 minutes.
