   Food was kinda cold and didn’t taste the same as before. I always get the same dish and so do my friends. Their food was undercooked and my beef was not soft or seared enough. The drinks were good and our waitress was very sweet.

   We were seated promptly upon arriving, even though we were about 20 minutes early for our reservation and there were others waiting (without reservations). Kelly was a very friendly, pleasant and efficient server. She didn't pressure us to order until we were ready to do so. Food was served timely (appetizers, sufficient time to eat those, then entrees served). The food servings were larger than expected; we found out they were intended to be family-style (although maybe enough for only 2 adults and 2 children). All food was fresh, proper temperature, and met our expectations. We will be back! Thanks for the great meal and service!

    PF Changs is always great and Aimee our server always makes it better! We love the Orange Shrimp, the soup and the Japanese Old Fashioned. Go and ask for Aimee! You'll love her!

    There was only one waiter for our section and he was running from table to table. Glad we were t in a hurry. This is March, and it seemed that the AC was on. We kept our coats on. We asked to be moved before ordering and we were still cold. A young man put at a nearby table put his coat over his legs. The food was excellent.

    We can always count on this PF Chang’s to be a delightful experience, from the service provided to the food partaken of. Having such superior consistency over the years is much appreciated and we will continue to enjoy eating our meals there.     Valentines Day . Service was poor , slow with taking order, slow to bring food to table , slow to check out . Food was warm not hot. Soup was warm not hot . Bathrooms where very dirty . What is the manager doing ? PF Chang’s not was they used to be.

    Service was great, food was very tasty. Started off with northern style ribs, spicy chicken noodle soup. Love the spicy Chang’s shrimp. Wasn’t very crowded and enjoyed the evening.

    Food needs to be brought out hot not warm. I think it is very cheap not to put noodles out without asking for them.

    Although I requested a table and specified not a booth, I was led to a booth. They attempted to correct it by putting us at a half booth half table, which being claustrophobic was very uncomfortable for me. Eventually we were offered a bar seat since they were unable to honor the reservation request.

    Went in to celebrate my husband's birthday. Made the reservation same day; got there early, and we were seated promptly no problem. Service was top notch! She was attentive and intuitive. Steamed Dumplings were just OK - could've used more filling. Shrimp with Lobster Sauce was amazing. Nothing to improve upon there. Server offered a complimentary dessert for birthday.     The orders were wrong and made wrong- fried instead of steamed. They took a long time to arrive. The bill was wrong...over charged. Prices were highly inflated...poor value.

    We had made a reservation on Open Table for New Years Eve, but somehow it did not show up in the restaurants reservation system. The receptionist was very nice and sat us at our reserved time. We had the duck egg rolls to start -- they were delicious. Singapore noodles were nice and spicy, but just the right amount. Sesame seed chicken was OK -- nothing super great - but good quality. We had ordered delivery from this location before and it was AWFUL -- but we had a very nice dinner - so would recommend.

    Friendly hosts, ambiance was nice, food was tasty. The waiter appeared clueless to many questions we had about the food and drinks. When asked about the craft beers available (as indicated in the menu “ask your server”) he didn’t know what to respond, and then said that what was listed in the menu is what’s available. PFC must not have specials for dinner because the waiter never mentioned one. Waiter brought our entrees before we were done with our appetizers. As we were close to finishing our meal the waiter, unsolicited, brought the check without even asking if we wanted anything else like dessert. Not the best service, not inspiring to return for more of the same.

    The food was cold, the items were "mushy" and there was a complete inability to offer more than one choice for my garlic allergy. We won't be back. Also the booth we had backed to the entrance so it was cold everytime the door opened.

    You can't miss with PF Chang's. First of all I made my reservation with OpenTable which is too easy, then when we arrived at the restaurant we were seated immediately, the food and drinks were fantastic, the service was great, all around a great time.
